So the defense met their deadline with the courts…but wait, did they? It has been said by WESH.com that the defense had sent the list of evidence they wanted to see on the 13 and 14th July, but they sent a list to the Judge directly, via email. Of course as we all know, the defense is suppose to go through the clerk of Court, but I guess they feel they can do as they please.
According to one of WESH.com reporters, the defense has sent in the wrong information. They filed a notice of compliance instead of the list of evidence. We know that the defense is just inexperienced, and can’t figure things out…but it is said they are trying to by pass the public with going to the Judge directly. Sound like Baez? Of course it does, and it has been said that the Judge will release the information next week. Wonder if the defense is surprised?
You can bet, this won’t be the last time the defense does something like this.
Hey Humble and all. Just got home from work and reviewing the post! You all are great for remembering and putting things together in prospective. Makes it even more enticing to watch Bozo, Cindy et al squirm next week! And correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t Bozo’s nose growing quite large for his square head!

Good morning all. I’m going to take the weekend off from commenting after this. It should be interesting to learn if biaz and co. followed the letter of the law in submitting their compliance to the order to Judge Perry before 12 noon on Thursday. Unfortunately, we do not know all the technicalities of the law. Maybe, he did. We will find out. We are at a disadvantage, in spite of the Sunshine laws, as we have to rely on what is put out there in the media for our consumption, to be analyzed to the best of our ability, based on our limited knowledge of the law. One thing that I have learned from the past two years is that I am disillusioned about our laws. There always seems to be an angle. A way to get away with bad acts. Can you imagine the stress of prosecuting a case, when you know from the evidence you have; that, because of a technicality, the criminal can go free, out into society, laughing at our justice system. Case in point: OJ Simpson. DNA was too new a science at the time. In today’s knowledge and the sophistication of the use of DNA, I don’t think any jury (no matter how biased they are) could have let this arrogant sob go free. Oops, was that OT? OMG, I just reread what I have written. I would like to apologize for the abundant use of commas.
morning Muesli…(notice I capitalized your name) the loophole in the laws are what defense attorneys have to utilize in a lot of cases…then there are arseholes that practice the laws…we fortunately get to see both in action in the case with bozo front and center…and ole cheney in his shadow…good luck on that one crazey…5 more days til the circus gets here…must admit I cant wait…Christmas in mid July
Baie,When our you going to do as your told. Your trying to hide all the evidence so she can get away with it. But let me tell you that they have plenty of evidence to hang her and you with her. I don’t know what your wife see in a person like you that is so sneaky and hands all over Casey and don’t listen. I think that she can fine somebody better then you that will appreciate her a lot better. You should also be behind bars with your girlfriend Casey. You both derserve the death penalty.
