Of course we all know the defense tried to be sneaky last week and send the list of evidence they want to view right to the Judge and not through the clerk of court there in Orlando! The judge has given the defense and the prosecution until 4 pm tomorrow to figure out what will be released to the people.
According to OS.com, the defense has Dutch forensicers Richard and Selma Eikelenboom coming in. Selma started the Independent Forensic Services in the Netherlands in 2003. Richard is a DNA Expert, Traces Investigations, Blood Pattern Analysis. Selma is Expert Injury Interpretation, Cause of Death and Postmortem Time Estimation.
Also to be in FL this week are: Dr Lee, forensic hider and liar, Nicholas Petraco from John Jay College an independent forensic consultant, and Dr. Huntington board-certified entomologist.
Baez claims the evidence they want to look at is the evidence that revolves around the recovery scene where Caylee was found months after her mother put her out there in the woods and water!

Now, I’m sure that everyone has their own way of watching the hearing Thursday. What I do is have half the PC screen on WFTV live and the other half here to catch the comments. It worked great last hearing. Then the TV is on Tru TV or what was called Court TV. Phone off, no neighbors, dog outside. Three more days! I can’t wait!!! :biggrin:

Did Kathi Belich really say that the tax payers are not only paying the experts for their time, but also their transportation cost?. We have experts in Florida. If that is the case, they could have gone to Australia or South America, or anywhere in the world. Is there no limit on this? I am offended. We pay taxes on everything in Florida. I object to this special treatment for casey anthony. She is no different than any other murderer, as stated by Judge Perry in the last hearing. Just watching the murder case of Candace Smith of Michigan on Investigative TV. Her husband drove around with her in the trunk for quite a while. and there was another case today where a woman murdered her husband and put him in her trunk. Seems the trunk of ppl’s cars is a great place to put a murdered spouse

I read about a case about a year or so ago about a mom that drove around with her dead child in the trunk for months.
How did the people on the street not smell anything is totally beyond me.
I’m surprised Cindy isn’t there and hasn’t marched right into that evidence room, strutting forth, chompin that gum and cradling the water bottle…so she can tell them what’s relevant…and what’s not relevant!!

Casey’s Latest Jail Purchases: Crackers & Cocoa
Jail Account Records Show Numerous Deposits From Parents

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Casey Anthony’s latest jailhouse purchases include cocoa butter, hot cocoa, and saltine crackers, newly released records from the Orange County Corrections Department show.
On a June 11 order from the jail’s commissary, Anthony’s bill was $65.04, according to documents.
The order contains hygiene items like shampoo, conditioner, deodorant and cocoa butter as well as six ponytail holders and various food and drink items.
Anthony purchased 10 bottles of water and hot cocoa packets, a package of Starlite mints, peanut butter, and three packages of saltine crackers.
As of October of 2009, Anthony had spent more than $2,200 in the jail’s commissary. In past orders, Anthony has purchased hot peanuts, hot and spicy corn chips and chili with beans.
The Orange County Jail sells inmates everything from clams and crabmeat to sports bras and sympathy greeting cards. More>>>

The jail records show she has spent more than $2,200 in one year in the commissary. She never earned that much in the two years previous to murdering her daughter. So, george marie was still sending money up to a month ago. Wasn’t it more than a month ago that she accused him of sexual abuse? If the anthonys had the money to send for her wants, then they should have had the money to pay their mortgage. What, oh what is the hold of this woman over her parents. Think there is so much more about this family which we will find out before this case is over. I’m out for the evening. Have fun. cheney mason has even less class than mr. biaz. If either were clever, they could have answered Kathi Belich in a more dignified manner, and still maintained the upper hand.

WFTV-Ch. 9 has posted fascinating raw footage of Cheney Mason lashing into veteran reporter Kathi Belich today.
Mason, an attorney for Casey Anthony, ripped the persistent Belich by saying, “I’m worried about you always bothering me.” He called her questions “too stupid.” Mason said he’d have to talk to Belich’s boss if she didn’t back up and leave him alone.
And that’s not all. Mason called her boss “stupid.” When Belich said she had obviously struck a nerve, Mason replied, “You are a nerve.”
So what does Belich’s boss have to say?
“I don’t know what all the hubbub is about,” WFTV news director Bob Jordan said. “Kathi was polite. Her questions were relevant and on point. His demeanor speaks for itself — as does Kathi’s.”
What about Mason’s complaint that Belich is bothering him?
“Kathi personifies the traits I look for in a dogged reporter,” Jordan said. “She’s not intimidated. She’s professional, polite.”
And what of Mason’s threat that he’d talk to Belich’s boss?
“Put my number in the paper. He can call me,” Jordan said.
