Finally had a chance to watch the Mouthpiece Mason at large [video]. According to HIMSELF, he is an expert. Well, I would have to agree. He is an expert idiot!
Kathi Belich, wonderful reporter from WFTV.com seems to have taking a few pathetic words from the “OLD’ expert. Not only was Mouthpiece Mason rude to her, he was pretty much a pig. Needless to say he fits in well with the Baez, who is another piece of work. Along with the d-team being unprofessional, I see why the others have quit.
In the walk and talk with Mouthpiece, he jabbed a few at Kathi Belich. Thank goodness we get to see just how he is in real life. When asked what he expected today, he talked the weather. When asked about Henry Lee, he said said he thinks your problems are causing problems. He also said that Kathi is always bothering people.
From what I see is Mouthpiece is just full of his own problems. Maybe he is upset that Kathi is such a good reporter. But his attitude and low life responses are what is expected from this d-team. They respect no one, and could careless how childish they act on camera.

And today, the infamous d-team experts got to inspect the Casey car. The one that smells like pizza, you know which one. Of course today the infamous Baez claims that all has gone well, but of course we know he has a tendency to exaggerate. Remember him going on national tv making claims Roy Kronk could have killed Caylee. Yea, he thought that was a good defense until he realized it was the stupidest thing he ever did, and that the ax-wife has a tendency to be a felon. He is also claiming that the experts have found things investigators have missed and want more time to look at the evidence! Yea we know. [Wonder if it was H. Lee who found these things]
All in all, I now wonder what H. Lee has planted in that car. We do know that LE is videoing the examination of the evidence, I hope they have 3 camera’s going, he could slip that long lost finger nail in that car……………..

But today, Casey Anthony’s defense team said Cindy Anthony’s statements in the third 911 call “were purposely contrived by Cindy Anthony in order to get law enforcement to her home,” an assertion that counters the “excited utterance” argument.
Cindy Anthony has said on national television that she mentioned the smell to get authorities to come to her home faster.
The defense team of Cheney Mason and Jose Baez also argued today that Cindy Anthony’s comment about the odor amounts to an opinion by a “lay witness,” an opinion that could mislead a jury or prejudice the defendant.

Go back to the doorway and then I just — it was just real concise and I go: Casey, here’s what I don’t understand, you know. What are you going to say when this police officer comes in here?
And then she just kind of looks at me and I was, like: Hear me out. Let’s do this. Play — do a little role play. I’m a police officer. You’re you; all right? Are you ready for this?
Hi, Ms. Anthony. How are you doing today? And then she responded with: I’m fine. Okay. Great. Where’s your daughter?
And then, you know: She’s with — you know, she’s with the nanny.
Okay. Great. Ms. Anthony, that sounds fantastic, you know. Let’s go ahead and have you hop in the car with me. Your mom’s going to follow. Let’s go get her.
And then Casey –
QAnd this is what you actually told her.
AThis is — this is my — I’m playing the role. That’s what I would do if I was a first responding officer. I’d find out what was going on with the mom, come inside and the first thing I’d say is: Where’s your daughter? So, you know, I tried to do that trying to figure out what the heck’s going on. And then when I do the whole, let’s hop in the car and let’s go get her, and then Casey just looks at me with this blank look and I give her a good — a good, like, ten seconds and I’m just, like: Do you see what I’m saying?
There’s no reason for this. It’s going to happen one way or the other. Either, you know, we somehow call this off and we — the three of us or me or whoever just go and get Caylee ourselves, or the cop’s going to come here.
You’re going to have to get in the damn cop car and mom’s still going to follow you and Caylee’s going to come home tonight, you know, also. Either way you slice it, Caylee’s going to be home and sleeping within the hour. So what are we doing here? This is stupid.
QAnd you recall saying words to that effect to?
A Oh, like, these were — these were my words –
QAll right.
A — to her and she just — it was almost like it was a shell shock to her. Like — like, he’s — he’s right. This — everything he’s saying makes sense to me. And that’s when she broke down.
She started crying. She put her, you know, her, you know, her face in her hands and, I mean, she was — started crying and, you know, and then I’m just kind of looking and going — just kind of waiting for her to say something.
And she — that’s when she goes, you know: Lee, do you want to know, you know, what’s really going on? And I said: Yeah. And she said: I haven’t seen Caylee in 31 days.
And by the time I could even — I mean, that was — her response was one of these, like — like, kind of a deep breath, but almost like the air just goes out of you. And by the time I could even catch my breath, she says the exact — almost the exact words again. Instead of now saying, you know:
I haven’t seen Caylee in 31 days; she says: I haven’t seen my daughter in 31 days. Like, almost pleading and telling me this.
And by the time she says it a second time, I mean, my breath’s back in me and now it’s like, okay. I don’t know what mode I went into because I stayed — I’ve stayed in this mode since that day and it’s, like, you know what? I just put blinders on at that point and it was: Okay.
Tell me everything that I need to know to fix this.

In a backwards sort of way Casey CONFESSED to Lee that Caylee was gone. Lee said, “I just put blinders on at that point and it was: Okay.” IMO, this is the point when Lee understood why Casey could not let anyone go check on Caylee.
So, when Lee stated in the Depo with Morgan & Morgan, “I believe everything my sister tells me…. BECAUSE I HAVE TO!” …Lee had entered Casey’s Twilight Zone.

Ok, get WVTV.com or where ever you are going to watch the live hearing. Do the same arrow sqaushing thing to the other side. You might have to adjust the halves, the live hearing is larger. You have to click on the hearing every once in awhile. It will go blank due to inactivity. On Humble’s side, all you have to do to refresh is left click your mouse, not on top or F5, that would mess up the whole set up and you would have to start over. Let me know if you have questions.

I was expecting an OD on her anti anxiety/depression meds, with a timely call to 911 to get out of this testifying. That is their speed. Mikka, do you think G is done with Casey after her accusations? I think she could accuse him all day, but by accusing Lee she made her parents choose…back her up and throw Lee to the wolves or walk away. I know I dont tolerate my kids trashing eachother, and this is a trashing he can never walk away from. I think Casey is full of chit, but there are others out there who will always wonder.
