Cindy takes the stand for the defense and Lee needed to remove himself from the courtroom.
Baez went through Cindy’s whole day so e got to hear about Cindy’s day. Working, going to get the car, going back to work, going back home, calling Amy, picking Amy up, going to Tony’s, left Tony’s and drove Amy to her apartment. She wasn’t at Tony’s long, NOR did she happen to go in and look for Caylee. On the real side Cindy has NO recollection of alot of things that happened that day. She can remember piddly junk, but not the important things. Like who she talked to at work, but can remember she was told to go home. She can’t remember talking about the smell in the car with co-workers, but remembers she was told to pull over to the side of the road if she wanted Casey arrested during the first 911 call. Cindy claims George told her the car smelled like something had died in it. I pretty much assume George is right, and that someone was his grand daughter!
All the lies are coming out. Cindy says she never smelled decomp, but the state has proved her differently. The prosecution pointed out numerous places where Cindy had stated she smelled decomp. Of course as always, the defense was not up on all the evidence. And lets not forget the video where she states, she is a nurse of decomposition. Nurse of decomposition VIDEO
Lee takes the stand for the state. He did ok, alot better than Cindy. He made Casey get her story together to tell LE because he knew that Casey wouldn’t be able to snow LE like she can Cindy. Of course Mouthpiece Mason had me all confused at what he was asking.
Read Debbie Polisano [Transcript] took the stand. she didn’t help the defense if you ask me, she made the Cindy look like a liar. She pointed out that Cindy stated there was a bad smell in the car when Cindy returned to work.
Mason does the closing and I for one can not understand a word he is saying. He speaks terribly.
Both sides agree 911 calls 1 and 2 should not be in the trial. Both have nothing to do with Caylee missing.
George looked pretty crabby today in court, like he didn’t want to be there. Guess I wouldn’t want to be in court either with the brat who made claims in some corny letters she was writing while in jail!
Beaz will get a magistrate [bad faith] while he is inspecting the TES files, AGAIN in Mark NeJames office. He can take notes and if there is someone they need the file on, the magistrate will make copies, and later be presented with the court.
The judge made the decision at the end of the hearing and there was a recess for about 10 minutes before he came back and said:
Motion denied. Which means Cindy can help the state nail her little girl! [911 calls will be allowed in the trial]
Baez wants the shackles removed from Casey next time. He says they are uncomfortable for her…oh too bad. She is in jail on murder charges, not stealing candy! Bozo gave the whiny spiel about Casey and her shackles being annoying, the Judge said he would take it into consideration. bozo says that defendants don’t wear shackles during the trial, the Judge said, some do, some don’t!

I think Cindy is looking pretty beaten. She has a daughter accused of murdering Caylee, accusing both her brother and father of sexual abuse and accusing her mother of not believing her about it. In addition, at most hearings you hear Perry intoning that Casey is facing the death penalty. I think the only way she can cope is by switching her delusion that Zanny did it with a new delusion that Caylee is alive. What a tenuous grasp of realiity this family and the defense team seems to have.
So let’s see, zanny kidnapped her, then it was the grunds, then kronk, now caylee is alive…oh man make it stop.
I think brother Lee is nervous when speaking about this mess. It may be just nerves & nothing else?. I cannot understand why he “mouthed I love you” to Casey after she accused him of abuse???? That is another abnormal expression of their “family love”. The whole family is whacked!

Someone said they saw Casey without a toof, that could be the reason for her not having those big smile she use to have. And she is very careful not to open that lying trap too big.

G M Humble and All. Yes, I saw the missing toof. She was taking a big gulf of air while sitting up straight tucking in her blouse AGAIN. It looks totally missing on the top right side when looking at her mug the next tooth back from the eye tooth. You could see her tongue. I’ll go through all the pictures and see if I can find it. Rats, I should have written down the time or something. It was only for a split second.
Yes, that was quite a fun day for us all. We can give our PC’s a rest today.
Hey fellow bloggers! Lots of action….a circus as expected. No matter what is said or done, Casey is goin down. Casey looks like a typical inmate now. She lost her extra pounds and looks very rough around the edges. Not the cutesy wise a*s she was in the begining. She had better get use to her life long home in the slammer.
