So what did we learn from the hearing yesterday?

16 July 2010 at 05:46
By

We didn’t learn much!  Actually we didn’t learn anything!  We all knew that Cindy would lie, which she did with a little bit of memory loss in there!  It is just so sad that Cindy would lie and have memory loss especially when she is so into Caylee.  Her little blurt out of her believing Caylee is alive [she needs some really good counseling], was just an excuse for her to bring herself to believing Casey didn’t kill Caylee.  [I have not heard of any Caylee sightings, either] One day Cindy will wake up and find that Casey is found guilty of killing Caylee.  What really makes me mad about that is that, we all know she has this so called shrine for Caylee, and uses her for income.  If Caylee is alive then take down the shrine and stop with the fraudation! I do wonder when she will start saying she is a “Dr. G” medical examiner.  You would think that someone with a nursing license would be just a bit smarter about what she says.

We learned from Lee, that he loves Casey as he mouthed it in the hearing, and he sure can make her cry.  But, what do you think Lee has been thinking about this whole thing? I believe he knows Casey killed Caylee, but with them being such a tight knit family, NOT, he is determined to chuckle through it. I also believe he is letting Muffins comments to Cookie in the jail letters just go away.

George looked pretty angry in the hearing, and I assume that is due to the letter Muffin wrote to Cookie about being molested by him.   It really seemed he didn’t want to be there, but I am betting Cindy needed moral support as she took the stand and lied through her teeth.  Yes, I know that moral is not the right word but thought it would be fun. I know Cindy has no morals.

And Casey, the girl who use to walk in to the courtroom with a BIG smile on her face isn’t showing us her teeth.  Guess that tooth isn’t fixed yet, and maybe she is waiting for the replacement.  But whatever the deal, she isn’t showing us her pearly whites.

GM nannab, Justice for Caylee! Her family sure doesn’t want justice for her. It’s so pitiful.

  5. lynda on 16 July 2010 at 05:59

GM Mikka, how are you, the twins are great, 9 months old now, and Violet just pulled herself up to stand. Amelia not yet, but she’s crawling all over.
This hearing yestarday was really creepy to say the least. I only saw it on Tru-Tv, and they cut it off in 1 hour. I would have loved to see tube sock boy on the stand. He is the biggest creeper of all. cindy is just plain nuts. I really think she’s lost it.

  12. Carol on 16 July 2010 at 06:06

G M All. Humble, I just left a comment on the last post about her toof. Do you want to slide that in here or should I repost it?

Conwheels, he lies too. Yea she is so in Alaska. That is why DR G said the child found right down the road from the A’s was Caylee. The whole bunch are disturbed. If Caylee was in Alaska, Cindy would be there just to clear Casey. o’s  o’s  o’s  o’s

Nothing that comes out of their mouths is true… Except for “I found my daughters car today, and it smells like there’s been a dead body in the damn car”… Now that statement was true….

I am trying to figure it out….the name on the car! Cindy says the car is in her name, then says her and George’s name is on the title….she made it sound like only her name was on the title…..the nuts head

  29. humbleopinion on 16 July 2010 at 06:52

  40. shoozeyque on 16 July 2010 at 08:24

Hi all – new here – where do you find the emoticons?

Humbleopinion 6:49 – I can tell you where to find the information about KC’s car.

    It’s in Lee’s interview of July 30,2009 – starting with pages 89 to 92.

He states the car was in his parent’s name but they gave it to him if he made the payments which he did until he paid it off. He goes to say that when it was paid off, he told KC that he was going to sell it so he could buy a new car. KC asked him how much he wanted for it, and he said five grand. It was still in parents’ names. KC made arrangements to make monthly payments on the car. He continues by saying she only made three or four payments on the car and then suddenly stopped. He had bought himself a new car. (No big surprise there). The investigators asked him how many sets of keys there were to the car. Lee said only two. One set for KC and another set was kept in the home.

So that’s why people think it was C$ndy’s (title was never transferred). Lee paid for the car until it was paid off, but told KC he would sell it to her for $5,000.

KC said she would pay him monthly – which we all see where that went.

Ben, that vid is hilarious! Perfect for him! A large tubesock dork!!

    How’s everyone recovering today :D

  52. quarterhorse_trainer on 16 July 2010 at 10:07

  53. Clem on 16 July 2010 at 10:09

The 3rd witness is on InSession right now!!

  54. quarterhorse_trainer on 16 July 2010 at 10:10

    Thanks Mikka… watching it

  55. Clem on 16 July 2010 at 10:12

    That was short!!!

  56. Clem on 16 July 2010 at 10:14

Anyone know when the next hearing is?

  57. Carol on 16 July 2010 at 10:20

Hi quarter and Clem. Just went through all the photos from court trying to see the missing toof again. Good thing I ate breakfast first. I did see it for a fraction of a second yesterday. Here on ‘when Casey cries’ on http://www.wftv.com/slideshow/news/24274040/detail.html
On photo #2 you can sort of see what looks like the next two teeth are shorter than the rest, in back of her eye toof. Her horse teeth used to be all the same length. Gee, that’s too bad. Prison women look good with broken teeth anyway.

  58. Brad 'shopping cart' Conway on 16 July 2010 at 10:21

Well let’s see. Yesterday I learned that: Cindy has been coached by Conwheels extensively and seems to be basically truthful, despite having some convenient memory lapses. George does as he is told like a good eunich. Lee is such a free spirit he loves to laugh all the time…and he was on some sort of drug like adderall or coke…

Mason may be in “ineffective counsel” territory with that damn hearing aid of his, he didn’t understand half of what was said to him…and he may be having an onset of dementia (which is not even funny, but I genuinely wonder about it) since he seems to make no sense and confuses even himself (does he know it’s not the 70′s anymore?).

Judge Perry is going to EVERY length possible to let the defense have a fair shot – even having a 3 HOUR long hearing over one phone call, which he took 10 minutes to decide in favor of the prosecution. Zam the Turtle was not present. The disgusting pig mallory was there to support her pre adolescent minded lying live-in boyfriend.

Mallory must feel great that a grown man has to have approval from his sister to date her, and that he was on the verge of a mental breakdown over his magic casey bracelet…and he asked casey’s permission to get a new one!! Keep it real, Lee!! Mallory’s still cashin in on Caylee gotta keep that money rollin in.

Cindy is 100% crazy. Delusional. Out of touch with reality. Her statement about Caylee being alive was the most disgusting, sick thing ever. Here’s food for thought – Cindy insists that she knows so much based on the fact that she’s a NURSE. She is a NURSE, people – got that?? Here’s my question for Cindy:

Cindy: what does your training as a NURSE tell you about rna/dna testing?? You know, like they did on Caylee’s remains?

  59. Carol on 16 July 2010 at 10:22

Clem, Tuesday July 20 is a status hearing. Those are always fun, like watching paint dry.

  60. shoozeyque on 16 July 2010 at 10:34

    Carol – 9:34 Thanks!

  61. Carol on 16 July 2010 at 10:37

Brad, so you made it back from the wonderful wacky world of Antville too I see.
Mason with his babbling on about se* and pot, what the he!! was that all about? The goof mumbles so much, but I did catch that though. What did he say?
Did they get Zanny to babysit for Zam or should we call social services now?
I don’t think Lee was on coke, but he was jumping around alot and flying the hands and arms around for us to get a clearer picture. Ugh. He is one weird bird. How ’bout having spindy wash those jeans once a month or so?
George looks like he’s ready for another six pack suicide and paper cuts. You wouldn’t think the forehead could produce all those wrinkles could you?
Isn’t Mallory one of the fraudation members? I thought so.
Ya, it was a real trip all right.

  62. Clem on 16 July 2010 at 10:39

Thank you Carol!! I love watching THIS paint dry!!!!! Oh, and Cheney is a MUSH MOUTH!!!!! BTW, I think they are gonna talk about shackles on the murdering BIOTCH.

  63. debwv on 16 July 2010 at 10:44

Well I didn’t really learn anything.Because I learned along time ago, that anything the A’s,doesn’t suprise me! Only thing that I learned is the beauty and fashion statment of the A’s. Spindy has terrible taste in clothes,Lee Munster and the side burns, and I thought the jeans and shirt was not suitable for court!Georgie was dragged there by Spindy, just for a family reunion.Oh,Botox & wad of gum does not mixed!!!

  64. debwv on 16 July 2010 at 10:45

Oh by the way,I notice that Crazy thinks she a covergirl LOL.

  65. Carol on 16 July 2010 at 10:50

Clem, from what I could hear and not see at the end of the hearing when bozo was whining about the shackles, I thought I heard Perry say that he would have to take that up with the dept of correstions and ask them. So, you know that means no. Good. Hey, if she didn’t pass the ‘class #101 of inmates walking in restraints’, that’s just too fricking bad for her – the klutz.

  66. Clem on 16 July 2010 at 10:52

@debwv: Yeah, the cover of PRISON WEEKLY!!!!!!!

  67. Clem on 16 July 2010 at 10:56

It should be on InSession here in a little bit. Judge Perry just went for the 10 minute break, & we KNOW what he ruled!! UnSession still has an hour to fill.

  68. Carol on 16 July 2010 at 10:58

Hi deb. Isn’t she just sickening with the GD hair all the time?! She buys pony tail holders every week. What the he!! is she doing with all of them? Hey, use ‘em you skank! What is it too windy in there or she on a motorcycle and has to fix that greasy scalp all the time? I think it’s the bean dip mousse that makes it slip and slide.
Yes, why doesn’t spindy’s top mouth lip move? She doesn’t have a top lip to begin with. I guess she chewed it off thinking it was gum. Opps, what a lying whack job.
Oh, and Flea’s side burns. Are you really Elvis reborn? Wow, what a real man – not!

  69. paminny on 16 July 2010 at 11:01

I was looking through things and saw the video of Cindy saying she is a nurse of decomp…. lol wth is a nurse of decomp?

  70. ~LisaG~ on 16 July 2010 at 11:02

    Execute that entire lying bunch!

  71. ~LisaG~ on 16 July 2010 at 11:03

    Cover Ghoul

  72. ~LisaG~ on 16 July 2010 at 11:03

    Nurse of decomp…oh brother….

  73. Clem on 16 July 2010 at 11:06

Every time I see that MURDERERS face on tv it makes my BLOOD BOIL.

  74. paminny on 16 July 2010 at 11:11

I noticed Casey isnt as “pudgy” she must have laid off the jail treats!

  75. azrenee on 16 July 2010 at 11:18

Hi all, I just finished the tapes from the hearing yesterday, and all I can say is they need to get Cheney Mason tested for Alzheimers, because I truly believe he has that or dementia. He makes no sense, doesnt listen at all, and I dont think he knows the first thing about this case. whew what a mess. Someone needs to file a complaint, before he causes a mistrial.

  76. Brad 'shopping cart' Conway on 16 July 2010 at 11:24

Yes I loved the lecture about involuntary expulsions of feces, and how everyone in the courtroom had probably smoked weed at some point in their life. We all know Casey has lol. I was disturbed to see Casey licking her lips when lee was talking. Something’s not right there lol

  77. Carol on 16 July 2010 at 11:25

LLLLIIIIIISSSSSAAAAAA!!!!!!! How are you and did you see the whole four hour charade yesterday?

  78. Carol on 16 July 2010 at 11:27

Brad, was that what the old coot was talking about? Yea, he remembers the good old days all right. Idiot marble mouth.

  79. Clem on 16 July 2010 at 11:29

Carol, they are having that status conference right now! (yesterday)

  80. chachi on 16 July 2010 at 11:29

I learned that mason is as dumb bozo, tube socks is as dumb as SINdy, SINdy is freaking crazier than crazy!!! SINdy should be in the Guinness book of world records for something…I just can’t pinpoint for what exactly! This whole family is wack!!!

  81. Carol on 16 July 2010 at 11:31

Hi AZ. Let him continue his show of stupidity. And bozo too, he came up with some stupid plea of he didn’t see those depos or some crap. So Linda had to give him her copy. Hey, how ’bout bringing your paper work along? Geez, the least they could do is read the chit and catch up!

  82. Carol on 16 July 2010 at 11:32

clem, What? Where? On court TV or waht?

  83. tanlovescaylee on 16 July 2010 at 11:35

    Hi All,
azrenee, I was thinking the same thing about Mason. I wouldn’t put it past him to deliberately throw this case. I really wonder if he is this far gone and was just hired for a major case! It is really odd.
but then this whole case has been odd and continues to get odder!

  84. Clem on 16 July 2010 at 11:36

Yeah!! The Judge said we can just have it now!!! On InSession.

  85. Carol on 16 July 2010 at 11:36

Hi chachi. It is mind boggleing isn’t it? Bozo going on and on with the dumb questions, blah, blah, blah. Did you ever smell a dead body in a car before? What?! Of course that was another lie through her teeth. I counted eight lies from her pie hole and then gave up counting. It was too much after awhile.

  86. tanlovescaylee on 16 July 2010 at 11:41

I guess Cindy only does her “homework” when it suits her. What an act she put on yesterday! Well, it didn’t fool the judge and it won’t fool the jury either!
I bet she has some major “breakdown” before the trial.
She never looked for Caylee and now she says she is still alive- and she still isn’t looking for her.
    Our poor little Caylee!

  87. paminny on 16 July 2010 at 11:43

I learned Cindys hair reminds me of He Man. George is in sad shape. I feel bad for his drug induced state. Lee is a sicko and if Casey ever gets out of jail she will kill her mother. She has SERIOUS hatred for her!

  88. chachi on 16 July 2010 at 11:45

I want to know, what has SINdy smelled that’s like the decomposition smell from 7/15/08? Carol, did you hear that b.s.

  89. Carol on 16 July 2010 at 11:46

Thanks Clem!! I didn’t know about that!
chachi, watching in session now – status hearing. bbl

  90. tanlovescaylee on 16 July 2010 at 11:48

you’re right paminny, I believe she was going to kill Cindy and George before this all happened but that was just so she could grab their house. That’s nothing compared to how she feels now!
How dare anyone question the great Casey – psycopath-murdering biotch.

  91. Clem on 16 July 2010 at 11:49

Look at the picture at the top of this thread & then look at the video from yesterday of George. He’s gonna be BALD HEADED by the trial!!! The leg iron deal is up next on InSession!!!

  92. mikka on 16 July 2010 at 11:51

in session have still the hearing on,interessting,a phonecall between cma and her jailhouse friend, bozo want a protective order, perry say he can nothing do,jailhouse goes under gouverment!HAHAHAAHAHHAHHAHhope she will release this!
and prosecution ask about a witnesse(this man is on a boat on the ozean till october)and prosecution say ,this man have something to tell about kronk and ducttape and spindy was smiling,i will slapp her in her stupid face!

  93. Carol on 16 July 2010 at 11:51

Clem what is on now is really the tail end of yesterday’s hearing. Bozo is ready to ask about the shackles.

  94. tanlovescaylee on 16 July 2010 at 11:53

You know Cindy is watching her “act” yesterday all over again today!
I wonder if she gets the full picture of the whole dysfunctional family parade!
It would embarrass the heck out of me- but then this is the Anthony’s we are talking about here!

  95. Clem on 16 July 2010 at 11:56

They finished the hearing & the Judge said that now we are having the status hearing that was supposed to be next week.

  96. tanlovescaylee on 16 July 2010 at 11:57

    mikkkaaaaaa!
I have to go home and hope I can watch this later! My boss will be back in a few minutes!
    Thanks for the updates!
Bozo just keeps on asking for things he knows he can’t have. You’d think he would get tired of being told “NO” over and over again. It kinda makes him look like the loser he really is-don’t ya think!

  97. mikka on 16 July 2010 at 11:59

    TTTTTTTTTTTTTTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNNNNI

    bozo is a looser

  98. mikka on 16 July 2010 at 12:00

i am tired of her special treatments!LET HER SHACKLES ON!!!

  99. chachi on 16 July 2010 at 12:01

Did you KC’s face when Sindy said “I still think Caylee’s alive” she shook her head no and gave a weird smirk on her face. Even if KC confessed SINdy wouldn’t believe it.

  100. Carol on 16 July 2010 at 12:02

Mikka, Clem, so this is what I missed yesterday. !
So, WF talked to some old inmate on the phone? How can that happen? Does she get to call out or what?
Bozo should just KMA. Oh, the poor murderer. Uncomfortable?! Cuts off her circulation sitting for hours?! Too fricking bad!! She shouldn’t have killed her daughter to be sitting in court to begin with!!

  101. chachi on 16 July 2010 at 12:03

    WHAT!!! did hear that!

  102. chachi on 16 July 2010 at 12:03

    Didn’t hear that!

  103. Carol on 16 July 2010 at 12:04

chachi, I cought that too. At first I thought she was going to have a fake cry, then that smirk. Wow, I think WF even knows that spindy is crazey.

  104. Carol on 16 July 2010 at 12:07

chachi, YES, that’s what they said. Bozo wants that too under protective custoday. Linda didn’t even have that transcript yet. Perry told her to keep it confidential.
So now, instead of writing letters, WF is blabbing on the phone. Great! Let her hang herself some more!!

  105. chachi on 16 July 2010 at 12:10

SINdy is probably asking george marie why didn’t kc cry for me like she cried for lee?

  106. Carol on 16 July 2010 at 12:11

So, someone tell me how this works. Beleive or not, I have never been to prison or jail. Does she get like one phone call a week to call out or what? But, then, she would have to know the phone # and that person would have to pay for it collect, right? I can’t wait to find out who THAT person was. I wonder if it was the officer that got fired? Who would want to talk to HER?!

  107. chachi on 16 July 2010 at 12:13

that’s on in session, right now?

  108. Carol on 16 July 2010 at 12:13

chachi, both C & G should do the six pack, paper cut suicide pack together and get it over with. Oh, I’m sorry, did I offend them? HA! Just the biggest waste of time and tax money that I have ever seen in my life.

  109. Carol on 16 July 2010 at 12:13

I think it’s over with now.

  110. humbleopinion on 16 July 2010 at 12:14

    Hi everyone!

My bad, yesterday when the Bozo gave the whiny spiel about Casey and her shackles being annoying, the Judge said he would take it into consideration. bozo says that defendants don’t wear shackles during the trial, the Judge said, some do, some don’t!

  111. Carol on 16 July 2010 at 12:17

Hi Humble. Just caught the end of the hearing on Tru TV. Now, what is with that phone call buisness that WF called from jail? We have to check on that. Linda didn’t even have that transcript yet.
So, then the status hearing for next week is cancelled, is that right?

  112. paminny on 16 July 2010 at 12:19

Seriously she is worried about shackles. I can think of a few more things she should be worried about! WTH! Anyone notice how hard she tries to just stare ahead and look calm. It isnt working for her at all!

  113. humbleopinion on 16 July 2010 at 12:23

Hi Carol, i believe she gets one phone call a week, but not sure. Here is the inmate handbook:

    http://www.orangecountyfl.net/Portals/0/Resources/Internet/DEPARTMENTS/Corrections/docs/InmateHandbookEnglish0609.pdf

    A possible witness…yea right!

  114. chachi on 16 July 2010 at 12:23

Carol, my uncle’s in prison and he can call us everyday if we accept the collect call. He has opportunities throughout the day to use the phone. Phone numbers usually in letters.

  115. Carol on 16 July 2010 at 12:25

pam, she is just staring and remembering about pole dancing, men, drinking, stealing. Good times, all flush a roonie.
Did anyone notice how salt and pepper gray Flea’s hair is getting? How old is he anyway? 28?

  116. humbleopinion on 16 July 2010 at 12:26

    Canada and Colorado witness’. Interesting!

  117. Carol on 16 July 2010 at 12:27

Thanks Humble and chachi. Hmm. I still want to know who would want to talk to her? One of her rich love letter guys?

  118. chachi on 16 July 2010 at 12:27

Carol, can’t wait till WF is 28, than we can call her snow white.

  119. humbleopinion on 16 July 2010 at 12:28

    From the handbook page 13:

    TELEPHONES:
Upon admittance to BRC, you will be permitted to use the telephone to obtain counsel, arrange for bail, and notify your family. After you have been fingerprinted, you will be provided (on your copy of the Arrest Affidavit), a twelve (12) digit PIN (Personal Identification Number) to use for telephone calls once you are in your housing area. Telephones are provided in the dayroom area of your housing facility. All calls are “collect only”, (this is the same for local and long distance calls).
The person you are calling must agree to pay for the call. All telephone calls are recorded. There is no reasonable expectation of privacy relating to telephone calls, either to whom the call is made or by the inmate making the call from these facilities. Three-way telephone calls are prohibited and will be terminated automatically. Telephone times and limits depend on your housing and classification.
Should you need to speak with any Law Enforcement Officer, you are encouraged to use either the Inmate Request Form (10-1144), U.S. Postal Service, or call toll-free Crimeline 1-800-423-8477(TIPS) or 407-423-8477 (TIPS).
Each facility and the Video Visitation Center are equipped with a portable Telecommunications Device for the Deaf (TDD).
Staff will allow hearing-impaired inmates to use the TDD telephones for at least forty-five (45) minutes, when needed.

    EMERGENCY CALLS:
If an emergency call comes in relating to an inmate, the Senior Chaplain or Squad Supervisor will verify the emergency, if
possible. If appropriate, the Senior Chaplain or Squad Supervisor may permit the inmate to make a return call concerning
    the emergency.

its funny Lee Long Socks mouthing ILY after what she said in those letters, who knows maybe as kids they did indeed play DR. maybe she was a willing participant. Why else would Lee still want the world to know he still loves her. yikes!!!! And CA with her lies and I cant remember which; BTW Bozo the Jackass is counting on those to free the snot-mom. But for $indy to say she still thinks Caylee is alive well that just proves she is just trying to get over on LE and the world trying to play the crazy card. which just proves to me the nut didnt fall far from the tree…JMO

  123. humbleopinion on 16 July 2010 at 12:34

  124. Clem on 16 July 2010 at 12:35

Carol, from what I was able to figure out, the hearing next week is canceled. Is there a way to look at the docket for next week? The MURDERER needs to be hung up by her lips till she dies. And NOT the ones on her face!!!

  125. humbleopinion on 16 July 2010 at 12:36

Hi JourneysNonnie! Welcome! It is pretty sick, but seems he could careless about what Casey says, I am sure Conwheels has used the oh she’s in jail syndrome excuse!

  126. mikka on 16 July 2010 at 12:36

    find an old report,goodie!

The forensic report was dated Sept. 22, 2009. Inside the trunk and a trash bag from Anthony’s car, investigators recovered a large number of so-called coffin flies, which are gnats that feed on human decomposition.

Forensic botanist Neal Haskell concluded that a large number of the insects found on paper towels inside a trash bag meant there was decompositional fluid on the towels.

“Given the association of the towels with the car, it seems most likely that the paper toweling was used in an attempt to clean the decompositional fluids purged from the remains in the trunk of the car,” the report stated.

In addition, Haskell said the insects found in Caylee’s skeletalized remains and near the body indicated insects started colonizing there in late June or early July 2008.

That would contradict a claim from Anthony’s defense team that someone else put the remains in the woods after she was jailed in October.

  127. mikka on 16 July 2010 at 12:37

Humble, thanks. So, it looks like she can pre pay for other incoming inmate phone calls from her commisary account. ??? I don’t get it. How would she be able to stand at a phone at a specific time to receive that call? Whatever. I think I’ll just let that one slide. Used up too many brain cells yesterday.

  131. mikka on 16 July 2010 at 12:41

guess she will release the phonecall from cma with her jailhouse friend like she release the letters!

  132. humbleopinion on 16 July 2010 at 12:42

The big top secret motion for protection is for a Robin Lunceford. Found this on her:

    Beware Of ‘Friend’

‘I explain that every person in custody who appears to be your ‘friend’ should be viewed as someone who will rat you out in a second to save themselves,” defense attorney Mark Eiglarsh said.

Still, it’s common for inmates to talk, either out of braggadocio or boredom.

Longtime defense lawyer Ed O’Donnell said he refuses to send legal papers to his clients in jail, fearing that other inmates could read them and learn enough about a case to conjure a fake confession.

“It’s possible to get a conviction based on fabricated information,” said Neal Sonnett, a Miami defense lawyer and former federal prosecutor. “It’s not difficult for somebody to know what police are looking for.”

Arguably the most prolific informant in the Miami-Dade jail is Robin Lunceford. A robbery suspect and career criminal, Lunceford has offered police information about four murder defendants she met in jail, including Geralyn Graham, the caregiver for missing foster child Rilya Wilson.

    http://www.november.org/stayinfo/breaking3/JailSnitches.html

  133. humbleopinion on 16 July 2010 at 12:44

Robin Lunceford said Geralyn Graham confessed to her and explained that she smothered Rilya with a pillow after Rilya insisted on wearing a Cleopatra costume – something Graham considered evil – for Halloween instead of an angel outfit as Graham wanted.
