Guess Lunceford doesn’t know that there is a video of Casey reaction to Caylee’s remains being found, of course sealed right now.
Remember, Lunceford has all over the net with a bogus birthday, claims that there is an appeal going to happen, claims she is a victim of the state of Florida, all because she wouldn’t throw her EX-boyfriend under the bus. BUT he is out according to Lunceford, and more than likely living the good life.
Baez doesn’t want this phone call he had with Lunceford released, but Lunceford is out talking to the media. Tonight at 6 Florida time, there will be an interview with Lunceford! Wonder if she used her real name or one of her aka’s?

Watched a little of “In Session” this weekend…and KC’s eyes are all over the place…very shifty…it was really strange and creepy. I can’t even make my eyes do the movement she was doing with hers. She wouldn’t move her head but her eyes were shifting all over the place. PURE EVIL!!!

Casey Anthony’s defense team is investigating George Anthony’s suicide attempt, possibly to discredit him or blame him, WFTV-Ch. 9 reported tonight.
“Records show her defense team’s private eye has investigated George’s suicide attempt the month after Caylee was found,” WFTV’s Kathi Belich said in a report that opened the station’s 5 p.m. newscast.
Belich reported that the defense has spent about $4,000 so far in taxpayer funding, most of it on the private investigator. There was no response from the defense team in WFTV’s report.
George Anthony testified to the grand jury on Oct. 14, 2008, hours before his daughter, Caylee, was indicted by the grand jury in the death of her daughter, Caylee.
“The defense will have to discredit George because George has some information that is damning to the defense,” WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer said.
How might the defense try to do that? Sheaffer speculated that the defense might want to show George was mentally unstable, because of the suicide attempt, or even present him as a possible murder suspect.
“He was the last person to see Caylee along with Casey,” Sheaffer said. “The duct tape came from his house. The heart-shaped stickers came from his house.”
Or, Belich speculated, the defense might use George’s suicide attempt to show the family is dysfuntional and, for that reason, Casey deserves mercy.

Ok so what am I missing here? Even if, IF Georgie molested Casey…so what? I mean it’s not like that made her murder Caylee. Lots of people (unfortunately) are molested but they don’t become killers. Baez always seems to have some bizarre internal logic that he assumes makes sense to other people – he conducts himself in a way that assumes people know what he’s talking about and agree with him…but no one does.
It’s like the situation with the media – he thinks that by complaining he is making some sort of point or argument. I don’t know what law school he went to, but it needs to be discredited.
