Well, now we know why George was so crabby looking in the court room! The d-team is looking into him and his suicide attempt. Seems like the d-team will be either trying to discredit him or blame him. I guess I would be pretty pissed off if the d-team for my daughter was trying to point the blame on me……….But I do not believe that George would have killed Caylee. He was not jealous of her like her so called mother was. Caylee was the light of George’s eye. The defense team has really turned into some sick bunch! Jennifer Fernandez file. She has no contract with the JAC, so she may not get paid $490.00! PI working for Baez gets payment: file In there he Received records from Daytona PD, Attorney’s fees, Reviewed the files, visited Orlando PD, Interviewed Boca Raton witness, dealt with security office. He has charged $45.00 per hour, but this file states he can only charge $40.00 per hour after 1 July 2010. Also there is this bill for the PI for $945.00, file. He has interviewed, dealt with Baez attorney, Jose Garcia, sat through a d-team meeting, reviewed files, attempted to interview witness, located and interviewed a witness, consulted with an attorney, and signed an affidavit. So with this 4 documents, the tax payers will be paying out about $4,054.00. Of course if the PI is anything like Baez, the amount of hours spent talking is over the top. So the PI has been paid $1,125.00, $945.00 and $1,494.00. The court reporter may not get her money. Jennifer Fernandez is a court reporter out of Kissimmee Florida. They have been in business for about 16 years and William Jones is the owner!

Whatever George said at the Grand Jury indictment hearing had to be a whopper. I think he laid it all out in detail so they added on the murder charges for WF. His suicide attempt of six beers, some paper cuts and downing asprin, really doesn’t qualify as suicide in my book. He was trying to get River over to that motel, that didn’t work. He knew WF killed Caylee and that his wife is from Hades and his life sucks. Depressed and needed attention, yes, suicide, no.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Chief Judge Belvin Perry ordered the state to give him a copy of a recorded phone conversation between defense attorney Jose Baez and life prisoner Robin Lunceford in the case against Casey Anthony Tuesday.

Baez wants the recording sealed, claiming he did not know the state prison phone call was being recorded. He said Lunceford has information helpful to the defense about Casey’s jail pals.
The judge also wants prosecutors to weigh in on whether it was a legal recording before deciding whether it will go public or whether to have a hearing on the matter.
Bozo must be stupid if he thinks his call wouldn’t be recorded. Doesn’t he learn from his own clients experience? Oh wait, maybe he thinks that they only record WF ugly a$$. I don’t think George did anything to Caylee or WF for that matter. I will feel sorry for him when he decides its in his best interest to stand up for Caylee and not his liar family.

If you are a lawyer and if you are calling an inmate or have a call from an inmate forwarded to you, the first question you would ask if what kind of phone are you on. That would tell you whether you are being recorded. My guess is his assistant got the recording message, she passed on the call to Baez without telling him and he was too inexperienced, incompetent, or whatever to ask. It would seem to me to be a legal recording and therefore public record and it would also seem to me to be work product. In that case, I wonder which of the two would supercede the other?

That lady Lyon had was the dingbatiest person I have ever heard testify. With all the inaccuracies with newspaper stories, she testified that her research was based on newspaper stories mostly. I was surprised Judge Perry allowed it but I guess he was wise to listen to her and then dismiss her research as irrelevant. Obviously she had not been adequately prepped to testify. And Lyon was getting paid at that time wasn’t she?
