The Judge order prosecutors to turn over the recording of Baez and Lunceford from the prison call he received. According to Baez, he did not know the call was being recorded, but I am sure he has no clue about alot of things, this is what makes him in-experienced.
The Baez made claims in the motion that he didn’t know that the call from Lunceford was being recorded, even though she stated “she and two other inmates conspired to tell the state lies about Casey Anthony to help their own cases”. Of course we know that Baez isn’t smart enough to catch on to the inmate part of that comment. The prosecution has a copy of the call and wants to release it into evidence.
The Judge order the prosecution to respond to the d-teams motion to protect the conversation incase he decides to have a hearing on it.
The call happened in May 2010, and the protective order was written because the d-team found out the prosecution was going to release a phone conversation. Read d-teams motion.
I just laugh at Baez. He lies, just like the whole bunch of them. I assume the inmate had called collect to his office and the ‘secretary’ had to hear something when receiving that call!

Normally, inmates are not allowed to wear make-up because of liability issues, such as allergies(thats the law). Mirrors are not allowed because of a potential security threat.

Can anyone tell me if Kronk’s ex-wife was interviewed by the prosecuter or did the defense decide not to use her due to her criminal past? Does anyone find it odd that none of Casey friends or family haven’t spoken out against her or for her to the media. Are they waiting for her trail to start?

What is Baez even TALKING about – he says in his motion he knew the call was from a correctional facility and then he said he wasn’t made aware it was recorded? HUH?? He’s been in court REPEATEDLY complaining about the calls between his precious girl and her disgusting family being recorded. He was asking for special treatment so Casey could talk (scheme) with the rest of the Anthony crime family.
He KNOWS calls from jails are recorded. This is idiotic, even for him. In about 6 weeks from now when someone wakes Mumbles Mason up and explains what’s been going on, won’t he be livid?? Go back to sleep Mumbles.
This may be a stupid question, but how exactly do you “transfer” a call from your office to your cell phone? and was his secretary on the line while doing it, did she say who it was & from where?

Baez probably didn’t even really have the call transferred – I bet he thought that was an angle and could claim “Oh the call was transferred so since I didn’t answer it originally, I didn’t know it was recorded” or some lie to that effect.
I hope Baez gets it this time. He has always been enept! Whether with trying to pass the bar or in his own personal life! Judge Perry is very aware of this and also what he is trying to do now. Hi Everyone! Been eons since I have posted but I still read when i can. This Baez is such an idiot and I am disappointed that Perry has yet to really put his foot down on him. It is insulting to us FL taxpayers that this circus of a trial is taking so long because of all of Baez’ antics!
As far as Casey’s friends and family goes, I, too, am surprised that some of them have not made more of their “15 minutes” yet. I would think especially Tony Lazarro would be in high demand for interviews. Casey gets waaayy too much special treatment as it is and Perry needs to get this over with so she can join the rest of the inmates in general population!
-I’ve never heard of anyone with a life so horrible they can’t become a lawyer. I read on some website that it was because of back child support and a rental car issue… but, I’m sure it was something way worse that they didn’t let out. They really “DESERVE” each other!!!

It still baffles me that the three of them sit behind her in court and no family sits for Caylee! Lee simply creeps me out and SINdy is so wacko it’s scary! Prosecutors provide court with inmate conversations in Casey Anthony case

Prosecutors in the Casey Anthony case have provided the court with recordings of conversations between defense attorney Jose Baez and a state prison inmate, who he says conspired with other inmates to tell lies about his client.
Baez says the recorded discussions he had with inmate Robin Lunceford amount to illegal recordings because he never consented to being taped. He asked the court to keep the recordings out of the public record.
Assistant State Attorney Linda Drane Burdick said in a notice filed with the court today that the recordings were provided “under seal” for inspection by Chief Judge Belvin Perry.
Perry has ordered that the recordings not be released while he has a chance to listen to them and then hold a hearing on the matter.
Burdick also said in her notice that the prosecution will provide a response to the motion by Baez no later than Monday.
Burdick’s notice comes one day after the judge ordered a copy of the recorded prison conversation between Baez and Lunceford, so he can review it in private.
Baez said in his motion he received a phone call from an inmate claiming to be Lunceford in May. The attorney talked with the inmate about how she and two other prisoners conspired “to possibly benefit by lying to the state [prosecutors] about Casey Anthony,” according to the Baez motion. More>>>

About the issue on mason hearing aid.I wear one,have since I was 5 yrs old. The reason it was doing that,was he had the volume turned up too far. A person wearing a hearing aid,is suppose to adjust it to normal level of person voice.So I believed he did this on purpose!
I think Baez is investigating George in an effort to keep him quiet. A form of blackmail. Creating fear that private information possibly damning to George will be used in court. . . aka made public (complements of the letter he wrote). Possibly providing suggestions that if George doesn’t share all that he knows (including what happened between when they brought the car home and he then returned to work) maybe this information won’t be brought into court or made public.
Or . . . maybe it’s Casey’s way of making sure Daddy gets punished for things he may have said in the Grand Jury which we are unaware but knowing that the death penalty was back on the table after George’s testimony.

From what I’ve read on everyones post, this is what I think. The Bozo and the crazy clowns are trying their best to pull chit over our eyes by looking into George. With Cindy on the stand saying she thinks Caylee still alive, with that said! It makes Cindy sound real crazy! Right!? Now I Know, we have always known this. 
Ok then! Now it’s George’s turn, they go out and get all they can on him. Right!? Then with the good old boy George trying to what? Do that suicide thing, now I know we all know it was a bunch of chit right!!? But it’s not chit to the D team, Bozo and clowns. Bozo must try and show that George and his thinking was or is just as crazy as Cindy!! Cuz G&C are being very low key now with nothing really to say!! So Bozo just hopes they look and sound so crazy no one will beleive a word they have to say!! I say good try but we will not beleive any thing that comes out of any of them!!
