Well, seems I have forgotten to post the week roundup.
In JAC updates:
The JAC may not be paying Jennifer Fernandez, court reporter. Fernandez file. She has no contract with the JAC, so she may not get paid the $490.00! Looks like Baez might have to flip this bill. PI working for Baez gets payment: file In there he Received records from Daytona PD, Attorney’s fees, Reviewed the files, visited Orlando PD, Interviewed Boca Raton witness, dealt with security office. He has charged $45.00 per hour, but this file states he can only charge $40.00 per hour after 1 July 2010. Also there is this bill for the PI for $945.00, file. He has interviewed, dealt with Baez attorney, Jose Garcia, sat through a d-team meeting, reviewed files, attempted to interview witness, located and interviewed a witness, consulted with an attorney, and signed an affidavit. So with this 4 documents, the tax payers will be paying out about $4,054.00. Of course if the PI is anything like Baez, the amount of hours spent talking is over the top. So the PI has been paid $1,125.00, $945.00 and $1,494.00. The court reporter may not get her money. Jennifer Fernandez is a court reporter out of Kissimmee Florida. They have been in business for about 16 years and William Jones is the owner!
Mark NeJame motioned to quash the courts order to let the d-team view the records of all searchers that searched for Caylee. Of course none of these searchers would be looked at, had Casey not lied about this whole murdering of Caylee. Read the motion: File
Robin Lunceford has talked to the media now and Baez keeps filing motion after motion to keep the conversation he had with the inmate from going public. I guess he has stated some things that he doesn’t want us to hear.
The Baez made claims in the motion that he didn’t know that the call from Lunceford was being recorded, even though she stated “she and two other inmates conspired to tell the state lies about Casey Anthony to help their own cases”. Of course we know that Baez isn’t smart enough to catch on to the inmate part of that comment. The prosecution has a copy of the call and wants to release it into evidence.
The Judge order the prosecution to respond to the d-teams motion to protect the conversation incase he decides to have a hearing on it.
The call happened in May 2010, and the protective order was written because the d-team found out the prosecution was going to release a phone conversation. Read d-teams motion.
Since we have had no information on the Anthony’s foreclosure, looks like the house is listed on yahoo. See the file. It is in PRE-foreclosure, and here is what I found: A preforeclosure is a property whose owner has defaulted on the loan payments and whose lender has initiated the foreclosure procedure, usually starting with an official “Notice of Default” to the owner. A preforeclosure property exists during the first stage of the legal procedure, and therefore still belongs to the owner. The length of the preforeclosure period depends on type of foreclosure process mandated by state law and the applicable legal documents the borrower signed with the lender when the property was originally purchased.
It is now just a matter of time, the Anthony’s either sell the house, file bankruptcy, or get evicted. Remember Cindy stated after one of the hearings they were renovating the house. Well I wonder where that money is coming from. I guess they figure they don’t have to pay for the house, but are able to just live there. Both need to get a job.
Did I mention that Baez lives in a huge house on a lake? He paid about $600,000 [now worth only $300,000] for the house a few years back. Guess he could let Cindy and George move in and work as servants for him. 
The Anthony’s home is also listed on Zillow.com @ $139,000. If I were rich, I’d call up the bank and offer them a short sale price. I’d love to see the A’s out of there QUICK!! Unfortunately, I’m not rich.

The Anthonys have lived in that house for smost a year without making payments. Ont top of getting thousands for interviews. I don’t beleive either of them work. Can’t understand how Cindy is unable to hold down her job as a desk nurse. She seems to be able to handle a desk job with her “foundation” taking money from the public. What if all of us Floridians decided not to make our mortgage payments to BOA. Unbelievable, the Anthonys are dragging down the whole state of FL with them.
If Casey is convicted, I hope she gets the death penalty. Anyonw who could murder their child and throw away the remains to be devoured by rodents and wildlife deserves nothing less. As to all those who want to give her life, I say this. You are more than welcome to open up your wallets and pay for her upkeep for the next 50 or so years. My taxes are now paying for her trial. I can think of much better ways for MY money to be spent.
Forgot to add. I hope the phone call message is released. Like multitudes of us, I can’t believe that an attorney does not know that jail house recordings are recorded. He is the one who complains about Casey not having any privacy and has been told in public by a judge more than once, that inmates do not have privacy. Why would he be so opposed to information being made public that would be good for his client? Seems to me he would welcome it being made public. Unless of course HE says something that he doesn’t want to be made public. …….JMHO

Whenever I think about how long this Casey Anthony saga is dragging on, I think with some comfort, that the longer it goes on the longer Mason and Baez will be working for free. I have no doubt that Baez will have to pay for some of it out of his own pocket. And what about the rest of his clients and practice? All the time he spends making motions is time taken away from paying clients. We all have bills to pay…..except the Anthonys of course, they get a free ride.
I hope when the trial is over that the justice system goes after the Anthonys and charges them with what the rest of us “commoners” her in FL would be charged with. How can they lie under oath so many times and not have to pay the price? Why is it that although they were told the rules for courtroom behavior, they continue to chomp on gum, and swig from a water bottle. Were that ME, I’m sure I would be asked to spit it out or leave. Their behavior and lying would be unbelievable to me had I not seen it and heard it with my own eyes and my own ears.
The Anthonys had my total sympathy when I heard Cindys 911 calls for the first time. My disgust with grew from their behavior, under oath, televised and in videoed depositions.
Thanks to the Anthonys, I will think twice before getting involved in any searches. I will think long and hard before I donate money to any causes. With the world watching the antics they get away, I hope my pride of the FL judicial system stays intact….JMO

Kate, i totally agree. TES is now the ones suffering, and again at the hands of the brat murderer. I am not too impressed with Tim Miller anymore, but the company does good for families that need help. Many will just not walk out there fill in paperwork, and help. If I did help them, i for one would not fill out any paperwork, but would show them an ID. No copying on their part.

Hello to all my friends! Yes, it is Monday and getting back to normal after last week. Just have to do alot of straightening up and putting all the crap away.
I still don’t know how they or the bank have the nerve to sell it. It should just be torn down. Who in their right mind would buy it? In Milwaukee, not far from me here, they made the owner of the Jeffrey Dahmer 12 unit apt. building tear that down. Just too morbid.

It appears that several bloggers just see the emotional term “sexual abuse” and the imagination is off and running. Unfortunately, this issue evokes the same kind of reaction as with ppl. who feel strongly about the Death Penalty.
To be as objective as possible about this, I took the time to revisit those interviews where the accusations of sexual abuse were mentioned and concluded that Casey, once again, is telling a LIE! It will not work at all in the Guilt or Not Guilty phase of the trial. JMO

I wouldn’t think the Judge or even a jury would buy that for a nickle. Now if the doc had gone to see Cindy, I would believe she needs a mental doc.
