Well, what an exciting day. We learned that Baez house is on the foreclosure block, and he has lied in the motion that stated he DID NOT know the phone call between Lunceford and him was being recorded. States response.
This all came about when Baez put a motion out to not released the phone call he had with Robin ‘snitch’ Lunceford.
July 15 motion and 23 July motion I am not sure why he would make claims that are false especially when the prosecution is involved, BUT I do think that he had been found out about the call with the inmate, probably snitch flapping her lips, but he thought he could have kept it top secret. Now that it was found out, he seems to just sit and lie about it. It seems so odd that he would be so stupid as to lie about it!
As for the foreclosure, looks like Baez is losing his $670,000 house he bought in 2007. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It’s a little over 3,000 square foot, has a pool and it’s screened in. I am not sure where he got all his cash in 2007, this was before he because famous from the Casey Anthony case. OH wait, the Casey case is still going on! Guess those little TV appearances didn’t pay much.
And last fun stuff going on, got this file in the mail. here is the snack record of Casey in jail. Seems she has no problems spending. I guess Jose Baez lost alot of money for dragging the Casey murder trial for too long. As we all know she already claimed she was indigent. Time for Baez to quit this case since he has suffered big financial losses that his house went into foreclosure and try to find another line of work so he can save his house.

Supposedly Lee was tested and is off the hook for being Caylee’s father, but what about George? Has he been tested, do we know of any testing that has been done on him? Something is strange about the papers they had sealed regardidng Caylee’s birth/trust fund. Can’t believe if the father is dead, these money grubbers didn’t go after Social Security, etc. (benefits)
I wonder if the reason this is getting dragged out is that Judge Perry is going to give a real hard slap to Baez – like maybe really get him in trouble, as is obviously long overdue?
Seriously everyone – let’s get this d@mn thing to trial. We’re going to have drama and shenanigans every single MONTH until may 2011 if they don’t get this thing on the road. Unbelievable. I’m an avid lurker, but thinking if I post something about how much I dislike (putting it mildly) the Anthony family, I’ll have a good reason to be excused from jury duty if I am called for the trial. It will be long and boring with all the forensic testimony. Can’t wait to hear from Cindy/George/Lee/Shirley/Rick and the others, tho. Wish we could skip the trial and stick her in prison for life. I don’t think she will ever go to the death house. WHY doesn’t she go for a plea and save the State of Florida some money!!!

Heh, well I am sure that CMA is not interested in saving anyone any money. She doesn’t seem to comprehend the value of plea dealing and basically spilling the beans. Everyone has an elaborate spin on the case, (as do I) but right now, I can only conclude that Caylee died at the hand of her mother and by the law in FL, that is clearly first degree murder. There is NO argument there and by that, I guess I would be too biased to participate in the jury (that, and geographics make that impossible.. I am in Canada).. What I DO have doubt about is whether or not she intended to. . Although there are obvious factors indicating that she was killed purposely, Casey is devious but really is dumb. In reaction to her daughter’s death, she may have created the illusion of a heinous crime by someone else, which really (in this country anyway) is performing an indignity to a body (assuming that the tape was applied post-mortem). As much as people here will disagree with that observation, based on that.. I would have a tough time sentencing her to death.. life in prison WOP, hey no problem.
but back to the plea deal thing.. I think she could spin a deal that will get her out in time for her 50′s.. She walks this thing to the end of trial, she will almost certainly be locked up for life.

I’m not sure that I can understand being angry at tubesocks. He really does seem to be a bit of a clumy person trying to be supportive of a sister who he probably does love but will not associate with even by letter in prison. I think he knows the truth. And as for the allegations of molestation against him, look at the source. Lying Casey who is trying to save her butt.

Well Lee IS an inappropriate weirdo who is supporting and lying for a child killer. I don’t fault him for being related to her, but he definitely knows what happened and he’s rooting for her to get set free. I also find mallory to be morally repugnant and a very sick individual. The whole thing with his bracelet and Lee showing mallory casey’s approval letter of her, the asking casey permission to get a new bracelet – I mean this is a GROWN man we’re talking about here.

Belich also highlighted that prosecutors say Lunceford told Baez the call was being recorded and that Baez’s assistant say he was expecting the call.
