Actually what she did was prove you to be a liar. This, brought on by yourself should have probably recorded the conversation yourself so you would have some recollection of what was said.

An inmate can call from a counselor’s office and may inform the counselor that the call is being made to an attorney to seek representation. An inmate can obtain a contraband cell phone to make the call Inmates often call individuals who make three way calls to other individuals Hey Baez, if your talking on the phone with an inmate snitch, EXPECT it to be recorded. Your excuse and might I add 2 motions and this one, a little over the top!

“We are all in the same predicament as they are. Why should they get preferential treatment?” Biascoechea asked.
Lippman disagrees, but says both sides wanted to avoid a media circus.
“I think it was addressed because Bank of America and myself wanted to get this done without exposing this to the press,” he said.
A Bank of America spokesperson said the Anthonys got their loan modification within a normal period of time. When WFTV asked about the other woman’s loan, the spokesperson never returned the call

Do Jose Baez’s “financial woes” matter to the Casey Anthony case?
WESH-Ch. 2 raised the issue tonight in what it billed as an exclusive report.
“My personal affairs are just that — personal,” Anthony defense attorney Baez said in a text message to WESH.
He may have a point: Don’t his lawyering skills matter more? What do you think?
WESH’s Bob Kealing reported that Baez is in danger of losing his Kissimmee home and that a foreclosure document shows that he owes $655,000. Creditor U.S. Bank claims Baez hasn’t paid the mortgage since Sept. 1, 2009, Kealing reported — a startling detail.
Baez said the foreclosure won’t affect his representation of Anthony, Kealing said.
Kealing turned to two attorneys for analysis:
Criminal defense attorney Jeff Deen said a complex capital case could strain a small defense firm like Baez’s. ”He has to use and maximize every single asset he has left,” Deen said.
Real estate attorney Matt Englett said Baez would be wise to default and move on rather than keep the house. (Englett, a familiar TV presence, makes that point in his TV commercials.) Englett said it’s likely that Baez will work a deal with creditors.
But how important is Baez’s mortgage to the Anthony case? She is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee.
Attorney Deen put the issue in perspective, telling Kealing that when the Anthony saga became a capital murder case, Baez should have asked: Am I qualified? Can I afford it?
In the report, Kealing recounted the money troubles of people associated with the Anthony case. Her parents, George and Cindy Anthony, have faced losing their home, too. Oh where do I begin? … the “special” Anthonys:
1) On 15 July 2008, Casey Anthony brazenly walks into BofA @ 2701 S. Conway RD and cashes a check for $250 using Amy H’s BofA Checking Account.
2) The total monetary exposure to BofA for Casey’s fraudulent usage of Amy H’s BofA Checking account was over $1,300 when you include the 2 NSF checks: AT&T – $574.60 and Win-Dixie – $92.62 plus $10.00 return check fee.
3) Casey had forged several of Cindy’s checks from her BofA Checking account. AMSCOT flagged 2 of which one was $250.
4) Casey stole $354 from Alex P’s BofA Checking account which held monies needed to pay for his nursing home care.
5) G & C Anthony received $20k that we know of from CBS for “licensing fees” associated with Caylee videos, pics and TV interviews, it doesn’t appear that they used any of that money in the past year to pay toward their delinquent BofA Mortgage account.
6) G & C Anthony filed bankruptcy and allowed a home to go into foreclosure in Warren, OH a few months before they assumed a BofA Mortgage at the Hopespring DR addy. in 1989. (not exactly what I call credit worthy)
7) G Anthony still has an outstanding debt obligation from a credit card account that originated with FIA CARD SERVICES N A (aka: MBNA). Now BofA
Let me just stop here to say, I realize Casey was an adult and that her parents were not responsible for her fraudulent acts, but the point I’m trying to make here is more directed at BofA right now. Members of the Ant family have had an atrocious credit history over a long period of time, yet they qualify for a mortgage loan modification?!
There are thousands of hard working ppl. who have recently lost their jobs or had to take low paying jobs just to keep the cash flowing. They have made other sacrifices, as well, like hunkering down on spending, sharing resources with family & friends, cutting back on non-essentials, etc. etc. etc.
Now bare in mind, these are the same hard working ppl. whose tax dollars (TARP) were lent to banks in order keep them solvent. Yes, BofA among others took advantage of this program!
Several ppl. have attempted to make arrangements with BofA to refinance their mortgage or use the loan modification program, but BofA is playing hard ball. Then they turned around and double good credit customer interest rates, increased the late payment and overdraft fees, lowered balances and periodically when you least expect it, the due dates change.
Bottom line is BofA let the scum sucking Anthonys financially rape them and poke a finger in their eye; they saw fit to bump them up in the loan modification program… why? Oh, “they didn’t want the media frenzy!” Oh puleeze… UNLEASH THE PROTESTERS!
Banks are in the business of lending money… at one time having a good FICO score and good payment history use to mean something, but now BofA would rather extend credit to a deadbeat couple – The Ants, but are not be willing to do the same for more credit worthy ppl. I have one last thing to say to BofA ———-CA$H——–

Mikka, you are right…. Cindy’s disability should run out by January 2011. Hmmm. Wonder what she will do then…. looks like she has a shortfall… the trial is scheduled to start 9 May 2011. I don’t believe she can get an extension on her disability. Thoughts anyone?

You are so right! The Real Estate market bubble popped in 2006 and by the time Baez bought his home in May 2007, the market was already in a severe downturn lead by FL & CA.
Of course, Baez has another property in Kissimmee, as well. Maybe he was using the rental income from that house to supplement the mortgage payment for his primary home.
If he’s smart (highly doubtful) Baez would do a short sale… cut his loses on the primary residence… move into the more affordable rental property.
The way I see it, the lost of money on the home would only be overshadowed by his bruised ego for having to live in a less luxurious home!
Well, that’s more than some ppl. can say… no second home to move into.

It is the core of her exsistence. She sold her soul with the pictures for money. She is a greedy, self consumed, petty, hatefull, little woman. What lawyer (with him it is only a mild accusation) takes a call from a convict, and then does not note the day, time, or substance of the call? He knew the calls were coming in yet couldn’t find a pencil to take notes? Unbelieveable.

Baez tries to downplay having a Psychologist visit with Casey. Hmmm, question being, why was he fighting so hard to seal the jail visitor log?
