I am just getting tired of Cindy Anthony. She is the worlds largest liar, liar pants on fire.
She seems to think that no matter what she says, its the “GODS” truth! But in the real world, what she say is nothing more than just pure lies. She says nothing that proves Casey innocent, what she does is makes herself look foolish, childish and totally ignorant.
I am sure there is medicine she could go on to stop the lies, and maybe start with some truths. It all started way back when, with the pizza as the biggest lie. In the 911 call she stated, “I found my daughters car today, it smells like there’s been a dead body in the d*mn car.” She stated pizza was the culprit of the smell. [Boy now pizza is getting a bad rap] It was proven that no pizza was in the car, and documents show there had been a dead body in it. Then her next little lie was about being a nurse of decomposition…yea she proved that she was a liar on that also. Let’s not forget she gave LE the wrong toothbrush, claiming it was Caylee’s when it wasn’t…She is no more a nurse, then Baez is an attorney. I find just because you have a license doesn’t mean anything with these nuts.
So her lies have continued, and in February 2010, that Mark NeJames was seeking her out, when in turn she actually seeked Mark out. She sent an email to WTFV.com stating: Late Wednesday morning, Cindy Anthony released the following statement via email regarding their relationship with NeJame: “We went to Mark NeJame for assistance in dealing with our rights to privacy. Mark will be handling any of our legal questions and concerns. [Larry Garrison is the Anthony family spokesperson.] Larry and Mark will be working together as a team for the family. Larry and I have agreed to let Mark clear up any questions regarding his role in assisting us legally.” Email
This was released 9 September 2008. Of course, we know Cindy’s memory, like Baez is short term. They remember nothing that is “TRUTH”. Remember Larry Garrison, another one Cindy claims to have done her wrong. Everyone is out to get these nuts, and Cindy she is just out to get her brat off of murder charges, even if she did murder Caylee. Cindy doesn’t care what she says, or does…..she is the only one who knows the truth! NOT! She has done nothing but cut everyone down who has tried to help. Everyone is wrong, and everyone else lies. Don’t believe me, just ask her. This Cindy really needs to have some medical treatment. Maybe a month in a rubber room would get her to start looking at reality, instead of looking for more lies.
Just for the record, Cindy has a few professions: making blood money, lair, evidence hider, liar, attorney, liar, forensic expert, liar, nurse of decomposition, liar, photo expert, liar, fraudation owner, liar, Private investigator, liar, Law Enforcement officer, liar, detective, liar, media hound, liar, lazy disability collector, liar…the list goes on and on and on, but you see the pattern, don’t you?
If Cindy is so sure that Casey DIDN’T kill Caylee, and there is someone out there that did, why not use all the free offers you had to find this so called murderer? WHY? Well because she knows that Casey killed Caylee and that she wasn’t going to have to look into having someone else search and come to the same conclusion, that Casey killed Caylee. Cindy knows the truth, and the truth has scared her into lying! lol
I also have to add about the letters she sends Casey is nothing more than a sociopath [Persistent lying, lack of empathy for others, Poor behavioral controls — expressions of irritability, annoyance, impatience, threats, aggression, and verbal abuse; inadequate control of anger and temper, violate the boundaries and rights of others, Aggressive, often violent behavior] looking to get her letters out in the mail document dumps. She writes this crap to get everyone all fired up. Her letters really are not worth the paper or pen they are written. She writes them to slam others, and for no other reason…
I do not feel sorry for Casey. She is an adult, she could have really had a job, taken care of herself and Caylee. Lived on her own and been out of that house of horrors. All of this was brought on by Casey and her lies and stealing.

Yesterday would have been Caylee Anthony’s 5th birthday.
Television touched on the milestone and moved on. In this story, nothing is ever Caylee’s alone, not even her birthday. But any attention paid to the victim is heartening. I think Caylee is the main reason most people keep coming back to the story.
By day’s end, the story had shifted to Jose Baez, Casey Anthony’s attorney.
Stations were studying a transcript of a recorded phone call between Baez and prison inmate Robin Lunceford. Lunceford has alleged that two jail inmates made up incriminating stories about Casey Anthony, who is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee.
Baez hadn’t wanted the public to know the call’s contents, first claiming that it was illegally recorded because he didn’t know he was being recorded.
WKMG-Ch. 6’s Mike DeForest said the transcript suggested Baez did know the call was being recorded. Summing up, DeForest said: “There’s a lot of question as to whether Jose Baez said anything incriminating himself, because he didn’t want the public to see this. We read through the transcript. Baez actually said very little in this. It’s most of that inmate talking.”
WFTV-Ch. 9 Liz Artz said: “Early on, Baez claimed he didn’t know these phone calls were being recorded. The transcripts from those conversations show Baez talked with Lunceford about that.”
WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer said there was nothing in the conversation that discredits Baez. Why fight to keep the call private? Sheaffer theorized that Baez possibly wanted to keep something from the prosecution in the very public case.
It was another perplexing chapter in this case.

I have been pretty sick…but, now we have a diagnosis for what has been going on with me over the last many years. My Rheumatologist has diagnosed fibromyalgia and Lupus. She started me on new medication a couple of weeks ago, and I am feeling some pain relief and have a little more energy ~ so I am hopeful we are on the right track.

How many times are they going to press forward on the TES motions. I thought it was all settled as to how they were going to be reviewed. In Cheney’s letter to Mr. NeJame, he stated that Casey is indigent and, therefore, unable to pay upfront to view the documents. Well, those documents were available to the defense long before Casey was declared indigent, and when there was plenty of money floating around. I still don’t understand why the defense didn’t review those records when they were first available, if they were so important to them. Wish Judge Perry would ask defense why they didn’t take the opportunity when it was first available. This motion reeks of so much cry babying by the defense that it is downright embarrassing. They sound so stupid. Can’t wait for Judge Perry’s response to all the issues in this motion. As I say many time, “Never a day go by in this case without……………………”.
I just did a speed read through all this new information, so can’t really comment in detail on much. Next time around, I’ll read slowly, and make notes like I used to.

NeJame admits he spoke with Lohr and a reporter for the Orlando Sentinel about a book, but there’s no truth to the plea deal.
WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer also believes a 10-year deal is unlikely. He says prosecutors would take a lot of heat for offering such a light sentence.

The obstruction accusation is “laughable,” NeJame told WOFL-Ch. 35’s Holly Bristow tonight.
NeJame used to represent George and Cindy Anthony, the parents of Casey Anthony. Now NeJame represents Texas EquuSearch, which looked for Caylee Anthony.
Casey Anthony is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee. The defense team and NeJame are locked in a battle over records on the EquuSearch volunteers. (Anthony is shown last month with attorneys Cheney Mason and Jose Baez in this photo by Red Huber of the Sentinel.)
Bristow asked if NeJame notified a TV station when the defense team came to NeJame’s office to look at EquuSearch records.
“Absolutely, positively not,” NeJame told WOFL. “If that call got made by a lawyer, it was made by them.”
The Anthony has team denied NeJame’s accusation and countered that NeJame has consulted a writer about an Anthony book, Bristow added.
NeJame acknowledged to Bristow that conversations had occurred, but there are no plans for a book.
Bristow said that Anthony attorney Jose Baez had not returned her call for an interview.

“There was no plea deal to my knowledge whatsoever,” NeJame told WFTV-Ch. 9. “I think one could have gotten a plea deal for someone in that 10- to 15-year range.”
But crime writer David Lohr says NeJame had mentioned that Anthony had been offered a plea deal for 10 years if she would reveal where Caylee’s remains were, WFTV’s Jeff Deal reported.
NeJame acknowledged he did approach Lohr about a book but there was a misunderstanding about the plea deal, Deal added.
WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer dismissed talk of a 10-year plea deal. “I find it highly improbable that a deal was even attempted prior to the discovery of the body,” Sheaffer said.
The State Attorney’s Office would neither confirm nor deny the plea offer, WFTV anchor Bob Opsahl said. The Anthony defense team hadn’t returned calls, Deal reported.
What of an Anthony book? NeJame isn’t ruling it out, and if he did do one, he’d give the money to charity, Deal said.
The Anthony defense team tomorrow will depose Jesse Grund, Casey’s former fiance, and his father, Richard Grund, WFTV reported.
WESH-Ch. 2’s Bob Kealing focused on prison inmate Robin Lunceford’s allegations that another inmate, Maya Derkovic, had made up stories about Anthony. In a phone call to Jose Baez, Lunceford said that Derkovic admitted fabricating Anthony stories.
Orlando attorney Richard Hornsby predicted that it’s unlikely any of these claims will be part of Anthony’s murder trial. ”It’s hearsay upon hearsay, and that’s why the courts don’t generally like hearsay testimony,” Hornsby told Kealing.

Hi everyone – back from a vacation with no internet! Came home to find that all the TV programs I depend on for the court information did not record because of some stupid blackout the day I left which somehow screwed up my satellite box. What would I do without Humble and all of you here to depend on.

About those e-mails. Is Domenic Casey the one that is still getting paid for the hours he puts in or is that the one with Domenic as a last name? Anyhow, the e-mails are incredible. This seems to be where Baez gets his ideas for defending Casey. She is deader than doornail, up s-creek without a paddle, out for the count, without a prayer, running on empty and thoroughly and completely screwed. Surely a death penalty case should be defended by non-crazy people!
And speaking of screwed, did Judge Perry’s denial of the motion to suppress Baez’ conversation with the inmate not smack of impatience with Baez and suggestions that Baez should learn a bit more about the law? I loved it. And I suspect Perry was furious that Baez lied to him about not knowing the tape was recorded when he answered the phone and he was also told by the inmate the call was being recorded.

They took a meat lovers pizza (dominoes or pizza hut) put it in a trunk for 20 days. They came back. The pizza was dehydrated and the trunk smelled like PIZZA! Not sure where a link is to it but I saw it awhile back.

We have a brief profile on a few of them as follows:
Captain Clyde Cole– (aka: Greg) Gulf County Sheriffs Office employee who participated in the search for Caylee Anthony in September of 2008. He is a cadaver dog trainer and handler. Clyde brought two of his trained cadaver dogs to assist in the search efforts at the far eastern end of Suburban Drive. Clyde knows where the remains were eventually located and stated neither he nor his cadaver dogs ever searched that particular area. He also stated that the area the remains were located in would have been “most difficult if not impossible to search … because of the amount of water in the area.”
Erica Gonzalez– Lives in Oviedo, FL. Friend of Jamie Realander. On 7/11/08 filled in as a Shot Girl at Fusion. A patron scratched her stomach. This incident resulted in the Fusion management releasing all of the Shot Girls early that night.
John Michalakis– Formed Fiber Technologies. Potential Prosecution witness to give testimony regarding materials in the trunk lining of the Pontiac Sunfire. None of the materials used in manufacturing the lining contained chemicals found in chloroform.
Hi Smoke – I did not believe this summer could get quite this interesting. Things are really speeding up with Judge Perry and his deadlines.
What is the relevance of the Shot Girls leaving early on July 11th? If I ever knew it has completely slipped my mind.
I am convinced that regardless of the number of times Perry warns about deadlines, Baez just does not take him seriously. I do think that Baez might just be regretting his pro-bono status. Too bad he claimed he was not getting a cent from any royalties etc. He is probably scratching away with small time cases just waiting for this one to go away. Or perhaps he has disgraced himself so thoroughly that his is no longer many paid cases.

2:04 p.m. Erica G. cell phone call to Casey’s cell phone = 4 secs. Missed call goes to voice-mail box.
2:06 p.m. Casey returns Erica G.’s phone call and they talk for 842 secs. Casey tells Erica she is on her way to OIA to pick up someone. During the conversation, Casey made a statement along the lines of “sit down Caylee,” but Erica did not hear Caylee’s voice at all during the entire conversation.

The cell phone data was ages ago.
This is going to be a fascinating trial. There are so many tiny details. There are more witnesses than the Phil Spector case and that took months. It’s a good thing Judge Perry has taken over as he is good at controlling the courtroom. I am looking forward to Baez cross-examining witnesses – he is so outclassed but both prosecutors.
Caroly, I think Judge Perry as already signaled to the Prosecution that he is not willing to entertain cell phone ping data as a method to pinpoint Casey’s whereabouts.
One of the reasons being, there is no way to prove who had possession of her phone unless she was actually on it talking with someone. Another reason is the cell phones can ping off of towers within a wide range… 4 – 5 miles or more.
Based on the conversation with Eric with Casey telling her the destination of OIA, that helps with confirming where she was and where she was going coupled with the cell phone pings and Amy H’s testimony of being picked up by Casey at 2:30 p.m. on 15 July 2008.
Recently more of the talking heads about this case are saying we have to look at the events in its totality. I have always found that to be the case. If we just read the headline of the day and not attempt to connect the dots, we find ourselves wondering what did we miss more times than not.
Baez is definately out classed by the Prosecuting Attys. and Atty. Mark NeJame. He needs to get a grip before Judge Perry gives him a long overdue smack down, IMO!
Smoke – I was hoping that when Judge Perry found out how many hours Casey spent on the phone day after day after day that he might change his mind about allowing the testimony in and just caution the jury about the making conclusions based on the pings alone.
I do see your point that the evidence of others helping to confirm that the was the holder of the phone is more than helpful.
If I were an attorney listening to Judge Perry I would already think I had been smacked down I think.
