Jail call released ~ In the phone call released, sounds to me like Snitch called Baez..if you read the first few lines of conversation, Baez didn’t ask who it was, nor did he say is this Snitch? It also wasn’t transferred like mindless claimed in his motion. Not much to say about this phone call, pretty much about snitch and her problem and her 20 years in prison……blah, blah, blah….On page 22 Maya said something about a relationship with his “MY GIRL” client. We discussed this many times…I do laugh, snitch says she has been in prison 20 year and going to Blackstone law school, and her friend is a paralegal, she is not dumb….Maya is as dumb as a bag of rocks. I can’t find anything on Blackstone Law school, but I find it is a prep service. So with that said, sounds like she was going to prep before being turned down from law school. What non-profit would turn down someone handing them $795 to prepare for a LSAT [Law School Admission Test]? So who is the dumb one now, Snitch? I am not sure, but they really don’t allow someone with 27 AKA’s, and a convicted felon as attorney’s, do they?

The defense motion to Quash the Courts Order….File
Due to some unpaid court costs, say it isn’t so, the Orange county clerk of courts has asked to suspend Casey’s “already EXPIRED” drivers license. Well little do they know, her license has NOT been renewed from last year when it expired on her birthday!
According to ClickOlando.com they said the the Clerk turned over a $381 bill to collections. This is for $348 in court costs, which were to be paid in full by the end of April, and more than $30 in late fees. Also in addition to court costs, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office submitted a $5517.75 bill for “investigative costs” associated with the check fraud case, which proudly now Casey can wear the convicted felon name. To date the judge has not ordered Casey to pay the investigative costs.
AND last, the A’s got on NBC and spread their BS like wildfire. Of course it is your typical Cindy “show”, and really a waste of time. Mikka. Cookie! Posted on last blog. But to summarize: just got home from work and was catching up! These ants were on TV just for the $ got there new Caylee pic for licensing fees. All the same bs! Pansy interview with stoner Sindy! I also emailed today show asking why? These ants always know what’s being asked before hand. Why not have the taxpayers of FL pipe in? What are you afraid of? Why are interviews so soft? Why don’t you ask one tough question?
All of us FLABs need to tell these networks that their sponsers will be boycotted until they do fair and balanced interviews with the Ants! We have a voice and when more of us hit them in the $ pocket maybe they will listen.

Good morning all. I just love lazy, Sunday mornings. Wow. What a week. For me, the most interesting thing was reading Mark NeJame’s reponse to the defense’s motion. This man is brilliant in his writing. I am just afraid that Judge Perry will slap both of them down for this back and forth squabling. Most of it has nothing to do with the murder of Caylee, or the conviction (I hope) of Casey. Also interesting, was reading the transcript of the JVM show. I can’t watch her. I always have the feeling she is trying to sell me a used car (the yelling type commercial I hate so much), and I don’t need one. In the transcript, it is easier to understand what is being discussed. Leonard Padilla is still pi$$ed off that Roy Kronk found the remains of Caylee, and he couldn’t do it. Mr. Padilla didn’t pick up on the statements of Kio Marie and others, as Roy Kronk did. That made Mr. Padilla look like a loser. He was so cock sure of himself, with all the publicity (with lots of help from NG and JVM). It was a real come down for him. I don’t understand how JVM can possible have him on her show, as he has lost all credibility as an experienced bounty hunter.
Shame, shame on Cindy and George Anthony. What an insult that first question to them in the interview was, i.e., “Are you being paid for this interview?”. Answer by them, “No”. Obviously, the next question in my mind would have been, “Are you being paid for the use of your home, the pictures, the videos?’. If it had been asked, the answer would have had to have been, “Yes.”. How obvious that question was by the interviewer. It was a set up, as they know everyone in blogger land knows how these interviews are done. Seems like nothing on TV or in the media is real, or to be believed anymore. Oops, is this comment getting too long? I just go get some more coffee, and give you all a break. I have so many thoughts about this past week, but they are just so similar to most of what you all have been commenting about, so I won’t repeat, just say, “I agree with you all”.

Good morning batwoman. I, and the rest of you are very impatient for this trial to get underway. But, we have to remember that this is not uncommon for it to take so much time. The link below is from WESH this morning. The murder of this poor toddler (I call them babies), took place in 2006. The murderer (who evidently doesn’t like to have his hair pulled) confessed to 1st degree murder in order to avoid the death penalty. Guess if you finally confess, then the DP is taken off the table. Doesn’t change the fact that a baby was murdered. I feel if they confess to this horrible crime, then LWOP is too good for them. These cowards. Helpless babies. So, it has taken until 2006 until now to get through this case. As I said, not unusual.

While I’m in a chatty mood, I’ll just share that I spent many hours this weekend skyping with my family in Switzerland. Yesterday our grandson had his 3rd birthday party. Lots of little friends, and lots of fun confusion. The thought hit me, that we have never seen pictures of Caylee interacting with other children. I just recently saw a snippet of her 2nd birthday. It was all adults, with lots of adult food all over the table. The cake was the one, if you all will remember, that Casey bought for her, using money she stole from her grandmother, Shirley. That is the check she used by manipulating the numbers from another check Shirley had given Casey for her own birthday. Cindy covered up for that one two. I had forgotten about that stolen birthday cake money. I’ll bet there are lots of other stolen checks and money we do not know about as yet. It will be interesting to hear from all her ex-friends when they are on the stand. Hopefully, they will expose all her thefts.
Oh, well, you lazy people, if you don’t feel like chatting, I’ll just go and check my lottery tickets. You could be looking at a multi millionaire.

Another question I would have asked the A’s is: Your daughter is a 6-time convicted felon. How do you feel about that?
