Baez call Brad Conways resignation as a sideshow. Of course I call any news conference that Moe and Curley perform a waste of time. BUT really calling Brad Conways resignation a a sideshow? This is a sideshow: Baez holds a New Conference, about himself!
In this little news conference back in January 2009, Baez says:

He is focused on his HIS GIRL!
No book deals, no deals of any kind with anyone. It is ALL false rumor…..
He doesn’t feel he has to justify this.
If it affects my client in anyway he has to justify it.
FYI Baez, you’ll be lucky if you are remembered at all, or if you have a license to even practice law!
Now mind you, Baez had months to go and look at these files and never did. He wasted more time in the courtroom, complaining and crying about how he isn’t getting to look at the files. Motion after motion filed by these hoodlums trying to get their stalling ways. Not to mention, he has this lying in motion disease.
So with all the motions filed, the drama team will get to review all 4,000 files. It will be supervised by the magistrate. The drama team will be able to take necessary notes, for PROPER investigation. Any disputes will be represented to the courts for resolution. And the drama team will never have to whine again about not getting fair treatment.
Mason, a terrible speaker who needs to talk more clearly, is just a determined rump. He can’t talk, his hearing aid seems to have issues, and he has that “I a rump” attitude.
This news conference was really, again a waste of time. Baez thinks he is this wonderful attorney who will be getting the murder off, but in reality, if it would just strick him, he will find out the out come will be different. Moe and Curly Video
I do wonder why everything the d-team does, is worth it? And anything anyone else does is a sideshow? Baez thinks to much of himself. He still acts like an inexperienced, immature attorney wanting to make the big time. He just needs to go and sit on the panel at the JVM show. Honestly wouldn’t be surprised a few of these attorney’s made a complaint about Baez to the FL Bar!
CALLING ALL TES searchers…if you get a call from the defense drama team, make sure you note what is said, time they call, and direct them to an attorney……..
And will we be having a big news conference, Cindy and George sideshow, anytime soon? I would assume they would have some sort of comments for the Drama team and their comments!

Monday, a lawyer for Anthony’s parents stepped down after seeing some of the search documents, claiming they invalidated part of the defense’s case.
“It’s a circus. It’s a show. It’s to distract everybody from what it’s really about,” said Miller.
The defense has claimed searches tampered with evidence. EquuSearch never found the body. It was recovered after the search had been called off due to high water following a tropical storm. Caylee’s body was found after the water dried up.
“Houdini couldn’t have found Caylee Anthony’s body. Everybody did the best they could do,” said Miller.
The defense wants the names of roughly 4,000 EquuSearch volunteers who helped. Miller believes it’s all to distract the case away from Casey Anthony.
Miller wants to protect the volunteers. He said there’s nothing his searchers did wrong.
“This is sending a terrible message. Who would want to volunteer if they’re afraid that their information is going to be given to some defense attorney who’s a nobody?” questioned Miller.

Hi ya mikka. I’m having a slow start this morning. Not as exciting as yesterday morning. Anyway, I just loved it when Mr. Mason said they would examine the files of Texas Instruments. Why do I have the feeling this man wears his shoes on the wrong feet. Hope Texas Instruments sends him a letter denying his request to go through their files. This shows us that these two lawyers were not comfortable during that interview, were actually nervous to make a mistake like that. Got a laugh out of it, though.

Good morning indianadiane. Actually, I don’t have a cousin Vinnie. But, those who saw the movie knew what I was referring to. Guess it will be a slow day. The best we can hope for today is a Cindy cameo or letter stating that she is the one who fired Mr. Conway. Of course, she will make sure to send a copy to Jose Biaz, which seems to be her modus operandi. I have some reservations still about Mr. Conway. He said he still supports the Anthonys. Why? I didn’t like to read that. Cindy is the one who sent that email to the defense, thereby throwing Brad Conway under the bus. It was done behind Brad’s back. She didn’t even have the courtesy to copy Brad on that email, to at least give him a heads up on what was coming down the line. That was sneaky and despicable. She just cannot keep her mouth shut. Mrs. know-it-all. I’ll bet she has spent many hours in Mr. Biaz’s office, and that is why she was able to obtain an envelope with his return address on it. Would that be called stealing? Wonder if Mr. Biaz slapped her for that one. It made him look bad.
No matter who comes in contact, they soon catch onto the Anthony LIES.
They then immediately become targets of abuse. Tim Miller was called by Cindy to come to Fla and search for Caylee…..however, it wasn’t how Cindy wanted that search to be conducted. She wanted full control over it.
Cindy thought as she still does to this very day, that people are stupid.
Instead of thanking this man for bringing his equipment and searchers for her, she attacks and finger-points and abuses like no one I’ve ever encountered in my lifetime.
How sad it is for Tim Miller to now state that he will never step foot in Florida again……and all because of one evil, evil, selfish, controlling grandmother who wants it all HER WAY OR THE HIGHWAY.
I thank God above that He now has Caylee safely in His arms and out of the grasp of this socipoathic disgusting person who claims to be a ‘grieving grandmother’.
Had Caylee lived, I am certain that Cindy would be cloning a 2nd Casey, and because Caylee is dead, I rejoice over the fact that Cindy CANNOT control her life.

Hi everyone! Had to do some resting after watching the video. I could not get into posting about these morons this morning. What a waste of 12 minutes in my life!

Humble, I think TM was in such an emotional turmoil, that he said that during his time of distress. There were other missing children out there during the time they were searching for Caylee, and that must have made him so angry. He could have been helping others, and not wasting valuable time and search expertise in searching for Caylee and being treated like dirt by that dirt bag, Cindy.
Humble, I also finally watched the video this morning. I just love Mr. Mason’s statement about viewing the files of Texas Instruments. Bet all those thousands who work for Texas Instruments must be having a good laugh at that. I’ve worked for large corporations like that, and gossip goes around the whole industry faster than a speeding bullet.

According to court records, a collection agency called “Alliance One” now has a pending case against her.
Anthony owes $381 related to the charges to which she pleaded guilty in January.
Anthony admitted to stealing money from her friend Amy Huizenga’s checking account.
Corrections records show that two small deposits from people out of state have gotten Anthony’s jail account out of the red, but just barely

Kinda makes you wonder why the Anthony Crime Family is SO fixated on even having an attorney. I’m sure if someone in my family were killed, the first thing I’d do is a get a lawyer lol. Casey Anthony’s attorney now wants detectives to stop all evidence testing in the case. Eyewitness News first reported two weeks ago that recent evidence tests show that Caylee is dead and that she had been in the trunk of Casey’s car.
Anthony’s attorney, Jose Baez, filed the motion Wednesday asking Circuit Judge Stan Strickland to order a halt to all forensic testing so that he can have a say in where and how the evidence is tested.
