ONCE again, Cindy has turned a good thing, bad. Yesterday’s article about Cindy donating “CAYLEE’s” (yes, she used the name Caylee, to get attention) shoes has turned a charity into a bad thing, not to mention Walgreens.
Yesterday Cindy emailed the MEDIA, her favorite people, that she was going to donate the shoes of Caylee to this charity for kids in Honduras and central Florida. Here is the email she sent: Cindy Anthony sent an e-mail to Local 6, announcing that she would be donating some of her granddaughter’s belongings to the Children of Love Foundation.”I will be attending this event on Saturday, donating some of Caylee’s shoes. I think that this project is worth mentioning,” Cindy Anthony wrote.
Well little did she know, her celebrity status was not needed nor desired by the organization. Gosh, without the name Caylee in that email, she isn’t anything. Again she uses her dead granddaughter to cause a ruckus for us all to see.
Then just when we thought it was over and done..yep I wrote an email to the local 6 telling them not to cover the celebrity function, the Organization comes back and says that they are NOT associated with the Cindy Anthony! Doris Patalano, started receiving harassing phone calls the morning the big celebrity made it to the news about her donations of Caylee’s (there is that word again) shoe to the organization. Patalano created the Children of Love Foundation with her husband nearly 20 years ago. Patalano was orphaned as a child.
Then Cindy comes back with this: In an e-mail sent to Local 6 on Wednesday, Cindy Anthony responded to the controversy, saying, “Hopefully everyone will be respectful to what this event is all about. It’s not about my family. It’s about doing a good thing for others. My goal is to help this foundation collect shoes for the orphans in Honduras. Unfortunately, the media would not have normally covered this event had it not been for my involvement.”
The last word Cindy needs to say is “RESPECTFUL” in the email. Cindy respects nothing and her idea of USING CAYLEE’s name to get attention is over bearing. If her idea is to collect shoes, then get your fat lazy old butt (FLOB) out and start collecting. Don’t think your running to the media to get attention to yourself is the way to do it. Do you think we are all going to run out and give some shoes to a charity that you mention? Probably not. Cindy involvement ALWAYS ruins a good thing and turns it bad. If it wasn’t for Cindy’s wanna be celebrity involvement, people wouldn’t be so mad right now!
So Cindy get over yourself, this isn’t about you, it is about you using of Caylee’s name in vein.

George molests daughter for years. George starts to molest Caylee. Cindy knows in her subconscience that her daughter has been molested by George, but would never admit the ‘dirty truth’. Cindy never pertects her daughter from George. George starts to ‘go after’ Caylee. Casey trys to remove George from seeing Caylee as much as she can, but realize she is a young girl herself, and have been controlled by George and the ‘family secret’ for years. Now one day, George gets carried away and ‘accidently’ kills Caylee, Casey finds out, and knows her dad the killer. Given his police knowledge, he knows the longer the crime goes ‘undetected’, the beeter that noone will hang for the crime. He also convinces Casey that when she was arrested for his crime, that they could Not possibly find her guilty, because in fact she didn’t do it. Also he tells her that all she has to do is go thru the trial process and all will be well, and no one will ever know. He also tells her that she she be convicted, He/George will finally confess. This hides the terrible truth from Cindy, who was so far into deniel before all this, that she literally hates herself now. And as seen, George is ready to send himself to hell. but he has to wait until the trial is over, one way or another, George knows He only has months to live free, or live at all.
I guess this is just my gut talking, but I really think it went down like that.

Not too sure her behavior would be appropriate for your scenario Kitty, but Im sure if the defense hears it maybe they will run with it…In my humble opinion, George is a lazy guy dominated by the women in his household, and he just tries to stay under the radar and live his own version of la Bella Vita…I also think he did love his grand daughter…I might be biased because if Casey said the Sun rises in the East, I would question all the cosmology that has gone into that theory…Im sure your hypothesis could be possible, I just dont see any tangible evidence that it went that way.JMO.

I have less to blame on Cindy than a lot of people. I think she loved Caylee very much, but in her own perverted way. Remember she was trying to have Casey arrested for theft. DNA evidence is definitive. The remains were Caylee’s because they matched hair samples from Caylee taken from the house. Even a close relative wouldn’t give a match. More like it frustrates me, prob. what you folks have been feeling since the beginning. I work full-time and have many outside interests and I admit to not reading as much of the background material I would like to. Will it happen, probably not, but IMO it needs to…. This innocent baby has been dragged through the mud and back, plus everyone who has the unlucky chance to even get in close proximity to the Anthony’s are having their lives revealed to the world…. Justme…I think they would have given her a deal a while ago. Remember there was limited immunity if she told where to find Caylee. I don’t think it was just Casey saying no I won’t deal… I really believe Beaz thought he could pull if off as long as there was no body…WRONG. I didn’t think they could win back then and I don’t think with all the circumstances we now know which the jury will here in a matter of weeks…not over the long period of time we have. They will convict on the top count. I do also believe there is a good chance they won’t give her the dp, because of the home she grew up in..I do believe the jury might consider the Casey’s childhood mitigating enough to give her lwop instead of the dp.

It ain’t gonna happen…I think there is a good chance if the defense came to the state and made a plea…the state would take lwop so they could end this all…Including the costs the FL tax payers are enduing. I just don’t see the state dropping it on their own, because like you I understand why they are going for it.

That’s the way I understand it… I have a friend who’s a parole officer, and IF I understood him correctly, that’s the way it works… Murderers, go to Federal classified prisons, drug dealers, etc go to state classified prisons… I don’t know this for a fact, but would like to find out…
I don’t know that murder one is a federal offense…In most states it usually means it carries the harshest penalties. Most states have just first degree murder. In Texas we have first degree and capital murder…I believe it is only capital murder that you can get the dp on, but not positive. I also believe there are only a few states that have both of those counts.

I believe she was spoiled, but I don’t believe they bailed her out because of their undying love…it was all about Cindy’s precious family image. Casey had to have known by the time she was a teenager exactly how important this was to her mother. I don’t think even Casey thought it was important enough that Cindy would cover for Casey murdering Caylee…If she knew I think she would have told Cindy that night no matter how scared she was of being choked. But, that is just what I see with this family.

I wonder if the judge will even consider it. I would think they would have to have some kind of evidence to show they feel he could be a suspect. Not just their fishing expedition…But, this is what defense attorneys do. As much as I believe in them…they just p*ss me off.
I don’t know if Judge Perry will consider it or not… Why is his phone records from 2009 till now relevant anyway?? I don’t understand their reasoning… IF he did have something to do with Caylee’s murder, (which I don’t believe for a second), do they really think he’s going to be stupid enough to call everyone and tell them about it??? Only the Anthony’s do stupid chit like that…

Just to make him look bad…they will take anything that looks the least bit odd and spin it into being something very deceptive. It is just sickening…I don’t think the judge will allow this. I understand the defense is allowed to look at other suspects…but they are not allowed to just throw all kinds of people out there. Not only that if they do they are going to look like fools. Becasue at the end of the day the jury will want to know from Casey…NOT her experts or her attorneys, but from Casey, what happened that day? If someone took Caylee from her, if she dropped Caylee off somewhere whatever story she is going to give, they will want to hear it from CASEY!!!
I know they are not supposed to hold it against Casey if she doesn’t testify, but this is something the jury will want no matter what…to hear from Casey’s lips what happened the day Caylee disappeared

I don’t think her meds are doing that…I think she has always had a problem with her ego and it needing to be built up. I think that is why her whole family is so dysfunctional…So the meds must not be working, because I think we are hearing the real Cindy

But I think that any implication that someone sexually molested their child must be backed up by hard evidence and in this case there is absolutely no evidence of this other than Casey’s accusation and she is a proven pathological liar. Pedophilia is the most vile crime most of us can think of and unfounded accusations have destroyed lives. There is DNA analysis proving that neither George n’or Lee were Caylee’s father.
That having been said, you are absolutely correct in believing that Casey grew up in a dysfunctional home and Caylee’s death may indirectly be attributed to Casey’s . To get a handle on the case you really only only need to review Casey’s, Cindy’s and George’s first couple of interviews with the police and the jail tapes released of Casey with her parents. View the photos of Casey after Caylee went missing. I am pretty sure you will change your theory after reviewing these.
