According to the Orlando Sentinal, the Florida Bar has cleared Baez of ethics allegations made by Dominic Casey. The FL Bar said there was “insufficient evidence” found.
Dominic Casey, alerted the Bar about two issues involving Baez. One issue concerned a discussion the investigator said he had with Baez about doing something other than calling 911 if he found the missing toddler.
According to Baez, he doesn’t remember saying this, and he would never instruct DCasey to walk away and call him if the PI found the child. He also says that he has had unsubstantiated accusations in this case and it makes him fight harder.
Of course, just like the lying in the courtroom a few weeks ago about the so called contract he had with LP and gang, I believe Baez to have a few MIS-truths out there.
We still wait the Judges decision on the fraud charges. I wonder if this will help him out in his decision!

According to the Anthony’s attorney, Cindy and George will be sending letter to Casey. Conway has said that all correspondence was brought to the jail for Casey via Baez. It is against the law for an attorney to bring in letters, they are considered to be contraband, and it is a felony.
Just when we thought we had seen the last letter from Jerry Jackson, he has now sent one to Judge Evans. Not sure why it went to Judge Evans, he is not the Judge in the murder trial. Guess this guy needs some attention. Letter to Judge Evans
*Seems Baez has a terrible memory. Just a few weeks back he couldn’t remember being told, by the jail snitch that the calls were recorded. I am going to believe that this totally happened, and if the Florida Bar were to look into this today, I have a feeling that they could find the outcome different!

In no one has commented on the yard sale comment by Baez. It seems (don’t know exact date) that Baez told the SA that Cindy had had a big yard sale and that is how the Pooh blanket and shirt got to the site with Caylee, by someone else who put Caylee there. Finally finished yesterdays video assignment. Now, Humble has increased our homework load. So many things I have forgotten which were said and done in August of 08. It is now so obvious all the lies Cindy told back then, i.e, the reason for not visiting Casey because of media, when we now know that it was Casey refusing their visits, even while C&G were waiting at the jail to go in. In that same week, Casey refused Lee’s visit. This was just one of their lies. Off to do my homework.
I appreciate the prayers! I read everyday and have for almost two years. I feel I know all of you! You guys are great.
I just can’t believe this case has more twists and turns that any murder case I have seen. If I had a granddaugther, (someday, I hope soon) like Caylee or really any other baby, I know I would protect her! Sweet Caylee was so innocent!

indianadiane, ain’t gonna happen. A visit now by the Anthonys would be a disaster. It has gone on too long, now. What I was thinking yesterday evening, was who is going to do the victim statement at the end of this trial (after the guilty verdict is in). I just can’t imagine George Marie or Cindy making one after all they have said and done in Casey’s interests over Caylee’s this whole time. They would have to get up there and chastise Casey for murdering Caylee in front of the world. Remember, their princess can do no wrong, and they believe everything she says. Or, maybe they would get up to make a victim statement and really just continue to claim Casey is innocent and was wrongly convicted. Really, I can’t imagine who would do this for Caylee. Maybe it would have to be one of us, or one of the many other thousands of bloggers from all the different sites who support the prosecution of Casey, with the exception of one not very popular one. Now, wasn’t that a nice way of me stating that?

So proud, George Marie, of your 6 time felon daughter with the prospect of life in prison? I don’t think so. Wonder how they explain to family and friends that Casey is a convicted felon? Wonder what the Anthony and Plesea families think about that, not to mention the murdering of her daughter. Wonder if we will ever hear from Rick Plesea again, other than on the stand.

When Jeff Ashton made the statement of NO Plea Deals having been offered, as a matter of law, Casey was not offered a Plea Deal. A plea deal is not the same as limited immunity.

José Baez about the possible use of immunity for his client, Casey Anthony if she were to make another statement to LE regarding her daughter, Caylee Anthony. Atty. Burdick was open to discuss this matter with Atty. Baez in the interest of finding Caylee, but she pointed out he would need to proffer anticipated testimony before any further discussions of immunity would take place.

WED, August 27, 2008 – Anthony R. (rookie cop) was terminated after he lied about having an intimate relationship with Casey Anthony.
Casey offers to work with the FBI to make a composite sketch of Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez.
Preliminary test results from the TN’s Body Farm on air samples taken from the trunk of Casey’s vehicle shows the odor in her car is from human decomposition. Officials say air samples prove a body was in Casey Anthony’s car.
The SAO confirms an offer of LIMITED IMMUNITY to Casey Anthony for statements she would make if it would help investigators find Caylee. The offer was made on 8/12/08 and is due to expire by the end of the business day 8/28/08. Later this date was extended to 9/2/08.
TUE, September 2, 2008 – At 9 a.m. today the Limited Immunity offer by OCSO to Casey Anthony EXPIRED Casey’s atty. Baez was non-responsive.

Good morning all. Can you imagine all these officers have to be tied up all day waiting for their turn to be deposed. What’s this costing us today? Also, I still cannot understand why Jose Biaz is classified as the lead attorney in this case. He is not death penalty (I like to spell that out) qualified. I have never received a good answer to that. As much as I would love for him to be disqualified, I am just looking forward to him making more of a fool of himself during the next 9 months. He’ll get her convicted come he11 or high water.
