After watching some of that videos from past weeks, and reading up on some of the old evidence, and the last cameo of Cindy on the “Today” show, we know Cindy [and Baez too] CLAIM that nothing links any of the A’s to the location where Caylee was found. Cindy says, no fingerprints, no hair, no fibers, there’s no DNA. I am assuming she means links them to Caylee..
BUT what about the laundry bag? Heckle tape? Trash bag? Heart? T-shirt? Shorts? The Pooh blanket? Pull-ups? Seems they all come back to the Anthonys! Let’s see how did the evidence say it went? Caylee was in the laundry bag with the pooh blanket, which were inside the trash bag! Caylee had the “big trouble comes in small packages” t-shirt, the plaid shorts, no shoes. The heckle tape was wrapped around her mouth and hair, and an outline heart sticky glue over the mouth.
The laundry bag, matches a similar bag the Anthony’s have at home.
The heckle tape, gosh I don’t even own heckel tape.
Trash bags, according to LP they HAD black bags with yellow handles….
The heart, of course we know some hearts were found at the Casey’s…….
The pooh blanket, yes a match also…..
The trouble shirt and shorts, both seen in different pictures…………
Let’ s not forget the picture of the duct tape that was on the gas can, that Casey at one point had in her car. Seems to also be Heckel tape.
And also remember the story from WFTV.com that had the Anthony’s putting up the Find Caylee flier? Well, here is the picture, check out the tape in the top right corner. Caylee Flier

And now to mention the trunk of the car. According to the evidence, it looks like there was a body in the car trunk at one point and the body was in the fetal position.
In August 2008, it was reported that FBI test results show hair and a stain in the trunk of the car belong to Caylee. It was also stated that the hair could not have been Casey’s hair as it had death bands on it. So there was DNA in the car, and Caylee was found dead, and the DNA matches! Boy I won’t be buying that someone could have put a dead body in the car while it was at the tow yard!
All these things found with Caylee, seem to come back to the Anthony house. Remember how smart Casey was to say she never had to take anything for Caylee because the rich, “10″ nanny had everything for her? But then on 11 December 2008, Caylee is found in clothes that were brought for her by the Anthony’s!
So if they keep saying that nothing links Caylee to Casey as the murderer, who could it possibly link back as the murderer? The one who has been out giving us tons of excuses these past 2 years? Maybe it could!
how is it going to work at trial, when we can’t understand what mason says??? Maybe, the jurors will have a better understanding since they are in the courtroom with him… I bet he regrets taking on this fun assignment!!!!

Checks 143 and 144 had CaseyA’s name and signature on them and a Florida DL was captured on the back of the checks, which belongs to CaseyA. Along with the checks, receipts, video tape and photos, sworn statements by the cashiers who conducted these transactions were also attached to the report.
Check 146 was made out to Casey Anthony and was cashed at the BOA

So it had to be disposed of by SINdy cuz of the rotten smell. I thought at one time she admitted to throwing Momma out due to stink.
And I thought SINdy admitted to the Winnie The Pooh blanket being missing. So I think there’s something else really damning on those receipts. At least I hope so.

Good morning all. As I was reading, the defense is going to depose 35 law enforcement people (that’s 35 officers off the streets not protecting you). I read in some media report yesterday (don’t remember which one), they were going to split it between Thursday and Friday. Well, so much for competent reporting. Anyway, now it is being reported that they will depose all 35 today, and then do an indepht deposition of these people later. Judge Perry, I hope you have your antennae up. What I see Mr. Biaz doing is fudging the depositions in order to show Judge Perry that he is on schedule. He will have almost no time for questioning these people, just to get their vitals. But, technically, they are deposed. So, that means, at a later date he can tie these people up, away from their jobs, whose salary we all pay. Must Mr. Biaz do everything in a sleezy way? Will Judge Perry see that these are not depositions, but the usual Mr. Biaz way to play the system?

He instantly started yelling about it… What happened when all was said and done was that man was in there, with a lifeline and a life jacket, and was trying to secure something to keep it from floating into one of those propane tanks… Trying to prevent an explosion… Here’s the video, there’s one out there complete with the explanation of what happened, but I couldn’t find it.. This is exactly what I thought Mr. Biaz was trying to do, i.e., tie up law enforcement. The article below states that many of the people are detectives and are not happy about being tied up with today’s schedule. What Mr. Biaz is really saying to LE is screew you, you’ll come and do my bidding when I want you to. This is disgusting, and I’m pleased that Mrs. Burdick objected to this method in the last hearing.

Carol, the check for $543.66 never passed. It was still pending. That was an electronic payment through Amy’s account to pay Casey’s AT&T cell bill. What???? $543.66. Labor Day weekend. Barbeques, golfing, lying on a beach, hiking in the hills, fun with friends and families. That’s us. Sitting in a jail cell, eating jail loaf, spending mommy’s disability money on junk food, staring at cement walls, daydreaming of the good ole La Bella Vita days, trying to remember Tony’s telephone number. That’s Casey. Actually, we were at Siesta Key beach last night watching the sun set with friends, after dinner. Wonder if they would allow me to send her a handful of white, powdery sand, just to refresh her memory.
We will also be spending time laughing and playing with our children over the holiday instead of scribbling about RV’s and jesus while our kids dna and hair are in an evidence locker…..
muesli- maybe we could start a petition for her to have a stripper pole in the exercise room so she could practice her skills. The other girls would be so jealous and WF could teach a class and feel useful.
