It just amazes me, how many people are out there, that are real victims of physical pain and suffering, and can’t get anything more then an Advil, yet this crew gets Oxycontin, Vicodin, Oxycodone, and the list goes on and on……….They are the ones who make is hard for those truly in need of pain medications!

It was one law enforcement after another in the Case Against Casey.
Anthony’s defense lawyers spent all day Friday questioning law enforcement officers from the state and county. But her attorneys said it was a waste.
The lawyers got through a lot of deputies. Thirty-five had originally been subpoenaed.
Anthony’s defense said they shouldn’t have had to question all of these law enforcement officers.
“It’s the policy of this office to list every single person who drove by and waived,” said Cheney Mason, one of Anthony’s lawyers. “We’re going to wind up taking well in excess of 100 depositions that should never have been taken.”
The defense by law has to question under oath every witness the state has labeled category “A”, meaning they may have material evidence likely used in trial. Anthony’s attorneys said these officers aren’t important and won’t likely be called at trial.
“These are people who may have collected something, an item of evidence and then turned it over to someone else. People who showed up and conducted one interview. People who sat in while another detective interviewed,” Anthony’s lawyer Jose Baez said.
The defense questioned 13 officers before lunch with a two-day total of about 35.
So far, Anthony’s defense said none of the officers should have been deemed a category “A” witness.
“We’ve asked the state to discriminate on these categories so we wouldn’t have to waste our time and money,” Mason said.
“Apparently it’s office policy to designate everybody. Everybody, no matter how minor their role, is as a Category A witness,” Baez said.
Attorneys said everyone has been cordial and cooperative. The judge has placed stern deadlines on both sides to get these depositions done or else the judge will start scheduling them himself.

It appears that bond was paid for the $500,000; but not for the $400,000
Therefore, I would assume that Ronald would not be out on bond unless bond were paid for the whole $900,000. That is just my opinion?????
Thank you, nannab, I am some better. My Rheumatologist tripled one of my medications on Tuesday and my pain is not as severe. I am sure I will come out of this flare and go into remission again.

ORLANDO, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) – “35 depositions today? How is that going to work?” That’s what FOX 35 asked Casey Anthony’s attorney Jose Baez as he walked into the State Attorneys office Friday. “Very methodically,” replied Baez.
A few of the 35 subpoenaed had scheduling conflicts, so there were just more than two dozen of the state’s witnesses that had to answer questions under oath from Casey Anthony’s defense team.
They all work for the Orange County Sheriffs office and had some involvement with the Caylee Anthony case. Friday we watched crime scene investigators, uniformed patrol deputies, a civilian homicide analyst and several detectives go in and out of the courtroom.
Robbery Detective Peter Marino says he was questioned for just five minutes. “What kind of questions did they ask you?” asked FOX 35. “Can’t get into that,” said the detective. “Do you think you’ll end up being a witness in this case?” asked FOX 35. “No.” “Why not?” “Can’t go into it,” said the detective.
Casey Anthony’s attorney Jose Baez told FOX 35 after getting through half of the witnesses that he doesn’t think anyone he questioned today will be called at trial. Why? He says not one of them played significant roll in the case.
“These are people who maybe collected something, an item of evidence and then turned it over to someone else, people who showed up and conducted one interview. People who sat in while someone else did an interview,” said Baez.
FOX 35 asked why the defense would take an entire day to interview so many people. Attorneys Jose Baez and Cheney Mason pointed out that prosecutors listed each one of their 300 plus witnesses as a Category “A” witness. “Which under the rules means we have to take their deposition,” explained Baez.
“A category “A” witness is one that purportedly has material evidence that they’re likely to use in trial,” added Mason. FOX 35 called the state attorneys office to ask why all of their witnesses are listed under “Category A”.
Their spokesperson told FOX 35 they never list witnesses as Category B or C.

Thinking about all this over this weekend is sad.. My middle son starts kindergarten next thursday, the oldest starts middle school and the youngest turns one month tomorrow.. Caylee should be like the my two oldest.. packing backpacks and being excited about a new adventure in life.. Playing and enjoying the last weekend of summer. Telling stories, sitting around fires, building forts, laughing and being silly…. Instead she is made into jewlery, her grandparents sell off her memory and disrespect what little life she had and everyone lies for her murdering mother..

Also if you ask me the Nutty Ant. should have been at the last court date they had?!! Someone needed to wake up and see Bozo for what he is and it is not a lawyer if you ask me!! Maybe that is Gods way in making sure WF pays for what she did to Caylee?!! God maybe sent Bozo and all the d-team WF way!!

I don’t know why I am thinking about this, this morning and maybe its something that is common knowledge but… What happened between the first phone call Casey made home where her mother, friend and Retardo all said that she was a liar and Retardo said “We’re gonna find out what happened… Everything you are telling them is a lie” All 3 were somewhat confrontational with WF, but then all of a sudden everyone is all on board with WF and believe everything she says no matter how nonsensical it is. Did chomp get everyone together and castrate both lee and george? Is this common knowledge and I am just forgetting it or not remembering it?
Anyway, just a thought I was having….
And blessedknox, if thats what he is doing good luck to him. Didn’t he already try this with Joy Wray? Anyone nutty enough to lie about searching that exact spot prior to december is going to get eaten alive by the prosecution.

Mikka- at least Geraldo got something right about WF… she is selfish. Can’t go along with the sick, or crazy. Just a selfish self centered little princess who has always lied her way out of everything. If people didn’t believe her she threw a princess fit. Remember when George found out she didn’t work at Sports Authority and told Cindy. I will never forget her reaction. She told him “George you are gonna get casey upset”… Well my goodness guess that was a crime for her to get upset.. Why did they pamper her so much? She really controlled them didn’t she? I think about if she was my child and someone said that to me- my reply would be “so what if she’s upset– she’ll get over it” I’d want to know why she’d been lying and what the h– was going on. Cindy just said “I’ll handle it George”. This is a very strange family imo.

They should of treated her the way they treated Mr. Morgan, during their depositions. I never saw such rude, childish behavior from any adult. They needed to take Casey by the neck and demand to know where Caylee was. They knew she was dead, but come on, her little, tiny, helpless body was right down the road, with bugs and animals, scared and alone. Why didn’t they want that baby found? Because they enjoy being blood celebrities and living off of blood money.

Hi everyone! Took a quick road tip up to see my brother and sister-in-law!! We had a great time and last night the chief of police stopped by his house. Of course we are there with 3 cops [I was on my best behavior]!
We were talking about case all over the US and the Caylee vs. Casey case came up! Out of all 3 of their mouths come, she is so guilty!! The chief went a little into deal about the case, I guess he has been up on it! He even said, if nothing else, those 31 days are against her, and people won’t buy that bs she was doing her own investigation. He also stated just because daddy WAS a cop, doesn’t mean she has a license to investigate anything especially her missing daughter!! 
Hi folks! Humble you are so right. Even if you believe Cindy about there being no forensic evidence, no one can ignore the 31 days. We also can’t ignore the fact that Casey continued to lie to the police when they were trying to find her “missing” daughter. So much of her ridiculous story makes no sense….she didn’t cooperate with the police because she feared for Caylee’s safety, but she had no fear “investigating” on her own for 31 days. That bunch thinks everybody is stupid but them…such madness.
