Casey Anthony repost 7 September 2010

By

Just a few updates since I missed posting on Friday.

Baez deposed/question all 35 Law enforcement last week. Homicide detectives, sex crimes detectives, a U.S. Secret Service officer and a crime scene tech were just a few of the many who sat around and twiddled their thumbs waiting for Baez to get to them. It’s a good thing that all Crimes stopped on Friday so Baez could get this done. According to Baez, it is the most effective way. I’m not thinking so.

Roy Kronk’s attorney wants himself removed from the defense teams witness list. According to Mason, he can put anyone he wants on the witness list who HE thinks they’re involved in potentially discoverable evidence. Now isn’t it funny, Roy Kronk is NOT on their witness list, and he is the one who found Caylee. According to David Evans, he could be disqualified as Kronk’s attorney if he is a witness in this case. Evans said he will take this in front of the Judge if need be, and he would offer a deposition. Wonder what the defense would do if the state put Casey on their list?

This week, Baez should be deposing these latest: Dr. David W. Hall; Dr. James W. Jawitz; Dr. Bruce Goldberger; Dr. Michael Warren. Will it happen? They have less then 24 hours to cancel, maybe he will! [I will be updating the calendar with the latest info the Judge put out last week]

And last but not least, Baez has a new client. I won’t mention who it is or what it is for, as I didn’t read the article nor is it related to the DP case of Casey. Wonder who is leaking that information? The leaking Baez himself? But now we see why he can’t get this Caylee vs. Casey case to trial, he is busy taking on other cases and leaking the info to the media! Honestly, he is one attorney I would never want!

Page for Sharon’s grand daughter.

Remember there is an off topic page, and a chit chat page. Please use them for anything NOT related to this case!  Comments that do NOT pertain to the Caylee case will be deleted and NOT moved!

Good morning all. Wasn’t that strange this post was shown in error first thing this morning. Dont’ tell me WordPress is having an attitude today. Some days, my puter has an attitude. Guess there are hormones in everything.

  2. humbleO'pinion on 8 September 2010 at 05:05

    GM Muesli!

  3. muesli on 8 September 2010 at 05:09

Humble, I am totally surprised that Mr. Kronk is not on the defense’s witness list. I didn’t notice that. How on earth can they justify putting his lawyer on the witness list and not him? Did they just make a mistake not listing Mr. Kronk? I mean, they have all his ex wives and convicts on there, but no Mr. Kronk. I really feel for that guy. By not being on a witness list, does that mean Mr. Kronk doesn’t get a chance to defend himself against these accusations by the defense? I hope Mr. Evans gets to have his day in court with Judge Perry, and this nonsense is stopped. Does this mean that Mr. Cheney can put all the witness’s attorneys on the stand? I don’t think I have ever come across this tactic before. Does that also mean the prosecution could put Mr. Biaz on the stand, because he may have potential evidence?

  4. humbleO'pinion on 8 September 2010 at 05:12

Muesli, I agree! How can you have someone’s attorney on the witness list and not the client? Roy Kronk listened to the evidence that was released and all he did was stop the search and the tax payers from spending more money on looking for Caylee! I hope David Evans has his chance with the Judge, and slap the noodles out of Mason and Beaz heads!

  5. humbleO'pinion on 8 September 2010 at 05:13

I think they could put Baez on the stand, but that would disqualify him from being Casey’s attorney, and we don’t want that!

  6. humbleO'pinion on 8 September 2010 at 05:30

I am curious as to what Mason thinks will happen? If Kronk told him anything is it client attorney privilege and I don’t for one minute that David Evans will break that with Kronk. I have emailed a few time with Evans and he believes in Kronk, and really is a GREAT attorney!

  7. humbleO'pinion on 8 September 2010 at 05:33

Muesli, Kronk is on the states list, and there is no reason for him to defend himself, he is not on trial. The state will take care of the AX-wives if they make it to the stand. The d-team has to convince 12 jurors that Casey didn’t do it, if they can. I am pretty sure that 12 jurors would even think to believe that Roy Kronk, the one who found this baby stolen by a nanny that he killed Caylee!

  8. mikka on 8 September 2010 at 05:54

    gm friends,
humble all expert say, kronks x statemant dont will see the light of the trial, and remember baez give this video from the x to the media to released it!

  9. mikka on 8 September 2010 at 05:56

what i will know, what baez witnesses for the death phase are, guess it will be only, cindy.lee, geo, mallory! :w00t:

  10. humbleO'pinion on 8 September 2010 at 06:04

GM Mikka, I think the state has deposed her, so if she makes it in the trial is not known. We all know that Bozo will cry if he can’t get his star witness in there!

  11. mikka on 8 September 2010 at 06:05

humble i am not concerned, the body was in the trunk of cma car, next!

  12. muesli on 8 September 2010 at 06:08

I will be most interested to see who comes forward for the victim’s impact statement at the end of this trial. I can’t imagine it being one of the Anthonys, as they seem to believe Casey is the victim. Guess it will have to be one of us to say how Caylee’s murder, and the murder of the hundreds of other innocent, helpless babies have affected our lives.

  13. muesli on 8 September 2010 at 06:11

Also, it will be interesting to see the look on Tony’s face when he is on the stand, and he looks at Casey.

  14. mikka on 8 September 2010 at 06:11

muesli,i agree, who will speak up for caylee??thats my biggest concerned!

  15. mikka on 8 September 2010 at 06:12

    breakfast brb

  16. muesli on 8 September 2010 at 06:13

Humble, if Mr. Kronk was on the defense’s witness list, that would put him on the stand, and he would, for all practical purposes, be having to defend himself. “I think.”

  17. Justme66 on 8 September 2010 at 06:14

Good morning everyone…. Just a quick comment on the victim impact statement…. I think the prosecutor.. (ashton I believe) did a fantastic job with the statement he made in court that day…. Couldn’t have asked for a better or more emotional statement…. If us no life bloggers can’t be there to give one, then I think he will suffice…. It sure made Cindy tuck and run didn’t it?? Pathetic wench!!!

  18. humbleO'pinion on 8 September 2010 at 06:19

Mikka, well you and I both know this was pizza in the car! :w00t: NOT!

Muesli, I think the state has more experience and will stop the d-team from any wrong doing. they are good, and they know who is the murderer in this case! I object!

GM Justme, good to see you! It was Ashton, and he is good. And he makes me tear up! Cindy! :w00t:

  19. humbleO'pinion on 8 September 2010 at 06:20

Muesli, I bet Tony doesn’t look at her. He is prolly discussed with her! Maybe he will bring a girlfriend to the trial. That would really trigger a sore note for Casey!

Mikka, I stand up for Caylee!

  20. Justme66 on 8 September 2010 at 06:26

I just re-watched the video of Caylee in the high chair last night… Yea, I’m a little behind on the case… I feel like I’m living in slow motion or something as of late…. I just wish I had a fast forward to trial button I could push… I’d love to see this case over with, and justice for Caylee served…. Enough of the BS with Baez and clowns already… Let this precious baby rest for God’s sake….

  21. humbleO'pinion on 8 September 2010 at 06:28

Justme, totally agree! Caylee needs Justice and she should have had it already!

  22. humbleO'pinion on 8 September 2010 at 06:29

    bbl……………..
be safe, be proud, be FLAB!

  23. Justme66 on 8 September 2010 at 06:30

That’s right Humble… If it had been any one of us in Casey’s shoes, we’d have already been thrown underneath the jail…. I just don’t understand what it is that makes her so “special”…. She’s nothing but a low life child killer… Get it done already… She deserves NOTHING special…. Especially at the taxpayers expense….

  24. humbleO'pinion on 8 September 2010 at 06:34

Just me, before I go, it is all due to Bozo’s stalling! this case should have been to trial, but I have been reading that some murder trials took 3-4 years. It is mostly due to the in-experience that Bozo has. He is clueless on what he is doing!

The state has been ready, I am going to say since at least December 2009, but I think before that! Ashton did a great job on the theory of what happened.

    bye!

  25. Justme66 on 8 September 2010 at 06:36

I totally agree Humble… Bozo and his clown show… Buncha nuts….
I have to run as well… things to do, people to see…. You know… All of that life stuff…. Cya’ll ASAP… *HUGS*

  26. maxine O'me on 8 September 2010 at 06:41

Hey justme,, I hope things are going well with you.. I think that if she had killed her daughter and called police , the case would have been horrible, but, not like it is now… I believe it was the partying, lying to LE, cindy, the tattoo, and especially the 31 days and finally her mother tracks her down, that made this particular case soo disturbing to so many of us. She, is nothing special, but, to me it is like a case study in school where you study one person’s psychopathy. Of course with the anthonys its the whole family’s behavior we are studying…

  27. maxine O'me on 8 September 2010 at 06:44

bbl, bowling and all the pins are, as usual, cindy!!!!

  28. humbleopinion on 8 September 2010 at 07:30

GM Maxi! Strike for me will ya!? Cindy needs to be hit by a ball!

  29. Justme66 on 8 September 2010 at 07:52

Stopped back in for just a minute or two… On my way out the door… Whooo hoooo!!!…

Humble, if Maxi were going to hit Cindy with a bowling ball, it wouldn’t be a strike… It would have to be a GUTTER BALL to even get close to her….

    Cya’ll later… *HUGS*

  30. humbleopinion on 8 September 2010 at 07:53

    just me!

  31. Halfspot on 8 September 2010 at 08:28

GM all, nice to see all you Good Peeps here at our Humble Home!! Ant. family are so sicko– that it really makes one wonder what would happen if Crazy Casey was free and sent back to that sicko- house ( not a home)!!? Just how long before the  had them killing each other!! Now that’s what I would call a  day! Cindy talk so bad about the cops maybe they will not find their way to her house to fast!!

  32. Halfspot on 8 September 2010 at 08:32

I wonder how they will keep the Ant. family from DVR the trial? So they can go do their homework as Cindy puts it!?? Really how is that going to work??

  33. Halfspot on 8 September 2010 at 08:33

BBL to see if anyone knows? Have to take my daughter to DR. she is sick!!

  34. ~mjaboston on 8 September 2010 at 08:40

    Good morning all,
Just a couple of thoughts about a couple of the discussions today. This is my first post here so be kind. lol

First, I think the duhfense doesn’t have Kronk on their witness list because of the rumors as to how he came across precious Caylee. Rumor has it that Kronk’s girlfriend, Michelle, works at the jail and was told about Caylee in the woods by someone who overheard Crasey telling Bozo. Not good for the duhfense. On the other hand, I don’t think LE will call Kronk either because they would have to explain someone listening to the conversation between attorney and client, attorney/client privilege and all. This would open up a can of worms for all parties. IMO

I believe the trial is dragging partly because (mostly because) of Bozo and his antics but also because of the media treatment. They have blown this story up in the news right from the beginning because of the $$$ it creates for them. Imagine, in the beginning Crasey could have taken the plea deal given by LE and would have walked free in around 10 years! (perish the thought)

Does anyone remember Dr Barden (Linda Kenny’s husband) being interviewed on Nancy Grace, I think? It was a long time ago and she was asking about forensics. He had a manila envelope in his hands and he told her he had the results of DNA of Caylee”s father in the envelope? I think it was a slip by him and I never heard it mentioned again. Does it ring a bell with anyone?

Have a great day and hope someone has insight into the Dr Barden “slip of the tongue”.

  35. muesli on 8 September 2010 at 08:56

mjaboston, I don’t remember the manila envelop, but I do remember seeing Mr. Baden on NG a couple of times. I don’t like the connection between he and his wife both being involved in this case. No doubt they discuss it privately. The DNA results that he supposedly had could have been the results showing that Lee was not the father. I’d have to find the video to see what his exact wording was. Oh, and by the way, welcome. By the way, Humble keeps a tight ship here. But, some days, as we did last weekend, we have some fun together, just kidding around. It’s not healthy to be morbid all the time.

  36. humbleO'pinion on 8 September 2010 at 09:11

~mjaboston, Welcome! I remember him being on many shows and making many claims! of course he isn’t on much any more. I heard the father results are under lock and key with the FBI, so I am not sure that Mr. [Linda Kenney] Baden could have the results. If you remember he also at one time on one of the shows that there was chloroform in Caylee’s hair, which we found out isn’t true!

  37. muesli on 8 September 2010 at 09:20

I’m out to lunch. See you all later. Weren’t we supposed to get the 8,000 of new pages of documents Mr. Biaz was whining about at the last status hearing? Also, anyone know if Mr. Biaz is deposing the experts which were scheduled for this week?

  38. humbleO'pinion on 8 September 2010 at 09:25

Muesli, have fun! And who knows what Baez is doing today! Guess he will call the media when almost done so he can smile for the camera! As for the docs, they are way behind on getting them out!

As for Baden, I am wondering if it was Geraldo that he was on with the envelope?

  39. nannab on 8 September 2010 at 09:28

    :ninja:

  40. humbleO'pinion on 8 September 2010 at 09:33

    Hi Nanna! :w00t:

  41. nannab on 8 September 2010 at 09:38

    HUMBLE..

  42. ~mjaboston on 8 September 2010 at 09:40

    Thanks for the replies guys.
Ya, Barden has made blunders and I do hope you’re right when you say FBI has the results under wrap. So, does that definitely mean they know who he is? Hmmm food for thought! would they have had to release this info to defense? (I really think it was NG and not Geraldo, Humble. But I wouldn’t bet a paycheck!)
Do you know if Nancy keeps all of her tapes on line to view? That would be an interesting search, although for what?

    Happy lunch, Muesli!

  43. ~mjaboston on 8 September 2010 at 09:41

    Nanna, are you lurking? lol

  44. nannab on 8 September 2010 at 09:46

    MJA… sorta .. lol

  45. ~mjaboston on 8 September 2010 at 09:53

    LOVE it, Nanna. mysterious

  46. Carol on 8 September 2010 at 09:59

Still G M All. Good question Half. My guess is that the witnesses they call will have to be sequestered in another waiting room. I don’t know. They had Tubesocks step out when Sindy was on the stand. But, if they are going to lie, then they will get nailed either way on the stand.
Hi mja. They do have the archives of the NG shows if you feel like digging. I googled a few about Dr. Baden but didn’t find the one you were looking for. I do remember that one with the envelope though. I was wondering how he got that answer with the DNA.
I found Drs Hall and Jawitz listed for plants and water specialists, to be depoed but I can’t find Drs. Goldberger and Warren. Who are they?
Muesli, you have some homework to do when you come back from lunch.

  47. nannab on 8 September 2010 at 10:00

MJA.. I am at work.. can’t say much.. don’t wanna miss anything if it happens..lol

  48. humbleopinion on 8 September 2010 at 10:06

~mjaboston, I know Ng’s transcripts are online, but not the video! Sierra has many on her youtube site. I tried to search out the envelope on cnn.com transcripts but came up with nothing.

I do not think that the defense will get the results of the test or not. But I do remember maybe Mark Englarsh saying if the results needed to come out, then they would. I believe if the dad was military, the FBI would have no problems getting the results of a paternity test! Today, all military members have dna on file!

  49. humbleopinion on 8 September 2010 at 10:06

    Nanna

  50. hvf on 8 September 2010 at 10:15

I think that the family survivors of the dead squirrels should be on that list. I am sure that they witnessed wf running over their loved ones and would be more than happy to testify of the smell belonging to their relatives!
I am sure that they tried to contact Boaz via phone but Boaz would not pick up the phone for fear of the call being recorded.

  51. hvf on 8 September 2010 at 10:16

    :w00t: :w00t:

  52. humbleO'pinion on 8 September 2010 at 10:27

    GM Carol…

    State witness’s
    Dr Goldberger: http://www.pathology.ufl.edu/~bgoldber/
    - Dr. Bruce Goldberger – Univ of FL Toxicology – Expert witness

Michael Warren, PhD C.A. Pound Human ID Lab – Expert Witness -

  53. humbleO'pinion on 8 September 2010 at 10:28

HVF, yes they should be on the list. Gosh for all we know, they saw what happened to Caylee and when she was put in the woods!

  54. humbleO'pinion on 8 September 2010 at 10:33

I have a feeling the state will be calling C&G first off, and they will have to tell the truth. Remember Cindy and George have many truths out there, so they say, that are recorded and deposes to go along. I can hear the state, Cynthia, didn’t say on [date] it smelled like theres been a dead body in the car? just an example, but C&G can do as they want, they can’t change all their truths……or can they?

  55. Carol on 8 September 2010 at 10:40

Thanks Humble for that link. It’s a good thing you are keeping a list – geez.
Hi hvf and mja. Hvf, don’t forget about the snake that gave up his life for this case too! I wonder if they will bring him into court inside a manila envelope? Yuck!

  56. maxine O'me on 8 September 2010 at 10:46

hi all… carol, maybe the snake will come in around cindy’s neck!!!!

  57. maxine O'me on 8 September 2010 at 10:49

thanks humble for the cnn.comtranscripts link.. I am having trouble with videos, they want to buffer continually and It takes forever to get the smallest interview… Thanks.. and congrats on the future boy baby.

  58. Carol on 8 September 2010 at 10:54

Hi max. Knock ‘em all down?
How does that work with all the witnesses they plan on calling? Do they keep them in another room and play cards until they’re called or what? That is a mass amount of people to have sitting around.

  59. nannab on 8 September 2010 at 10:56

There will be lots of snakes called in by the defense….

  60. Carol on 8 September 2010 at 10:59

Hi nannab. Well, they will keep those people in the snake pit, but the other 160 or so will need a convention hall. That’s as bad as being a juror sitting around for three months. Isn’t that how long they said this trial would take? Wow, waste, huge waste.

  61. muesli on 8 September 2010 at 11:02

I’m back. Carol, the witnesses will be sequestered until the defense and prosecution are finished with them. If I may brag a bit here, Bill Shaeffer answered that question for me on his blog. Even if Cindy & George Marie are questioned first, and they may be questioned again, as I understand it, they must be sequestered. When Cindy is on the stand, George & Lee cannot be in the courtroom. So, we get to see and hear more of the trial than they do. It will be fun to watch Cindy’s eyes racing back and forth over the courtroom looking for a way out away from Mr. Ashton or Mrs. Burdick. They will eat her up.

  62. muesli on 8 September 2010 at 11:04

Can you just imagine how many innocent people, whose only mistake was to have anything to do with the Anthonys, have had to have their lives disrupted because of this murdering piece of shyt. Not to mention the money out of their pockets for lawyers, loss of work time, etc..

  63. maxine O'me on 8 September 2010 at 11:12

I agree muesli, everyone that has even been marginally involved have gotten slammed, the LE, kronk, all her x friends, even the tow yard was accused of perhaps storing a dead body in casey’s car!!!!! This family is bad news…

  64. nannab on 8 September 2010 at 11:14

look what it’s done to our lives… :w00t:

  65. Carol on 8 September 2010 at 11:17

Wow, thank you muesli, I am impressed! Bill, I must say! Top notch.
Well, they must have some idea of how the day or week is progressing to have those certain people on hand waiting, don’t they for the next day? Or, do they really have to have all of them waiting? I can’t even imagine that.
It’s a toss up which G or C is going to be more nervous on the stand. I think George Marie will sweat and stutter and Sindy will just take an extra hand full of pills that day. Like she was last time, all toned down and mellow, like a real person. Ugh.

  66. Carol on 8 September 2010 at 11:19

Nannab! You are funny and right! I think I gained at least ten pounds the last two years sitting here. I just hope you don’t get fired for sneaking all the time at work!

  67. muesli on 8 September 2010 at 11:25

Carol, I have done you a few pounds better during this past 2 years. Help. Where’s Dr. Atkins when I need him. Oh, yeah, I forgot, his diet killed him.

  68. muesli on 8 September 2010 at 11:30

I hope I won’t get in trouble for c&p ing this from Mr. Shaeffer’s blog. If so, Humble will certainly let me know and delete it. But, it will answer Carol’s question on sequestering the witnesses.

MUESLI inquired whether witnesses (for example, the Anthony family members) could sit inside the courtroom prior to their testimony to listen to the testimony of others, or would they be required to wait outside until they are called to testify.

ANSWER: Witnesses who will testify must wait outside the courtroom once the Rule of Sequestration is invoked. What is that? Among other things, all defense and state witnesses are excluded from the courtroom before and, generally, after their testimony is given (sometimes witnesses are recalled to the witness stand). Routinely, either the state or the defense will ask the presiding judge to invoke the Rule. The judge does not, of his own accord, do this. There have been the occasional oops, where neither side remembered to ask that the Rule be invoked. However, this lapse is typically noticed when one side or the other turns around to see witnesses sitting in the courtroom observing proceedings.

Hope this isn’t an “oops” moment for me.

  69. maxine O'me on 8 September 2010 at 11:30

you two are funny,, this is why I keep my treadmill in this room… I have to run many minutes a day to keep too much weight from adding on… Especially, since I quit smoking.. This trial is going to have us all fat and crazy, not to mention, cynical from the anthony antics.

  70. Carol on 8 September 2010 at 11:37

Muesli, is that the page you have gold framed above your PC? HA!
Max, that’s why I’m working my way up from speed walking three miles a day to five. I wish we could eat all these words we’ve read and fill up our tummy’s! Zero calories! Perfect!
Sindy’s gonna be eating some words. errr.

  71. muesli on 8 September 2010 at 11:39

Carol, I also wonder just how many people they can keep waiting day in and day out during this long period of time. What about the people who do really have jobs, go to school, do constructive things in their lives. This is so unfair to all of these people. All because of these arrogant people. Can you imagine 58 years old and no job, and no prospect for a job for the rest of his life. Him too, but I am referring to George Marie here. As for Cindy, isn’t she just about 51 or 52? Bet she is planning on never having to work again, either. Evidently, work is a four letter word for these people. I miss working. Working made me feel good about myself. I always loved interacting with other people. Dogs and cats just don’t cut it. Excuse me, my microwave was just saying something to me, and I can’t hear it too well.

  72. muesli on 8 September 2010 at 11:40

Carol, how did you know I had it framed?

  73. muesli on 8 September 2010 at 11:45

Maxine O’me, you quit smoking? You wouldn’t lie to us, would you? Remember the last person who said they gave up smoking, got caught on video doing just that. Be careful, cameras are everywhere, even hidden in your treadmill. I give up smoking every morning, until my husband serves me my first cup of coffee. Yes, he makes the coffee. Then I ship him off to work to earn enough for me to do nothing all day. That is how I can be here at Humble’s all day and night, if I want to. I’m off to hunt up that video of Dr. Baden on NG. It must exist somewhere. Anyone have an idea of the approximate date when that was aired?

  74. muesli on 8 September 2010 at 11:47

Carol, did you know that it makes more sense to walk slowly, instead of speed walking. That way it takes longer to do the 5 miles, and gives you more time to stay away from food. Just a little Muesli logic. Back to searching Dr. Baden.

Muesli, I’ve been here a year, I think I know you pretty good by now. tee hee.
I bet George Marie is thrilled that no one (as he claims) will hire him. I don’t know how Sindy can be pulling in disability all this time – must be the buckets of pills all day long that she uses for an excuse.
I don’t mind selling my restaurant and being semi retired, one bit. Long days and nights, no life.
The Ants must be pulling in some kind of money from their fraudation though. Do you think people are still sending them money? They always have new cars and two to boot! What do they need two cars for? bbl

Muesli, I don’t remember the date , but wasn’t it just before or just after linda kenny baden came on board???? And before she joined, didn’t he say on ng how he thought casey was guilty or something close to that sentiment????

  77. muesli on 8 September 2010 at 12:32

Maxine, I don’t remember Dr. Baden saying Casey was guilty. But, we have seen the video where Mr. Cheney said that. With a defense lawyer like that, who needs enemies? Anyway, I am having such a fun time searching the video of Dr. Baden on NG. I googled Youtube Nancy Grace, and have a ton of Nancy Grace videos. Some are so funny. I’ll probably waste the rest of the day watching NG bloopers until I find the Dr. Baden one.

Carol, you have a restaurant? I’m jealous, in a nice way.

    Casey must need some disability?

If you are disabled and unable to work, you might be entitled to Social Security Disability benefits (SSD) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI). It is important that you apply for Social Security Disability as soon as you believe that the disability will prevent you from working for 12 months or more. Unfortunately, the process of making an application is long and may be overwhelming when added to the devastation of being ill and unemployed.

hi humble, she wrote the book, exposing the deceptive defense doctor!!!! Wait til the state exposed the deceptive defense council……

Muesli, Michael baden said something early on that was maybe not an opinion of casey’s guilt, but, maybe something like it, like the evidence is enough to convict, I have forgotten, but at the time, I was surprised that he went on the limb and said it!!!! It may have been when lkb was first on the case..I am confused, I need a drink.. let us know if you find the video…

  82. muesli on 8 September 2010 at 12:59

Humble, I’ll bet there is someone out there who is frantically bookmarking that site for himself. Of course, they don’t mention is they do this pro bono. My back hurts (that’s why I haven’t been golfing), so I guess I qualify. Thanks for the tip.

  83. muesli on 8 September 2010 at 13:02

So, this Dorothy Sims can kill two birds with one stone. Work for the defense against medical evidence, and insure that Cindy has lifetime disability.

Maxine, the videos I have seen today of Dr. Baden (on Greta with Mark Fuhrman), he doesn’t say anything. When he says something, he also says it could be something else. You know what I am try to say, sorta like the Anthony’s double talk. I guess it is a learned skill. Back to my videos.

  84. humbleO'pinion on 8 September 2010 at 13:04

Hi Maxi, yes the state will rip it apart. How funny attorney’s are jumping on the Bozo wagon! Or is it Casey wagon.

Muesli, I have no idea, but i assume Casey has no need for any disability! Maybe its a way to get publicity?

Mikka, it is too late now to pull the medically ill Casey!

  102. muesli on 8 September 2010 at 13:40

I’m still here. Searching for that video with Dr. Baden and Nancy Grace has led me to links all over the place. Right now, I have another window up with the video of Tony Lazarro’s interview with LE. Tony’s phone keeps ringing. His father is calling him. Can’t imagine how scared his parents must be for him. I would have been terrified if my son was involved with a murderer, and he could possibly be implicated with the murder. What these Anthonys have put innocent people through is a sin. Think it is time the Anthonys did a re re re baptism. That video with Dr. Baden and the envelope is somewhere. Now I am on a quest.

  103. maxine O'me on 8 September 2010 at 13:41

you are right Mikka,, It is only a matter of time until she reports her house in foreclosure.. I bet, she already is making plans to quit paying the mortgage!!!

  104. muesli on 8 September 2010 at 13:44

mikka, what trumpets? What did I miss? Did the Sims donate trumpets to kids who need shoes, clothing and food. Boy, bet those kids are so happy and can sleep well tonight on empty stomachs. Trumpets? Tell me I didn’t read this correctly.

  105. maxine O'me on 8 September 2010 at 13:44

muesli, I’ll go look for the transcript!! I bet baden thought he was like jerry springer, he walks on to his silly stage with the manilla envelope too, to say you ARE the father… or you are NOT the father!!!!!!

  106. mikka on 8 September 2010 at 13:45

    maxi AHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  107. mikka on 8 September 2010 at 13:46
