And that so called script that Casey was suppose to have gotten from ZFG, the nanny. It’s the Nanny who made Casey wait 30 days to report Caylee missing. We also know Casey had no intentions to report her missing especially since she is the murderer.

PADILLA: She said that Zenaida and her older sister Samantha took the baby from her, held her down. And then when they were about to drive out in a 2008 silver Ford Focus, Zenaida handed her a list and said, “Here–if you do not want your baby hurt, this is what you tell the cops for the next 30 days.”
VAN SUSTEREN: Did you see this script?
PADILLA: No, absolutely not.
VAN SUSTEREN: And Samantha is the older sister to Zenaida?
PADILLA: That is what she says.
The thing about it is, the nanny and all of that, none of her friends ever saw that woman, nobody ever met her.
VAN SUSTEREN: I do not doubt it. I am just trying to square on these details. Did she say where she had met Samantha, because Samantha is at least new to me tonight?
PADILLA: No. Samantha is supposed to be Zenaida’s older sisters. I only heard the story that one time from her.
VAN SUSTEREN: Leonard, let me know if anyone takes you up on that $50,000 offer.
PADILLA: I would hope that somebody would let make life easy for Tim, because he is out there in the swap being mosquito-bit with a lot of good- hearted volunteers. And the person that has the answer is not saying anything.
And I think Tim will agree with me on that, she is just being hard- headed.

It is said Casey has left Caylee at a park. The Blanchard Park. She has changed her story again. I am sure this is, like the others, a tall tale. Orange County investigators are examining bones found at the park.
As for the protesters, it is time to move on. They are not accomplishing anything. Maybe they should go search instead. But I think searching is a lost cause. I really think that Casey needs to give it up. She needs to start being truthful! (Not sure the Anthony family knows what the truth is)
The Anthony family really has brought this on, all by themselves. People have no respect for them, and the lies just keep coming. They have up-set the world with all of this, and it still keeps coming back to the fact that Casey doesn’t want to “help find CAYLEE”. This is the saddest part of the whole thing. She is worried about Caylee’s safety, so she says, but with all the commotion she has caused, does she think she hasn’t jeopardized Caylee already. (If she is alive like Cindy says)
None of the Anthony family is out searching! Why is this? Why aren’t they out looking for Caylee? I thought this whole thing was about Caylee!

I think this may go down in history as one of the dumbest retellings of a story in history..
Not only do you change the sequence of events from you voluntarily gave the baby up in a secluded spot to a baby sitter to, the baby sitter and her sister violently confronted you in a very public place, she also introduces that there is this “script” out there waiting to be found..
Of course this story still lacks any reason as to why “Zenaida” would do this other than to “teach Casey a lesson”… Thats laughable because apparently Caseys own family didn’t care enough about her to teach her anything, why would anyone else….

Hi Brad. I think near the end Caylee actually started speaking where they could understand her. Remember when George Marie said he would ask her about ‘Zanny’ and Caylee just had a blank stare on her face? Just like looking at a ghost, exactly. I bet old deputy sheriff George was asking Caylee alot of questions about what they did that day and where they went. So, WF had to do away with her quick before the correct answers came out. Mikka, yes it is a law suit that is filed when they have not paid their mortgage. Usually filed by the bank, since when they neglect their mortgage, the bank is usually the one who owns it.
I believe in the second house he has renters, who usually pay their rent, then the owner usually pays the mortgage with that money. Guess NOT in this case! If he had made payments, at least he would have a place to live…but I guess he isn’t that smart!

I’m back. What’s happening? I just glanced quickly above and see something about Mr. Biaz’s second home going into foreclosure. Isn’t that the place where the second Jose from the law firm (the one Casey had a crush on) lived. I read that somewhere a long time ago, along with the matching addresses. I was deposed today on a neighbors lawsuit. I have to admit, I think I pulled a bit of a Cindy. I caught myself answering questions with more information than was asked for. It is very difficult, as some questions really don’t or can’t be answered with a simple yes or no. Not excusing her. I realized what I was doing, and calmed down, and tried to just answer the questions politely, and honestly. Of course I asked the lawyers if they knew of the Casey Anthony case, and if they heard of Jose Biaz. They both said yes, and just smirked and rolled their eyes at the mention of Mr. Biaz. I liked that. Going to read from where I left this morning.
Cindy is just trying desperately to get casey off this charge of murder… She wants the state to just let it go.. I mean see how pretty casey is (not) , and see how good she can tell a story… (not) and see how good of a mother she was except for that one time when she killed her child…..

I also have always wonder about G&C and Casey talking in one of the jail visits, when Cindy ask if you think she will be home by her birthday?? That maybe Cindy was asking that to Casey, in really saying do you think there will be nothing left by that time!!?? If she were to be found!!? What do you all think about that?? Well as always nice being here everyone here are just the best peeps ever!! I know this is not about the case so if you want Humble you can do away with this!! But wanted to say this is the frist place I have ever bloged at and the only one that I post on!! This is just like home! With my bad health and not a happy life with my Hubby not happy for years! I could write a book to let other know what not to do if I could get help on my spelling!!?? And today is my birthday I get a card from my Mom and a call we live so far away! I always get some thing little from my daughter. But never any thing from my Hubby. So what I saying is I’m not a happy person at times.

I read around on the blogs and learned Bozo and Geraldo are going into a spanish speakings TV gig joint venture after this trial…anybody else hear anything about this???Two years have past and Bozo is no more ready to defend her today than he was 2 years ago…he still has 8 months to work on that but by the looks of things I’d say he is as ready as he will ever be…who killed Caylee….only one answer to that….Casey…Bozo already knows that

MeMa, I just don’t understand people who think they have to connect with each other just because of similar ethnic backgrounds. It is ignorant. I judge people for who they are, not from where them come. Speaking of ethnic, I believe poor little Caylee could have easily have had Hispanic genes, looking at her beautiful large brown eyes and darkish hair. Casey has hazel eyes, so the father definitely has brown eyes an darker traits (just like I have the Italian traits of my ancestors). Didn’t we learn some formula in school about the color of eyes when x & y chromosomes come together one or the other is dominant. Don’t ask me the formula, I totally forgot it immediately after class.
Why on earth would Geraldo want to hook up with Biaz in a joint venture. Mr. Biaz is, according to the court records, facing two foreclosures. Where is the money supposed to come from. Bet he is working hard on a civil suit against the Brevard and Osceola police departments about that woman who was arrested in error. We all know he will file one, and he will make sure every move is reported to the news media. Can’s stay here this morning. Have to get over to a neighbors house to finish building up my cupcake butterfly garden for our neighborhood coffee. Still have lots to do before 9 a.m.. I’ll check back this afternoon to see if we are getting those documents they talked about at the last hearing. Didn’t Mr. Biaz say that they had received 8,000 pages. That should keep us busy for a few hours. Have a good morning all.
