Extended Family members have asked that PPPR join in.  PPPR has set up local incident command center.  The group receives tips and the tips are decided if it’s a viable tip or not by the group then a search group goes out. When a group is out, they communicate with the command Center, if they find something suspicious, they flag the area.

I am very happy that some group is involved with this case.  I believe Aliayah is deceased, and I am not sure what involvement the mother and father have, but think they know more than they are saying. RIP Aliayah!

Police have said that it was more than just a cut that had caused the blood.  There were 3 adults in the house the night Ayla went missing, including DePietro, his mother, and the girlfriend Courtney Roberts.

Ayla was reported missing on 17 December 2010, claiming that DePietro put Ayla to sleep the night before and when he woke, she had been missing. There is NO evidence that Ayla was taken from the house or any signs of an intruder.

Investigators have set the area they will search. Its about 1800 feet by 200 feet, the area is more than 20 feet deep and contains about 6,000 tons of trash.

According to Monster Mom Jerice Hunter’s attorney, she is innocent and not involved.  Jhessye was reported missing on 11 October 2011, but it is believed she was missing before the reporting.

Zinah Jennings was in a single car accident on Christmas Eve. [Sounds like she can't drive]  When police arrived, they ran her name through the national crime network and found out she was was reported missing.  Jennings did NOT have Amir with her.  She kept giving police misleading information, and even went as far as to say she didn’t have a son. She later told police her son was in Atlanta. Days later she gave police the name of a man who she said had Amir, but police officers determined the man does not exist. On 2 January she led investigators to an apartment complex where she said she had dropped off her son but could not remember the apartment number or its location within the complex. [SOUND familiar?]

The FBI has now joined in on the search for Amir.  Zinha Jennings is in custody on a charge of cruelty to children. Her bond is set at $150,000.

Jerice Hunter, monster mom remains the ‘person of interest‘ in this case.  Monster mom was arrested on 20 November 2011 and charged with suspicion of felony child abuse, but was dropped when prosecutors decided that pursuing an abuse charge might create a situation of double jeopardy.  The attorney for monster mom ‘claims‘ she is innocent and has hired a PI to investigate Jhessye’s case.  Monster mom had been charged and convicted of cruel and inhuman corporal punishment and injury to a child in California in 2006 and served time.  Her history will come back to haunt her when she is charged!

Detectives say that it could be months or years before they make an arrest in this case.

The Major Crimes Unit in Maine has now joined in the search for Ayla Reynolds.  The Unit handles homicides, suspicious deaths and major investigations.

The Major Crime Unit took to the case when Waterville Police Chief Joseph Massey announced that he believed that foul play was involved.

Back in 1996, Brad Hansen 13 years old, was shot to death by his 15 year old ‘friend’ after an argument about a 12 year old girl.  After the shooting, Brad was placed in a trash bin.  The 15 year old went to prison for the murder, but Brad was never found.

Jerice Hunter, monster mother, had been arrested on suspicion of felony child abuse, but was not charged because the prosecution didn’t want to risk double jeopardy if they were to charge her with felony murder.  Monster mother plead no contest in the charges against her of cruel and inhuman corporal punishment and injury to a child in California and spent 3+ years behind bars.

In November Jhessye’s sister said she found her unresponsive, eyes bruised and hair pulled out, inside her mother’s closet.  She said that she hadn’t seen Jhessye since mid September.

Bianca Jones

Bella Jones, is the 7 year old sister of Bianca.  Bianca went missing according to her father after his car was carjacked on 2 December 2011 around 10 am, the car was found about a mile away from the so called carjacking.

Bella says:  We really want her home, and when she gets home, we won’t be worrying about her being missing anymore.  She also said:  I think they know something, but they’re just not telling Make sure you click on the video, she really is an intelligent 7 year old.  Bella Jones Video

The aunt of Bianca and Bella says that people are going around asking for donations and they are not connected in this case in anyway. She said that they made copies of the fliers and making money off a missing Bianca.  The aunt said that no donations have been made to the Jones family.

There is a request for a warrant in this case, D’Andre Lane [father]  has been named on the warrant.  It is unknown what is going on right now with this warrant, but according to the News sites, there will be an arrest after the New Year.  Police believe that Bianca is deceased and this is no longer a rescue case.

Lane has been in hiding after he had death threats made at him.  He also had been doing the media circus trying to clear his name after this so called kidnapping, and of course he FAILED a polygraph.  According to his attorney, police are painting a bad picture of Lane.  I think Lane has painted a bad picture of himself, he didn’t need any help.  [Let's see a drug and gun charge and spent 2 years in jail...he keeps good company]

Elizabeth Johnson has now been deemed fit to stand trial.  She first said that she killed Baby Gabriel and stuffed him in his baby bag, where he probably still is today, then later said that she gave him to a couple in a San Antonio Park.

After numerous attempts to act incompetent and loony, Johnson will be receiving her 4th attorney on 6 January 2012 and hopefully this trial will start soon.

Ayla went missing from her home on 16 December 2011, according to Dipietro.  It is said that Alya was last seen about 8 pm on Friday night and then the call came in at 9 am on Saturday morning that she was missing.

Police have received a few hundred leads that have lead no where. Alya was featured on ‘America’s Most Wanted‘ which has produced a few leads.

Ayla was last seen in a green one-piece pajamas with polka dots and the words ‘daddy’s princess‘. She’s 2′ 9″ tall and weighs about 30 pounds. She has short, blonde hair and her left arm is in a sling with a soft splint.

THE MISSING:

 Aliayah Lunsford went missing on 24 September 2011. This is just a sad case. Loose Legs Lena had twins and they were removed from her custody, she just had another child on 12 January 2011. Lena and her husband are not strangers to jail. Ralph, the stepfather was charged with domestic battery in 2009. He plead guilty and was sentenced to 6 months in jail a $50.00 fine and court costs. Lena too, has served time in the jail, and now Lena is suing the Division of Corrections. Lena claims she was sexually harassed, abused and assaulted while she was in the clink. Lena is now being charged with selling many of her Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program card for $50, more than 4 times.

Lisa Irwin, what a sad case and what pathetic parents she has. They are done cooperating with police, they have been for months now, and they are back to reality. Lisa was last seen at about 6:40 pm on 3 October 2011. Mommy dearest was out drinking a box of wine on the front stoop with a neighbor all night. Mommy failed a polygraph test because she LIED! The neighbor passed her polygraph test. There were vigils outside the house were put to a halt by the mother. They can now sit back, relax and collect licensing fee’s off their missing daughter.

Jhessye Shockley, I sure wish she they would find her! She went missing 11 October. Mother has been charged and convicted of cruel and inhuman corporal punishment and injury to a child in California in 2006! The Grandma, who gave the children back to Hunter after she served her time in a CA jail, had custody of 3 of the 4 children. She also made a HUGE stink about the media not giving Jhessye attention, claiming race. The children of Hunter has stated: They saw Jhessye bruised and her hair pulled out. Jhessye lived in a closet and was feed and given water. The child said the closet smelled like a dead person! RIP Jhessye!

Sky Metalwala he went missing on 6 November when his mother claims to have left him in the car while the mother, OCD Julia Biryukova took her 4 year old daughter and walked to a gas station about a mile away to get gas for a car that had gas in it. When she returned, she had NO gas can in her hand but Sky was gone. I believe this mother is a huge liar and has done something to Sky. Dad now has custody of the 4 year old daughter, I really hope that boils the mother’s blood!

Bianca Jones has been missing since 2 December. According to police, her father D’Andre Lane says that he was carjacked on Friday around 10 am. He also stated that the carjackers forced him out of the car with his daughter Bianca in the back seat. The car was found about a mile from the location where the father claims he was carjacked, no Bianca in the back seat. Bianca is 2 feet, 5 inches tall and 25 pounds with a light complexion, had a purple jacket with gold trim, pink tights and pink shoes. Police have been busy with cadaver dogs at his apartment and car. Reports say that cadaver dogs have hit in his apartment and car, which means that there are signs of decomposition in both. Police raided the daddy’s apartment on 6 December 2011. There is a request for a warrant in this case, daddy D’Andre Lane has been named on the warrant.

Ayla Reynolds went missing on Friday night 16 December 2011. She was last seen about 8 pm by a family member. At 9 am on Saturday, her dad, Justin DiPietro, called 911 reporting Ayla missing. DiPietro had custody of Ayla because Trista Reynolds, the mother, was in rehab for substance abuse. DiPietro doesn’t know who is responsible for Ayla missing and has no idea where she is. Sad that here is one where the one responsible didn’t check on the child for 13 hours. Shame on him!

THE MURDERED:

 Ten year old Ame Deal took a popsicle out of the freezer without permission and for punishment she was stuffed in a footlocker, and locked with a padlock. But this isn’t the story this family told the detectives at first. They claimed that Ame was playing hide and seek with friends and must have hid in the footlocker. When Arizona police found Ame she was only 59 pounds and wearing soiled clothes. Charged in the case are her cousin John Allen 23, Samantha Allen 23 charged with first degree murder, aunt Cynthia Stoltzman the grandmother, and Judith Deal are charged with multiple felony child abuse charges. Stoltzman was Ame’s legal guardian. Ame died in a 31- by 14- by 12-inch padlocked footlocker on 12 July 2011.

 Remember Mariha Smith? She was the little 5 year old girl who went missing 24 July 2011 from her Aunts house while sleeping in the livingroom and found later on in the house burning down the street? Well the person of interest, Darnell Cheatham one of Mariha’s aunts boyfriends was arrested in August of this year for violation of use and possession of marijuana, failure to notify the department of a change of address and failure to meet payment obligations. He is a person of interest in Mariha’s case, but a warrant has not been served yet.

Eleven year old  Celina Cass has been missing from her home in Stewartstown, New Hampshire since the night of 25 July 2011. An Autopsy was performed on Celina Cass yesterday. The New Hampshire DA has requested that the toxicology samples be expedited to speed up the results. No word on any suspects. Celina was found by a dam about a mile away from Celina’s house. There have been no arrests in this case.

 Emily Barnard passed away on 25 July 2011, from head injuries. Amber Gibson, the girlfriend of Emily’s father is a person of interest in this case. According to the father, Emily had fallen and the injuries were from the fall. Amber Gibson, is currently in jail on UNRELATED robbery charges, where she is charged with aggravated robbery stemming from an incident that occurred in June 2010 where an older Rogersville businessman was hit in the head with a tire iron and robbed. One accomplice identified her as the person who delivered the blow with the tire iron. She admitted to participating in the robbery when she was questioned about Emily’s head injuries!

 Breeann Rodriguez went missing 6 August. Shawn Morgan, a neighbor and father of 3, confessed to the murder when he was being questioned by Law Enforcement. He said he took her into his house where he suffocated with a plastic bag, after she was in his backyard on his pool ladder. Breeann’s body was found near the floodway ditches of the Mississippi River. According to this nut, he said it took over an hour before Breeann died. He put her body in the same bag he suffocated her with then drove about 12 miles and threw her in the floodway system. He then went back and dismantled her bike and tossed it in the same area!

Watson Adkins, age 2, was found dead in his Aunt and Uncles house in Prestonsburg, Kentucky on 29 September 2011. Rhonda Lewis lost custody of her children in February due to substance abuse and her sister Gladys got custody. Rhonda said that Watson would have bruises and scrapes and Glady’s would say that he fell outside or in the house. She believes Watson was being abused. She had 3 children. Jason and Gladys Dickerson were arrested following the death of the couple’s two-year-old nephew, Watson Adkins.

 Alexis Hawkins died on 31 October 2011 after Oklahoma City police were called to her house Sunday night after a report came in of an unresponsive 3 year old. Alexis was taken to the hospital where Doctors informed police that she had multiple signs of child abuse. The mother Victoria Phanhtharath and her boyfriend, Freddy Mendez [not Alexis biological father] were charged with child abuse, but later upgraded to first degree murder.

 Tyler Dasher was reported missing by his mother. Shelby Dasher put Tyler to bed around 10:30 on a Monday night, and over slept on Tuesday morning. She found Tyler to be missing out of his crib on 15 November. She called 911 and a search for Tyler started. Two people walking their dogs by the St. Marcus Cemetery found the body about 3:30. The medical examiner has announced it is Tyler. The mother told police today that she became angry and beat Tyler [died of blunt force] because he wouldn’t quit crying and wouldn’t lie down or go back to sleep. When she got home early morning, her mother left for work. The mother walked and carried Tyler to the cemetery and left him there.

Tierra Morgan-Glover was body was found partially submerged, strapped in her car seat on 21 November 2011, in a creek near a roadway overpass in about 20 miles north of her Lakehurst, NJ home. The Thug Arthur Morgan III aka: Arthur E. Morgan, Arthur Glovermorgan, Arthur Glover, Eugene Rossi, Arthur Morgan, Arthur Eugene Morgan; was arrested in San Diego by US Marshalls and Sheriff. They surrounded a 2 story house that Morgan had been staying since after Thanksgiving, apparently his friends house. Morgan, who had a court approved visit with Tierra and should have been returned to her mother that night. When she was not returned, her mother called the police. He is charged with child endangerment and interfering with a court order, and has been charged by the FBI with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution, and hopefully murder at some point. he is awaiting extradition to New Jersey.

 Jorelys Rivera, who went missing 2 December and was found 5 December in a dumpster behind the apartment complex where she lived. She had been severely beaten and sexually assaulted. Ryan Brunn, 20, a maintenance worker at the apartment complex and has no known criminal record, was arrested for this murder. Police believe this horrendous crime was planned and calculated and they had recovered a lot of evidence that’s going to require processing. Jorelys was outside playing with friends at her apartment complex when she went home to get some drinks for the kids and never returned.

Dusty Guenther, 7 December 2011, was murdered by Terry Joe Volner. Dusty was left in the company of Volner, who lived at the Guenther house, but was not a boyfriend to Gina Guenther, Dusty’s mother. Dusty was found in an ice-covered lagoon next to his home. Volner called his mother on Wednesday morning, saying that he killed Gina, her boyfriend and her kids, he proved it by sending his mother a photo via text of Dusty with a cut throat. Volner then stabbed himself in the stomach, seeming to try a cover up the murder.

For the missing, I hope you are found alive.  For the murdered I hope you get your Justice against the murderers!
