Reid Gray Filing For Divorce
He Said It’s For His Family’s ‘Best Interest’

ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. — Reid Gray, the husband of a Ponte Vedra Beach woman charged with trying to extort $50,000 from him, said he is filing for divorce.

Channel 4 Investigator Jennifer Bauer spoke to Gray Monday. He did not want to get into detail about why he is asking for a divorce from his wife, Quinn. He did say, however, that “the decision is in the best interest of our family.”

Smoke, do you think she learned??? That is sad, especially in todays world! You never know who will break a window and take the child! Guess when people become parents, they need to take a test to see if they know things like, don’t leave your child in the car, how the car seat goes in, etc…

Police identified the mother as 24-year-old Sarah Els from Virginia Beach. She told officers she left her son in the car so she could go jogging.

“She mentioned at first that she knew it was against the law, but then she goes well, now I do. So, I believe she knows now,” Chalfant said.

It’s so great that the police officer was curious enough about the noise he heard. Now, let’s see if the 24 y/o Sarah Els learned the right lesson….

Oh, she did not know it was illegal to leave her baby in her unattended parked car for at least 1 ½ hrs. while she goes jogging in the park! WTH?!

Where is the moral compass here? How about the lesson being, leaving a child in a parked car unattended with or with/out the doors unlocked it simply WRONG and IRRESPONSIBLE!
