Just wanted to say thanks for the birthday wishes! This time last year I spent my birthday in the hospital, had to get my husband to bring my laptop to me so I could keep up with you guys & watch Cindy’s big production… RIP Sweet Caylee!
Humble and all…
Thank you Humble. It was actually my youngest son’s birthday ~ Jason 5 years old yesterday. I purchased 19 Houston Astro baseball tickets in the Hunter (Pence) Lodge field box for all of our children and grandchildren to attend and celebrate. It was a GREAT get-to-gather. (We ~ Mom and Dad ~ love it when we are all together with our chickadees).
The grand finale was when Jason stepped to the side rail and Hunter Pence walked toward the fans and stared up at the field box AND WALKED OVER (out of the blue) AND HANDED JASON A GAME BALL! Jason was in shock at first, then laughing and yelling and jumping up and down.
(Everyone around us was very surprised as well ~ so were we.)
At the end of the game, they opened the roof and put on a fabulous fire work display choreographed to music ~ the best I have ever seen.
HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY! If you go shopping today, more than likely your Birthday present (discovery docs) will arrive while you’re gone! So, by all means, please go shopping and treat yourself to something real nice… You deserve it, girl!
