Just some topics we will hear at the hearing today!
The D-team will be fighting to keep the public from seeing who is visiting her; they want the visitor logs sealed. Not sure why, who is visiting her that needs to be kept under a seal?
The D-team is asking Judge Perry to overturn some rulings in the case made by the original judge on the case. Remember Judge Strickland? He is the one that blogger helped oust.
The d-team wants the judge to force the State to be more specific as to why prosecutors are asking for the death penalty. I hope this is denied. The d-team just needs to move on already. The DP is on the table and they know they can’t get Casey out of this one. see whining: The d-team is so crying they don’t have enough information and the states response was vague.
The d-team wants prosecutors to hand over any and all forensic information they have not received. Like the state has said, we can’t turn over something we don’t have. Wonder if the Judge will have the state make up some forensic information to pleeze the d-team!
The hearing is today at 2 pm Florida time. There will be a chit chat here.

Casey Anthony update 27 May 2010
Well, looks like photos of Casey have been released. Here is a picture of the royal brat child in red. She looks like a real trouble maker.
According to Hals article on Orlando Sentinel, this is part of a $20,000 picture deal with CBS. Do I believe it, no way do I believe any of it. Why would they wait 2 years to bring out more photo’s.
I know that these media hounds will pay top dollar for these pictures, why would the Anthony’s be so stupid to take such little money for their infamous brat kids photos?
A few others I haven’t seen before:
I wonder why these photo’s were even sold, you would think that Baez would want to use these in court to prove what a great “mother” she is. Hahaha!
Also today the state released a Response to the DP motion. It is in response to Baez wanting more information on the death penalty.
Also Perry Mason wanna be put out a Second Amended Notice of hearing for 1 June 2010. Guess he is calling the shots now.

On 21 May 2010, Cheney Mason’s office had emailed Mark NeJames office about the hearing, but there was no prior notice. This hearing was scheduled without Mark NeJames office being notified.
Pretty much the motion states that Mason’s office did NOT follow procedure on this. There is a conflict with Mark NeJames office’s calendar! And I would not doubt that they did not follow procedure.

As of right now, there is no sign of these documents on the web. According to Orlando Sentinel, Baez wants to again challenge TES in court on 1 June, but Mark NeJame said that they were not aware of the 1 June hearing and would like it rescheduled. I think enough is enough with TES. The way the Baez is acting and his stupidity, no one will be wanting to help out TES on any searches. I do remember the Judge Perry writing that all motions decisions stand. I wish the Judge would tell them to lets move on.
According to Hornsby on WESH, the state does not have to provide anymore information as to why they are seeking the death penalty in this case. Well, good for the Hornsby! Also, the state has said that they do not have the information the d-team is asking for and that the d-team is not entitled to forensic evidence from out-of-state experts.

The attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez want to depose Casey’s jail buddy. A motion filed today [motion] says they want to depose Cookie aka Robyn Adams who had passed notes back and forth with Casey.
They will examine the oral communication she had with Casey and all written communication.
Also enclosed is a request for a jury trial which should last about 5 days!
