Tempe Police Officer Richard Laux is on the witness stand. He participated in checking to see if Baby Gabriel was at the Smith residence, on 28 December 2009. Also took photos of some contents of her Blackberry phone.
Detective Frank Aguilera. He went with officers to the Smith house. He went to help find the Smith house. He said that he had read another officer’s report because he did not do a report.

Victoria Stafford [Woodstock Canada] was lured away after school by Terri-Lynne McClintic and Michael Rafferty on 8 April 2009. She was placed in the back seat of Rafferty’s 2003 Honda Civic covered by a black pea coat. McClintic lured Tori to the car by talking about a Shih Tzu, which Tori had one and the McClintic’s had two.
Buffalo [NY] Police were called to the house of missing 10 year old Abdifatah Mohamud, on Tuesday night around 10:45. A search of the home by police found Abdifatah dead in the basement. The stepfather, a security guard with U.S. Security Associates at The Buffalo News was not home at the time when police were called to the house, and was later arrested in this case on 2nd degree murder charges. Abdifatah was tied to a chair with duct tape, a sock stuffed in his mouth, and he was beaten with a stick or blunt object in the basement, because he fell behind in his school work.
Remember Zahra? She was reported missing in 10 October 2010 in North Carolina. Her step-mother, Elisa Baker had been charged and plead guilty to 2nd degree murder. She also plead guilty to charges of obstruction of justice, bigamy, obtaining property under false pretenses and identity theft. Zahra had over come cancer and lost a leg. She was 10 years old when she was murdered. Here is the autopsy report, and the medical examiner report.
The first day of the trial was something to just listen too! Logan McQueary was on the stand, after the opening statements.
In the opening statements, the prosecutors pointed out how obsessed Smith was to get Gabriel. Smith would go to great lengths to get Gabriel, because he was a prize, an object. Smith’s plan, of course with Elizabeth Johnson, was to make life so difficult for Logan that he would sooner or later get fed up and give in and give Gabriel to Smith and her husband. When that didn’t work the next plan was to take Gabriel out of state and that didn’t work either! [Listening to the tapes, I get the feeling one way or another she was going to get Gabriel. She pushed and pushed at Logan, it's a good thing he stuck to his guns and never signed the paperwork. She even got her husband to call him and do some pushing and bad usage of words]
Opening statements are planned for Tuesday [tomorrow] in the case against Tammi Smith. Smith, who’s attorney claims is a good citizen, a good Samaritan, a law-abiding person, got involved with the wrong person and it spiraled out of control, is charged with conspiracy to commit custodial interference and forgery. Smith wanted to adopt Gabriel from the mother, Elizabeth Johnson and keep him from his father.

Amir Jennings was reported missing after he hadn’t been seen at Thanksgiving last year. The mother, Zinah Jennings has been in jail since December on cruelty to children, and sending the authorities on a few wild goose chases about her son’s whereabouts. The mother is pregnant and her attorney is trying to get her bail lowered so she can get out and get some medical help. The attorney claims that she needs prenatal care, treatment for her mental illness, and to take Risperdal for her schizophrenia. Her attorney had paperwork from a doctor that said that the mother “lacks sufficient insight or capacity to make responsible decisions”, claiming she should be in a hospital. Roderick Mitchell is Amir’s father and happen to run into them on the 22nd of November last year and he is the one who snapped the last pic of Amir. He was supposed to have a visit with Amir on the 29th of November 2010, but that never happened. When he went to the house he was turned away by the nut and said they had something to do. He picked up Amir and said he loved him and that was the last time he has seen him. The mother had also been arrested for prostitution, trying to pay an undercover officer for sex. I would assume the father of this unborn child is unknown.
Solomon Metalwala has been granted full custody of Sky and his sister. Julia Biryukova chose NOT to show up for the court hearing and Judge gave full custody to the father. Sky went missing from the car when the so called mother left him in the car the morning she chose to walk to a gas station to get gas claiming she ran out of gas, and when she returned, Sky was reported missing. Biryukova returned to the car without any gas or a gas can!
So I didn’t make it but a little over a month! I have tried to keep up with what has been going on, but there is so much going on that it’s too hard to keep up!
I did receive so, so, so many emails asking to come back that I had to stop reading emails for awhile! I wanted to come back so bad, but I just couldn’t! I think alot of things came to a head when that pathetic Steve Powell murdered and blew up his kids in the house! It wasn’t bad enough he killed his wife and the mother of his children, he had to go and take them out too!
This past February we celebrated my grandson’s 1st birthday! And now they are getting ready to move to the East Coast and my son-in-law will be in school and my daughter and grandson will be coming here to stay for awhile! I am very excited, so the posts might be done at night!

It already feels good to be back posting, and I really haven’t even started! 
After many weeks of thinking about the blog and where it’s going, it is time to say goodbye! I just have too many things going on in my life! I am very sad about it, but it needs to happen. I am finding it harder and harder to deal with all these Missing kids and the POS parents/grandparents! Not all are, but many are!
I have chatting with many of you for years and you’ve been very supportive! I have made great friendships on the blog. I’ve seen the worse of the worse out there in blog land, and sad to say some of them have not changed at all! They are still mean and vindictive!
I truly want to thank everyone who has posted on the blog! Your input is greatly appreciated!
