The prosecution will not be seeking the death penalty, even though a date has been set for the trial. The date as we know, is 12 October 2009. Yea, I think life in prison will be fun for her….Cindy and George can visit her day after day. Who knows, maybe Lee will get visitation………

Casey Anthony Convicted Felon update 01 March 2010
More evidence was turned over to the d-team today from the prosecution. It is about 650 pages with an interview of Tim Miller, Joe Jordan who claims that the area Caylee was found WAS searched by TES. Also enclosed are photo’s enhanced by the FBI of Casey’s car trunk.
Wonder when we will get these documents???
