Lena Lunsford, mother of Aliayah Lunsford who has been missing since 24 September 2011, was in court and plead guilty to one count of federal welfare fraud, even though she had been charged for selling her Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program card more than 4 times. If you remember on 8 November 2011, Lunsford signed a waiver and a “not Guilty” plea to the Federal Charges against her.
When leaving the court house, a handful of protester were there to protest Lunsford. They were pretty angry and said they were at the court house to support Aliayah.
Lunsford will be sentenced in six-eight weeks and faces a maximum penalty of five years in prison, up to a $250,000 fine and restitution, she is free on bond.
South Carolina Police executed a search warrant on the home and vehicle where Zinah Jennings lived. A bloody shovel was found at the house and blankets and clothes were found in the car. Police received a tip from Jennings step-father, saying that he had seen her in the backyard with a shovel about the time that Amir went missing. Police also obtained surveillance video and records of the mothers computer usage from a Public Library.
Glendale Police are getting ready to search the landfill where they believe that Jhessye Shockley is. The search will start in the next weeks.
Amir Jennings was last seen on Thanksgiving at his grandparents house in South Carolina. The grandparents last heard from Zinah Jennings, the mother, on 5 December 2011. The grandmother Jocelyn Jennings Nelson reported Amir and Jennings missing on 8 December when she had heard Jennings was in a car accident.
Police still have not decided if they will search the landfill where they believe Jhessye Shockley is, but a murder case without a body could be tough to prove that Jhessye is deceased. They have to convince a jury that Jhessye was murdered. They must find a motive for the murder, show evidence that a crime scene may have existed, such as traces of blood or cleaning supplies used to wipe away evidence and establish a 
The Major Crimes Unit in Maine has now joined in the search for Ayla Reynolds. The Unit handles homicides, suspicious deaths and major investigations.
Waterville police Chief Joseph Massey announced that this case is no longer a missing persons case, but has has developed to a criminal investigation. The change has come from evidence that has been collected over the past weeks. Police have received over 500 plus tips in this case. The 2 cars taken from the DiPietro house have been returned to the owners. The house has also been turned back over to the father. A no trespassing sign hangs on the property.
It was just a matter of time before daddy, Justin Dipietro made his debut on TV. This show comes after he was criticized by the Reynolds family for not pleading publicly for Ayla’s return and criticized for the way he cared for Ayla. He spoke on the ‘Today‘ show. Dipietro tried to reach out to the person who took Ayla: What you’re doing isn’t right. You may think what you’re doing is right for Ayla, but it’s not. You have no right. You’re not her parent. She belongs home with her family. According to dad: ‘As far as I know, we’re at the same place that we were on day one with this.’
The mom of Ayla spoke last week on the ‘Today‘ show. She said that she hasn’t spoken to Dipietro since Ayla has been missing, he won’t return her phone calls.
It has been a long and winding 2011! Murderer is walking free, thanks to 12 of the stupidest jurors I have ever seen! Anyone who had read any of the documents in this case, know that the defense lied up a storm in this trial! I am not positive, but I thought it was against the law to lie in court! Murderer who had a plethora of boys at one time [from what I read, she was and I am sure still is, pretty much a SL#T], tried to make herself out to be a little 13 year old girl who had the dingdong of her father in her mouth before she went off to school. She acted like nothing ever happened. Well isn’t she just one tough liar? I just love how she thought she would walk into the world after the verdict and think that she would be well liked in the world! She is the number one hated murderer! She got away with murder, next time she won’t be so lucky!
And then there is James Cheney ‘FLIPPER’ Mason. Now known as the big attorney who can flip people off, he joined the bunch of liar attorney’s just to make a name for himself. He wasn’t known by me, never heard of him at the time he came out of the woodwork to try and be someone, but I think he was a good attorney at some point after reading up on him, I think now he fits right in with the bunch of fool defense attorney’s from Orlando. His karma is slowly hitting as in November: FLIPPER ‘appeared disoriented, he had slurred speech and he looked physically ill, and rushed to the hospital’! Like his finger, he had sworn while being lifted in the gurney! Can you say potty finger mouth?
And the Dorothy ‘mop-top’ Sims, she wouldn’t let the murderer watch her grandchild, I am not sure why! She was found NOT guilty by the bunch at the top of this post, guess Sims knows more about the truth than we thought she did! We couldn’t figure out what she was an expert in, since she had joined the duh-fense. She in her own mind was an expert with all because she read articles with pictures in them. But in the end, we were all aware she was an expert babysitter of the murderer! And she did a fine job of holding the hand of a murderer! Now who else can put that on their resume except mop-top!
Law enforcement is contemplating to do a search for Jhessye Shockley in the Butterfield Station Landfill. LE received a tip back in November about a month after Jhessye went missing that she could be there. They do believe the tip is reliable!
