The defense sideshow was nothing to really talk about.  Ignorance comes to mind right off the bat!  The news conference was really, again a waste of time, but they like their little dog and pony show.   Baez thinks he is this wonderful attorney who will be getting the murder off, but in reality, if it would just strike him, he will find out the out come will be different.  Moe and Curly Video

Baez call Brad Conways resignation as a sideshow.  Of course I call any news conference that Moe and Curley perform a waste of time.  BUT really calling Brad Conways resignation a a sideshow?  This is a sideshow:  Baez holds a New Conference, about himself!

In this little news conference back in January 2009, Baez says:

FYI Baez, you’ll be lucky if you are remembered at all, or if you have a license to even practice law!

Now mind you, Baez had months to go and look at these files and never did. He wasted more time in the courtroom, complaining and crying about how he isn’t getting to look at the files.  Motion after motion filed by these hoodlums trying to get their stalling ways.  Not to mention, he has this lying in motion disease.

So with all the motions filed, the drama team will get to review all 4,000 files.  It will be supervised by the magistrate.  The drama team will be able to take necessary notes, for PROPER investigation.  Any disputes will be  represented to the courts for resolution.  And the drama team will never have to whine again about not getting fair treatment.

Mason, a terrible speaker who needs to talk more clearly, is just a determined rump.  He can’t talk, his hearing aid seems to have issues, and he has that “I a rump” attitude.

I do wonder why everything the d-team does, is worth it?  And anything anyone else does is a sideshow?  Baez thinks to much of himself. He still acts like an inexperienced, immature attorney wanting to make the big time.  He just needs to go and sit on the panel at the JVM show.  Honestly wouldn’t be surprised a few of these attorney’s made a complaint about Baez to the FL Bar!

JW-Because with all due respect to Jean Casarez, I don`t think it was a rare brand. As a matter of fact, to the contrary. I think it`s a very common brand. And they did find that it didn’t match the duct tape from the gas can in the shed of the backyard of the Anthonys.

And so I think that the defense is fine with it. It doesn’t prove anything. It has no evidentiary value to Casey Anthony. Yes, there was duct tape but let`s remember there`s no fingerprint evidence on the duct tape. There was no serology on the duct tape.

And similar -similar evidence of duct tape, because there was duct tape, doesn’t get it into evidence. It has to be the same to connect it to Casey Anthony.

Remember you must be ignorant, up tight, big mouthed, a liar and ready to listen to Cindy and George and work for nothing!

It has been confirmed, but Conway will be on the “TODAY” show, go figure maybe licensing fees, this morning.

It has to be a very sad day for the A’s, as they will not have anyone more dedicated to them.  Conway has been behind them, back their nuttiness, sat through their lies, and had to deal with these lunatics, and I suspect even lied for them.

Why do these people need to go on national tv to announce this stuff?  I guess we know that Baez is unable to quit the d-team due to a new law:  bans judges from appointing attorneys where an indigent client has already retained and paid a lawyer. The idea is to prevent a private attorney from pulling out once a client’s money runs out.  So looks like Baez will be in it until the end!

This week we found out the A’s have modified their mortgage and can keep their house.  Conway said this week:  “Saving the home that Caylee grew up in is the single best piece of news they’ve had in well over two years.” She didn’t grow up there.  The murderer grew up there, and I guess they need to keep that house.  He claims, there is no way they wanted to get rid of that house.  Well good for them.  They deserve the house they raised a murderer in.  Who would buy it.

We learned that Baez house is on the foreclosure block, and he has lied in the motion that stated he DID NOT know the phone call between Lunceford and him was being recorded.  States response.

July 15 motion and 23 July motion I am not sure why he would make claims that are false especially when the prosecution is involved, BUT I do think that he had been found out about the call with the inmate, probably snitch flapping her lips, but he thought he could have kept it top secret.  Now that it was found out, he seems to just sit and lie about it. It seems so odd that he would be so stupid as to lie about it!

Baez is losing his $670,000 house he bought in 2007.  It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.  It’s a little over 3,000 square foot, has a pool and it’s screened in.  I am not sure where he got all his cash in 2007, this was before he because famous from the Casey Anthony case.  OH wait, the Casey case is still going on!  Guess those little TV appearances didn’t pay much.

Casey has an exciting psych doctor visit her in jail.  Dr Gold specializes in research, treatment of and training in psychological trauma and trauma-related disorders, disassociation, hypnosis and sexual addiction-compulsivity. He is the author of Not Trauma Alone: Therapy for Child Abuse Survivors in Family and Social Context I assume this is because of her claims that she says George sexually abused her.

According to Baez, they must explore potential mental health issues in any death penalty case.  But to me it sounds like they are going to try and claim some sort of excuse for the reason Casey killed Caylee.  I would have thought they would have brought this guy in at the beginning of this case.  I am very curious to who paid for this Dr of Psych to visit Casey!

And Roy Kronk was deposed on Friday by the defense team.  According to Mason he says, “Anything that we’re trying to do here would be focusing on establishing reasonable doubt on various aspects of the case.” Well, I reasonable doubt Roy Kronk had any reason to kill Caylee. Now Casey on the other hand had the jealously streak against Casey, not to mention to mention anger issues, no money, no job, etc…. Caylee was a burden to Casey. BUT what happened to the Zany Nanny story? Wasn’t she the one who took Caylee from Casey? Wasn’t she the kidnapper? Isn’t she the one who no one can find anywhere? Isn’t she the one who watched Caylee while Casey went to work? Yea a circle of lies and a poor deceased child!  The d-team is also trying to connect Kronk to the duct tape.  The duct tape the Anthony’s used to hang posters of Find Caylee up with. Not to mention the duct tape that was on the gas can.  I wonder what they will say?  Roy Kronk  used the duct tape, then brought it over to the Anthony’s house, placed a piece on the gas can and left it for the A’s to use.  Yea, I am not going to buy that for a wooden nickle, and don’t believe a jury would either.

According to David Evans, another awesome attorney stated:  “Of anybody involved in this mess, he’s going to be one guy who’s going to come out with his reputation intact and his dignity intact.” So he had some past issues and old issues with the AX-wives, who by the way are looking for fame, have a mighty worst record than Kronk. Here are some of the issues the Ax-wives have had Kronk Klan [Thanks Blessedknox for posting these]  I guess we can say the ax-wives of Roy Kronk are NOT squeaky clean.

I guess since Andrea Lyon couldn’t get the death penalty off the table, the d-team thinks they will bring this guy in and try to verify Casey’s claims of being sexually abused by George.  But there isn’t anything that Casey says, that is proof of abuse.  Casey has lied from day one, and she is just a born killer.  And if he talks to her long enough, he should figure that Caylee was an abused child, not Casey.

Remember Baez trying to seal Casey’s visitor records?  Motion![Terrible file] The Judge denies it!  But in the motion the d-team claims it won’t be able to prepare their case properly.  My goodness, if the visitor log is causing them trouble, Casey is in real need of different counsel!

At this point in time, I think it too little to late for the d-team to try and pull the wool over everyone eyes.

The State in its response took five pages to advise the Court that it takes no position on the Chapter 119 issue, yet reverses its position in their prayer for relief. Despite their confusion, this remains a Chapter 119 issue and one of privilege. The question before the Court is which exception if any would prevent its disclosure. Having the benefit of the recorded conversation Ms. Drane Burdick (who takes no position) took the opportunity to personally attack the undersigned and his recollection of the recording. Actually what she did was prove you to be a liar. This, brought on by yourself should have probably recorded the conversation yourself so you would have some recollection of what was said.

An inmate can inform the jail that they are calling their attorney and the call will not be recorded. An inmate can call from a counselor’s office and may inform the counselor that the call is being made to an attorney to seek representation. An inmate can obtain a contraband cell phone to make the call Inmates often call individuals who make three way calls to other individuals Hey Baez, if your talking on the phone with an inmate snitch, EXPECT it to be recorded. Your excuse and might I add 2 motions and this one, a little over the top!

George on the other hand must be collecting disability due to the fact he can’t keep a job.  Why else could he get disability, oh wait, that suicide news breaker..I forgot.

As for how much they make in disability, I have no clue.  It has to be enough for tattoos, renovations, gas, gum, pizza….etc….

Both Cindy and George are right on with the lazy no work program. They have collected off the state for a few years now and, both seem to be pretty healthy to get out and get  job.  If you can go and fib on national tv, you sure can get your butt out there and make a living and stop looking for handouts.

Conway stated a while back:  George Anthony has an added difficulty because he is instantly recognized and rejected by most employers either because of who he is or because companies fear he may bring unwanted media attention. I am unsure what his problem was before all of this happened, was he instantly recognized and the media following him around?  This is a poor excuse from Conway.

Remember when DCF was called because stress-related medical issues Cindy was watching a friends child?  Another instance when Cindy should have been found unfit to watch a child.  If you are having such stress issues, you should in no way be able to watch a child.  AND might I add that parent of that child should be held accountable for even letting her child go over to a stress-related medical issue patient.  According to DCF’s Carrie Hoeppner  she said Cindy Anthony was very open with investigators and said she was “helping a friend who was between babysitters and that’s OK.”  [We know how open Cindy can be, and how truthful also]

We all know the Anthony’s are the worlds biggest scammers.  If there is a will there is a way. And they always seem to find that large lie to get them what they want.

Could there really be a book deal?  I hope not, that book won’t sell until it is .50 cents and on the bargain shelf.  But it will be a shock to the book company as to how much money they lost.
