This is the 3^rd search warrant served at the Anthony home and these items probably should have been taken before.  Here is the video of the search warrant at the A’s house.

He also stated that the items at the memorial left for Caylee where her body was found will be donated to the Orlando Union Rescue Mission.  Wonder what is going to happen to the ones that Lee ripped out of the front yard?

The memorial service for Caylee will be private.  Brad Conway said that with helicopters and microphones in the face will be too much.

So on 21 December 2008, Conway comments on the Memorial, but the Memorial for Caylee doesn’t happen until 10 February 2009.  Seems very odd.  Remember the A’s claiming going to the funeral home and sitting with Caylee?  Remember the thought of her being at the funeral home so long all by herself?  There was alot of talk about how long they waited to have the Memorial.  And then we hear that they believe Caylee to be alive.  BUT they have a memorial in their house for Caylee with pictures and  her death certificate!  These people need counseling so terribly bad.  I cannot believe they keep pulling this stuff.  But still today, they are not out looking for Caylee, nor for her killer. [Which brings me to believe they know who killed her, and that Caylee is not alive]

In the Civil case, if the two sides cannot reach a financial settlement soon, a trial date will be set for 7 June 2010.

When asked about if Casey is found guilty will they be able to accept it?

Of course they will NOT.  She can’t believe what she is seeing because they (LE) have not done a full investigation, so says Cindy.  Now how on earth does she know what a FULL INVESTIGATION is?  She can’t tell decomp after she stated is smelled like a dead body in the car.  She claims pizza!  She couldn’t tell Casey was pregnant until she was told about it and Casey was 7 months.  She claimed she thought Casey was bloated.  She doesn’t know her kid didn’t have a job for over 2 years.  She never met a so called Nanny that cared for Caylee.    How can she claim to know if this case has been  fully investigated?

Judge Strickland has denied 2 motions and granted 1 so far, nothing on the DP.

DENIED: claimed that Anthony’s multiple check fraud charges is not double jeopardy!

DENIED: to destroy all jailhouse interviews involving Casey Anthony and her family.

GRANTED: protective order for an interview involving EquuSearch volunteer Joe Jordan.  Judge response

Judge Strickland DENIED the Defense team their attorney/Client no videotaping of visits.  It states that the Court is of opinion that it cannot force the Orange County jail to cease and desist from videotaping that attorney/client visits.  [On other words, if they want a different room, the Attorney needs to request it] There will be a delay in the release of these video’s until AFTER the trial.  The judge has stated that no video will be released of counsel and defendant without in camera viewing by the undersigned.   Judges response

Death Penalty DENIED!  The Judge writes in the document, that while the court found much of the defense counsels argument regarding death penalty law and procedures to be compelling their argument as to the states bad faith and impermissible motives cannot withstand scrutiny.  It will be left to a jury. It also states that the prosecutions brief recitation of facts supporting its decision to seek the death penalty, in this matter was also compelling and therefore sufficient.   Judge Response

I am very curious to what the next step will be for the d-team!  I am sure they are pretty set on getting a change of venue.  But why would they need a change of venue if they are so certain that Casey is innocent.  Just makes you wonder.  Or maybe they will start looking for a new suspect.  Who knows, but what ever they do, I am sure it will not be in good faith, especially for Caylee!   Not sure what the idea that Joy had dropping off that letter, guess no matter what she wrote, it didn’t help Casey in anyway, shape or form.  Give it up Joy!

So with that said, I guess Brad Conways thoughts that the judge would grant the Anthony’s the destroying the video’s was wrong, and they will NOT be visiting their daughter in jail!  Oh well, I am sure we will hear about them not visiting her because of the video-taping, and people picking the brat apart,  forever!  And like always it will be everyone’s fault.  Needless to say, it is their decision if they go or not!
