Grief and lost tip sheet [of course not by Sally Karioth]

The 6 mile long hypothetical I won’t post as it was silly to write what LITTLE bit the d-team said in it, but this lady states that it is reluctant grieving maybe doing grugs, drinking, retail therapy…etc.  They do risk taking she claimed bereavement overload.

State:  When Jeff Ashton asked his hypothetical, which was telling her mom she wasn’t in Orlando and in other places, she called it magical thinking and the person needed help.  She did say that she received an email at the end of May or early June about this case.  She received NO FACTS on the case, and pretty much came in blind.  Denial doesn’t mean actually lying.  She did testify in the Susan Smith trial as how a mother can kill a child.

Judge said do not make plans for Sunday or Monday.  The d-team should rest tomorrow….

Roy Kronk on the stand.  Baez tried to get Kronk to clear up the comment about the skull falling out of a bag. I am really not sure what the point was, but will Baez say that Roy Kronk lied on the stand and staged the scene in his very opinionated closing statement?

Deputy Turso was on the stand for about a half a second stating that he was to the scene on the 11th of December 2008, he never told Kronk to keep it hush, hush about the August 2008 calls.

Yuri Melich on the stand.   He said it was later that he found out that Roy called about the skull 4 times in August 2008.

George Anthony on the stand.  What a line of questioning this was. Baez thought he outwitted George, but George listened and answered. He had a few crying episodes, but George was rather great.

Baez tried to get George to say he molested the child, and the state objected, sustained.  He also got in there that he knew the penalty of molesting a child, State objected.  Of course this is when the defendant got into her crying/angry mode. George did state that Casey was the last one to see Caylee.  George also stated that the smell in the car was the SMELL OF DEATH, in that car and was relieved that it was NOT Casey or Caylee in the trunk.  George was caught looking in the woods by the media, and he stated he was looking for a location to set up a new command center.  Of course it would seem that the media is now writing Baez questions!

State:  In August 2009 George believe that Casey did not kill Caylee.  He was upset that it has even been brought up to him.  George did say he was deeply hurt and full of tears when he learned Caylee was found dead.  From 15 July-December 2008 George did believe that Caylee was alive.  The suicide letter did come up and will be seen by the jury when the defense is done.

Defense:  the obsession with the gas can is getting out of control. I am tired of hearing about it.  Who cares

After lunch:

George purchased a firearm to get answers from associates of Casey to find out about his granddaughter.  He thought her friends were holding back. Isn’t that funny?  The only one who knew about Caylee was CASEY!  George wanted to take his life because he is having a hard time and wanted to be with Caylee.  He made calls to the family and said not to worry and pretty much say good-bye.  He did pen the letter and it was written in hours and while he was taking pills.  He said he wrote to Cindy that he did not want to be in the world anymore.

The Judge referenced many, many cases where the defendant had been put to death. He said that he will hold off ruling on this matter until the verdict is in, if they get that far!

It has been said that the attorney’s for Casey were in the line downstairs trying to get up to the 23rd floor. This is NOT the first time the defense has been not on time, you would think they would know to leave earlier.  This is also the reason we wait until 5 minutes to 9 for the sidebars.  What a shame they are!

BillS does not think that this will fly, because the case Finnel is referencing is CASE SPECIFIC!
