Mallory Parker was  deposed by the state.  I assume Mallory will be there with her attorney. Mallory, the girlfriend of Lee was going to college to be an events planner, the same job Casey claimed she had at Universal.  Mallory’s mother is Jody A. Parker, she is mixed up in the fraudation the Anthony’s have started in Caylee’s name.

Baez claims that the chemicals in the needle didn’t really mean anything.  You can find the same chemicals in tap water. He also stated that all it did was make good headlines. He also says he is claiming to get through discovery.  Which I assume we have finished all of it and he hasn’t?

Of course Baez has never commented on a deposition, he says he never has. I believe he CAN’T comment on them.  He said that unless they state decides to make them public then that is different.

Next week, Roy Kronk will be in the chair. The state will be deposing him on the 19th. I am sure Baez will be in attendance.

The prosecution will release documents to the defense team. About 40 pages will be released along with a DVD [WFTV about the duct tape] and a CD.

We know that Dominic Casey has scammed out of his deposition today and it was postponed until 16 December 2009.

LP had hired 4 divers to go in the river this morning.  EquuSearch is also searching this morning.  George Anthony showed up at the Kid Finders Command & Volunteer Center Saturday afternoon. He said he holds no ill will toward EquuSearch and its theory that Caylee is dead.  He is holding out hope that Caylee is alive.  Cindy could not make it.

The beads on the tree below [Cross link] are the same type arts and crafts that Dakota Skii’s bracelet is made from.   It is a blue Y bead that was found.  Lois Peter, grandma to Dakota, also said that Dakota was haunted and taunted when she wore the bracelet and got rid of it.  How sad, a little girl tried to do something good for Caylee and gets blasted by her peers for it.

What leads to child abuse, history of child abuse, stress and lack of support, alcohol and/or drug abuse, domestic violence. Warning signs of physical abuse unexplained bruises, welts, or cuts. Behavioral patterns the child is fearful, shy away, afraid to go home, inappropriate clothing for the weather, such as long pants and long sleeve shirt on a hot day. Caregiver signs, physically abusive caregivers may display anger management issues or excessive need to control.

I find it odd that there were many different markings around Caylee’s mouth, not to mention the marks under her eyes. Sure kids fall down, get hurt, bump their heads, etc.

I had also written a post a while back about Caylee’s mouth and the marks around it.  There is a reason for these marks and are they from previous use of duct tape or is it from the use of chloroform on a cloth and put over her mouth?

Today I believe Caylee was abused by her so called mother. I also believe Cindy, the nurse (impersonator), knew Caylee was being abused.  Why?  Why else would Cindy have talked about getting custody of Caylee, but can’t afford it?  I am sure it had nothing to do with the fact that Casey was stealing right and left from Cindy and George.  Would there be a leg to stand on in court, for custody, for stealing money, there would be if it was child abuse.   According to the Florida law, a Nurse is mandated to report child abuse.  I wonder why Cindy never did?  Was she blind to this?  Probably, she didn’t know Casey was pregnant until she was 7 month and she claims she thought she was bloated, not to mention Casey had to tell her.  My thoughts on this,  it would have been too much of a hassle for Cindy.  It would have caused problems between Cindy and Casey, not to mention a possible kick out of the house and living in the car……nah, Casey would have found someone to shack up with.  BUT, I do wonder why Cindy would talk about getting custody of Caylee, when she claimed on tv, that Casey was Mother of the year!

Cindy says that there is NO evidence Caylee is dead.  There have been many sightings of Caylee and the prosecution was to throw a gag order on the A’s and the defense, because these tips are being released.  She babbles about the Amber Alert never being sent out.  Funny, I did miss this, she says Lee said last night, of course this was last year November 2008, Law Enforcement is to serve and protect.  Who is protecting Caylee and serving her.  WHAT?  Wasn’t that Caylee’s  so called mother’s job?  Wasn’t she the one who should have been serving and PROTECTING her own daughter?  Cindy was and still is a quack job!  She needs to start figuring life out and who should have been protecting that baby girl!  From what I know now, Cindy should have been protecting Caylee from her mother!

I am rather confused about the doll. The documents state in one part that chloroform has been found on the doll (Q244), then at the end of the write up it states that chloroform was not identified on specimen Q244. I am hoping to have this straightened out, and you can not go by what they say on the NG nor JVM shows as we have found out from the knife incident that it was NOT found with the body! But it was in the car.

After reading this blog, I need to point out that LP said this weekend that Tracy M’s whole interview has NOT been released. Very interesting! Guess there is some information we won’t find out until the trial?

What also gets me is now that the chloroform needle has been brought to the public, we know why Casey had that little break down on 11 December 2008 when she was told remains of a body were found, and where they were found. I guess she knew she was toast from that moment on.
