Just reading some of the web, and the obsession with the murderer is out of control.  I just can’t figure out why people would watch her video’s [which it has been said she received $50,000 for] and listen to anything she has to say, she is full of chit, and the worlds biggest liar.  The Bozo team is back up to their old tricks, leaking videos and getting money for them.  Monster Murder is GUILTLY of the death of Caylee and it’s sad that she is now collecting money off the child she killed!

I finally got to watch the Dr. G show tonight on the Caylee case.  There is nothing I get more mad about then the fact that a bunch of lunatics from Florida didn’t listen at the trial nor looked at the evidence later on to decide the decision they made. I guess the biggest thing that got me rolling tonight is this 911 call:

Murderer: Hello.
Dispatch: Hello.
Murderer: Yes.
Dispatch: Hi. What can you… can you tell me what’s going on a little bit?
Murderer: I’m sorry?
Dispatch: Can you tell me a little bit what’s going on?
Murderer: My daughter’s been missing for the last 31 days.
Dispatch: And you know who has her?
Murderer: I know who has her. I’ve tried to contact her. I actually received a phone call today. Now from a number that is no longer in service. I did get to speak to my daughter for about a moment. About a minute.
Dispatch: Okay, did you guys call and report a vehicle stolen?
Murderer: Umm. Yes, my mom did.
Dispatch: Okay. So is the vehicle stolen too?
Murderer: No. this is my vehicle.
Dispatch: What vehicle was stolen?
Murderer: Umm, it’s a 98 Pontiac Sunfire.
Dispatch: Okay, I have deputies on the way to you right now for that. So now your 3 year old daughter is missing? Caylee Anthony?
Murderer: yes.
Dispatch: White female?
Murderer: Yes. White female.
Dispatch: Three years old? 8-9-2005 is her date of birth?
Murderer: Yes.
Dispatch: And you last saw her a month ago?
Murderer: 31 days. it’s been 31 days.
Dispatch: Who has her? Do you have a name?
Murderer: Her name is Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzales.
Dispatch: Who is that? Babysitter?
Murderer: She’s been my nanny for about a year and a half. Almost two years.
Dispatch: Why… why are you calling now? Why didn’t you call 31 days ago?
Murderer: I’ve been looking for her and have gone through other resources to try to find her, which was stupid.

Guess she didn’t find Caylee at the tattoo shop, fusion, Target or anything where else she flaunted herself!

And like I said when the trial was going on, only the MURDERER knew when Caylee died, and Bozo knew when she died because that is the date that his client killed her and he said it in the trial 16 June 2008.    I quote the clown: “Caylee Anthony died on June 16, 2008, when she drowned in her family’s swimming pool.”  Boy those 31 days………….exactly!

I am glad that Dr. G did the show. She had an opportunity to slap the Ole man Werner Spitz across the face.  And no matter what the defense says, or what the jurors didn’t listen too, CASEY ANTHONY MURDERED CAYLEE!  And she will kill again……

If she can’t sit down and answer questions in a deposition, what makes anyone think that she will answer on tv, or even truthfully?  She will lie until the day she dies.  She is known for her lying, as her attorney.

So far the murder has to flip her bills in Florida:  $217,499.23.  She owes the IRS:  $68,000, who WILL get their money, probably first.   Oh my bad, she will be taxed first, then have to pay her dues.  She needs to save up because she will owe ZFG and TES.

It’s said Dom Casey is writing a book, not sure what he will have to tell us, but Baez owes him something like $60,000-$90,000 for his time and work that he did for the low life attorney, and he is YET to be paid.  BUT I won’t buy this book.

The most recent state to add ‘Caylee’s Law’ is Ohio! Ohio joins Florida, Maryland, Alabama, Colorado, California, Wisconsin, and others in the crusade to make it a felony for a parent, guardian or caretaker to fail to notify law enforcement within 24 hours after a child is discovered missing.  I feel this needs to be passed in ALL states. There is just no excuse for not reporting your child missing, of course unless you are the murderer of Caylee.

According to the 5th District Court of Appeals, Caylee’s ‘Convicted Felon’ murderer has to stand her probation in whatever county she is living in, in Florida.

Yesterday, the 5th District 3 Judge panel agree with Judge Perry that the convicted felon, murder has to serve the probation that was ordered by Judge Strickland.  She must report to a probation officer by Friday.  But if she was smart she would have already contacted a probation officer so it would have already started.

Of course there is one last thing the defense clown team can do, and that is file an emergency motion with the Florida Supreme Court, asking the Supreme Court to weigh in on this.  Let’s wait and see. We know now that d-team can’t claim her life is in danger because the Baez made it clear that the murderer was now in Florida [he is just a mouth piece].  Guess her safety is Baez only thing getting the loser on tv!

In the document it states that the trial courts action are not barred by the petitioner’s constitutional claims of double jeopardy, as the petitioner has not legally commenced her probationary sentence.  The petitioner and her LAWYERS were WELL aware that her probationary placement was NOT to begin until her release from confinement.  The petitioner may NOT, under these circumstances take advantage of the administrative ERROR of the Department of Corrections.  [It is apparent that the 5th District Court of Appeals didn't decide this with any input of  'I trust my judgment' juror Jennifer Ford. It's a good thing too, or she would be off scott free for this probation]

Baez, the liar attorney is under investigation by the Florida Bar.  Yep, he has done it again…I hope they slap him already.  He should have been taken down when he was lying in the trial.  According to the Florida Bar:  they have an open probe into Baez! He is a very sad attorney.  Many have said it is about the just the probation, but I think there have been many complaints against the loser since the trial!

The death mobile was crushed at the junk yard yesterday.  Apparently it was towed in and crushed.

According to the document, it’s clear the Court stated the defendant’s probation was to start once she was released from jail. Once the defendant/murderer received a sentence of time served for 412 days on counts 1, 2, 3, 6, 9 and 12, the only reason that kept her in custody was her no bond status in a separate and distinct case, the murderers big lying murderer case.

The Judgment:

Adjudication of Guilt was withheld.

Jail:

The convicted felon is ordered to serve 412 days in the OCJ with credit for 412 days time served. This count to run concurrent with each count. To be followed by probation.

Probation:

The convict is placed on 1 year Supervised Probation under the supervision of the Department of Corrections. This probation to run concurrent with each count.

According to the document, Baez claims to have known about the error, but did NOT have any obligation to inform the court. Under the umbrella of an attorney’s duty to the court, attorney’s are primarily responsible for ensuring that orders of the court are followed, while ignorance of the contents of a court order is one thing the failure to abide by that order and the failure to notify the court of a known scrivener’s error in the order, maybe VIOLATION of an attorney’s duty to candor.

The duty of candor is simply not a rule of fine etiquette, but is the gold standards that all officers of the court-especially attorney’s- must live by if we are to ensure the publics trust and faith in our justice system. No attorney should conduct himself or herself in a way that impedes an order of the court.

According to the Florida Bar’s Rules of Professional Conduct under the section entitled ‘Preamble: a Lawyers Responsibilities’ States:

→ A lawyer as a member of the legal profession is a representative of clients, and officer of the legal system, and a public citizen having a special responsibility for the quality of Justice.

→ While it is the lawyers duty, when necessary, to challenge the rectitude of official action, it is also a lawyers duty to uphold legal process.

→ In addition, a lawyer should further the public’s understanding of and confidence in the rule of law and the justice system, because legal institutions in a constitutional democracy depends on popular participation and support to maintain their authority.

→ Lawyers are officers of the court and they are responsible to the judiciary for the proprietor of their professional activities. Within that context the legal profession has granted powers of self-government.

The judge writes: It is very clear the convict and her attorney knew she was to start her probation upon release from the OCJ. Despite this FACT, they took advantage of a scrivener’s error which started the probation while she was being held in the jail pending trial. The defense should not be able to claim that they are now harmed by having the convict serve probation at this time.

The convicted felon is hereby ordered to report to the Department of corrections no later than 12:00 on 26 August 2011, next Friday, but she may choose to report early. She is awarded one year supervised probation and is to begin on the day she reports. They have to contact the Department of Corrections 72 hours prior to her reporting to set up a time and place for them to meet.

This does not mean that the convict had to do her supervision in Orlando, but had to be done.
According to Judge Strickland:

Report the 5th of each month;
pay the State of Florida $20.00 per month towards costs, plus 4% surcharge;
can’t move, change employment or leave the county with out probation officer permission;
can’t carry or own a firearm without permission; no violations of the law;
can’t use drugs, be around drugs, or visit places where intoxication’s, drugs or dangerous substances are sold or dispensed;
and the hardest on for her is that she will have to work at a lawful place of business……………..maybe none of this would be going on, had her attorney actually acted as an officer of the court, and not some stupid child trying to get away without his convicted felon serving her probation!

Hope the Florida Bar looks into this, and he loses his license to practice liar law.

This is the weekly update!  This week was Caylee’s birthday, she would have been 6 and in First Grade!!  Rest in Peace SWEET CAYLEE!

Murderer MUST serve probation: DOCUMENT report no later than 26 August at 12:00…..

As suspected, the perjurer and the molester showed up at Caylee’s birthday memorial. Yep, old news but like always if there is something for Caylee, they have to go an ruin it. Of course NOW they are all for a memorial…remember when they were chasing people down who were putting a CROSS on the site? Wonder how long it will be before they try to ruin the memorial. Being they showed up at the Birthday Memorial for Caylee, I probably won’t be donating any money to the BringKidsHome Caylee memorial fund.

Reading the DCF report on the murder, brings back alot of my memory. All these people wanted to do was talk to the nuts and they turned them down right and left. [Even though they find the murderer responsible, guess they forgot to get in contact with Jennifer Ford, she trust her own drunk driving and judgment!]

Oh 9 January 2009 went to the jail where the murder was living the good life to talk to the murderer and she declined on the advice of her lousy attorney.

On 9 January 2009, they tried to talk to the molester and the perjurer. Met with the molester, but the liar was NOT up to speaking with them. Guess this was after they figured out that their murdering daughter HAD KILLED little CAYLEE.

On 16 January 2009, the lousy attorney was contacted but again declined to let the murderer and his-self speak with them. SEE a pattern and sign of GUILT here?

On 23 January 2009 they spoke with Dr. Jan Garavaglia. She indicated a manner of death as a homicide and pending toxicology results. They note that Caylee was skeletonized and DUCT TAPE around her skull and mandible.

On 9 July 2009 they tried to make contact with the molester and the perjurer twice, now unsuccessful.

After thorough investigation, including reviews of critical evidence provided by LE and the medical examiner, they had closed the following maltreatment in the death investigation of Caylee and the murderer is the caregiver responsible for the verified maltreatment of death, threatened harm and failure to protect. I am curious as to why she wasn’t charge with these and MORE?

Death had been verified, of course we all know this. Failure to protect! all because she gave Caylee to a invisible nanny that we all know never existed, but that is what the trunk and Xanax was for: The NANNY! Threatened Harm: She knew the child had been missing [well honestly she knew she had killed Caylee] for 31 days; lying stating the nanny kidnapped her.

In the report it state Physical injury! NOT indicated. Well my gosh look at a few different pictures. This child had more bruises on her face under her eyes, and not to mention marks around her mouth!

Remember the DCF talk they got to have with the perjurer and the murderer? Here it is:

August 2008:

In one interview, Casey came out of the kitchen with a SMILE and a warm greeting. They sat down at the dining room table and read the allegations to let them know the maltreatment are inadequate supervision and threatened harm. Casey said she is looking forward to speaking with someone other than LE or OCSO. Throughout the conversation Cindy and Casey kept stating that the OCSO is misrepresenting Casey and are focused on criminally prosecuting her instead of looking for Caylee. Cindy also said the OCSO said they wanted pictures of Caylee to start an Amber alert, but was mad when they didn’t. (Well, we all know now why it wasn’t started) Cindy said she thinks one was never done because Casey was lying to them.

But both believed that Caylee is out there and felt they had to take matters into their own hands to create a local and national awareness so people would be looking for her. Cindy said she contacted the FBI because she believes that Zanny has the child. Casey stopped Cindy from butting im telling her that this is her chance to explain her side instead of Cindy talking for her. Casey then goes into her BS story: Zanny was her babysitter for over a year and a half. She never suspected anything was wrong. She claims she has never been shown the right picture of Zanny by the OCSO. She also stated that the OCSO has never followed up on any leads she and her family has given to them. Casey also stated Zanny didn’t have her own children. Casey stated Zanny was around 24 yoa not 30’s like the LE stated. She claims Zanny would watch Caylee at her home or at her mothers. Due to a criminal case, Casey did not want to comment anymore.

Cindy stated they almost had Caylee potty trained before she disappeared, and they gave OCSO Caylee’s DNA, foot prints, finger prints she had done when Caylee was 1. Cindy said she would bath the baby and never saw any bruises or unexplained marks. The child could talk and never said anything negative about Zanny. Casey said she would discipline the child by sitting her down and talking to her. No physical punishment.

She stated the FATHERS NAME WAS ERIC. Would not provide the last name due to privacy of his family. She stated the father and her met in middle school and when his family moved to Kentucky they kept in touch. They later hooked up and Caylee was born. She stated he was killed in a car accident and is buried in Kentucky.

She stated the OCSO has all the information. Eric did not support the child the child through normal means but he had set up a trust fund in her name that he was contributing prior to his death. Cindy stated when the child was born they set up a will and she and her husband George were given power of attorney in case anything happened to Casey. Casey stated that Caylee had Cigna insurance it started with the Blue Cross/Blue shield then changed to Cigna. She said the child was healthy, current with her shots and at 100 percentile in ages and stages. Casey states the OCSO thinks she sold or killed the child. But she did not. She said the OCSO is trying to break her and make her confess to something she did not do. She said the OCSO releasing her trial documents today is another attempt to put pressure on her.

When asked about the psychological testing she stated she completed and MMPI and was told everything was normal. She has never been diagnosed with any mental health condition and does not take any meds. When asked about drugs she had done a test that day and was clean. She was not given a drug test on the day of her first arrest. Cindy talked about the seizure and she was clean when drug tested. Casey said she was never arrested prior too and has no prior DV. When asked about the phone call Casey said it was real and they discussed the 31 days that had lapsed prior to her telling the grandparents. Casey claimed she did not have a falling out with her parents she was just living with her boyfriend. She stated when she could not find the child she started backtracking, (yea right into BlockBuster) her steps and making phone calls trying to find Zanny. When this did not work she came home and told her parents. She admits that she mad some bad decisions during that time. Again due to the case, Casey stopped.

A tour of the house was conducted. It is stated Casey stated she could get over emotional about the whole thing again but she would not be able to communicate what need to be said. Casey appeared very detached emotionally appearing very cool and smooth; she talked with confidence and conviction. Both women are very bitter and angry with the method of the OCSO. When completed, Casey talked about all the children missing in the USA and Florida. She felt proud that a search for Caylee in one area turned up a child that was missing. She stated she enjoyed working with the agencies and volunteers looking for her child, and it would be her new vocation in like. As a mother, Casey has the gut feeling that Caylee is alive and she hopes their efforts will find her soon. She has two websites dedicated to Caylee . And if you haven’t heard the murderer is seeking counseling, we know that it WON’T help her at all, but she claims:

Reportedly Anthony is seeking mental health care to address ONLY three of her mental issues. After she killed Caylee:   ‘obvious mental health issues‘.  Murderer feels she needs help with ‘coping with the trauma’ of losing her daughter [doesn't she mean coping with dealing with the FACT she murdered her?]  She also claims that after 3 years in jail ‘messed with her head‘.  YEA, I won’t buy that for a penny. If she is dumb enough to think that the whole world believe she didn’t murderer Caylee, she is in for a rude awakening.  But this isn’t nothing she can’t make up a lie for!

The murderer is still trying to get tax payers to flip her bills.  Still, she can’t work, or try to find work, but I am not sure that anyone would hire a KNOWN liar and MURDERER!

I checked out the 5th District Court of appeals, and as of right now, they have waived the fee’s on the murderers appeal for her many counts of lying.  Not sure this is just to get this over with or not, but how can you appeal your lies when they are in written statements and caught on video.

I sent a letter today, I added in it if they can’t charge her with murder, [get her on Neglect], verified maltreatment of death, threatened harm and failure to protect, exactly what the DCF put in their file!

NO MATTER who you ask, the murderer is STILL the MOST HATED PERSON!

On 16 June 2008 her so called mother, murdered her.  Caylee was an abused little girl. She had bruises on her face, seems all the time.  If she wasn’t sporting a bruise under an eye, she was more than likely wearing duct tape over her mouth leaving some form of discoloration!

She lived a short life of misery.  According to the murderers mother [perjurer Cynthia], she would have outbursts just come from out of the blue when she would be watching TV.  She would start crying and screaming, so the murderers mother said.   A sign a nurse should see?  Well that would go back to just what a real nurse the murderers mother was.  SHE WASN’T!

Caylee had no friends!  She had no little people to play with.  She spent most her time with a bunch of nuts!  If she wasn’t knocked out at a party sleeping while the murderer was living the good life, she was sleeping in the trunk of the white sunfire sleeping by the nanny.

REST IN PEACE Caylee!  You are by far in a better place then you were on this planet.  You will never have another birthday, but you will always be remember!

The parents of the murderer have been seen at Dolphin Cay at the Atlantis Resort swimming with Dolphins, they are jetting all over. Oh goody, more low life status on the murderers parents.

Today ‘Flipper’ Mason, 9 am, will be fighting the probation of the murderers for her Felony ways of stealing money from friends, which she is suppose to be serving in Florida. Wonder if his last gesture will be flipping off of the Judge? He seems to be pretty good at flipping, maybe a few days in jail and a fine will suit him! I hope the Judge Perry stands his grounds and makes her return to the place where she KILLED her daughter. According to her attorney, local authorities would have to provide her security. SORRY, she needs to get her own security team, there is no where written that ANY local authorizes need to provide anything to a felon! Mason give her a roll of duct tape, seems she knows how to use it Emergency hearing  The Judge said that the murderer doesn’t have to be in court for her probation hearing.  BUT I will think something is up if the Judge does NOT make her return to Orange County, get a job and have a curfew. She has gotten off of murder with lies, she needs to pay for her felony charges!

Rascal Flatts is taking a lot of heat for the song, they changed in memory of Caylee. Guess the big issue would be who wrote the song wants to focus on the murderer?  Oh well, it was a GREAT gesture Rascal Flatts.   I personally like the song, and them changing it for CAYLEE was a so sweet!

The murderers attorney, Chuck Greene has once again filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit by Texas Eqqusearch, calling it ‘suspect’ and in the midst of a ‘media blitz’!  Well gesh, didn’t her annoying attorney in the trial say she knew that Caylee drowned in the pool?  Eek!  I hope this motion will get swept under the murderers bed.  They deserved to be paid for what they had to deal with. A liar and murderer!

Dolores McGuire wrote a very vocal letter to Judge Munyon. I must say, I have to agree with Dolores, the case of ZFG v. What a week it has been!  The INFAMOUS Anthony’s, the LOSER Attorney, and the MURDERER are all trying to cashing in on large amounts of blood money for the MURDER of CAYLEE!  Isn’t it just SAD!

The infamous [Anthony's] turn down a 6 figure [$250,000] amount of money for an interview, I guess they feel they are worth alot more and that the more money-bloodsucking the BIGGER the lies they can come out with.

Seems David Deese, the next one who needs attention in the case of a dead child, was NOT the one who paid for the infamous to go to the Bahama’s so he has stated in an email.  Deese claims that he and his wife went on vacation with the loser infamous liars. He is unsure what the big deal is, they are now friends.  [guess when you need friends, you run over to the house were Caylee was murdered and join in the fun]  Deese, a loser of a loser!  In the email he states that the murderer was found not guilty and if you don’t believe that then you don’t believe in the Constitution.  Really?   I BELIEVE IN JUSTICE!  I guess this guy also believes that George is a CHILD MOLESTER!  That according to the loser in the trial. Maybe we need to re-look at George and Lee and molestation charges!!!  It’s a good thing these people are NO LONGER grandparents, they give us a bad name!

The loser [BAEZ] sits in a bar trying to make deals. My guess is that if he gets someone DRUNK enough they will come up with a larger amount of money to pay for the murderer to talk.

The murderer [you know who this is] well she is just waiting for her attorney to make a huge deal so she too, can lie to the world.  I for one am not interested in anything she has to say.  Wasn’t it her team that called her a LIAR and a SL#T in the trial?  Also the murderer wants the tax-payers of Florida to flip her bill to appeal the 4 counts of lying to LE.  Funny, like I just said in the last sentence, isn’t she a LIAR and a SL#T?  These are the words of her loser attorney!  I do have a problem with this, and hopefully it will never happen. It is all caught on tape, not to mention listen to the opening statement by the dumb-team.  Lair, liar, liar, liar, liar, liar, liar, liar comes to mind!  And Mason made the claims that the murderer was in counseling, last week.  Sorry but there isn’t a counselor in the world who can change a murderer to a star.

Linda Drane-Burdick filed itemized investigative costs for Law Enforcement [FDLE] total $71,939, and Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation [MBI] total $10,645, totaling $82,584 between the two.

Judge Perry had decided to keep the names of the TERRIBLE jurors in this case sealed until about the end of October 2011.  He is worried about the names being released, [Document] since they have had juror Jennifer Ford speaking for everyone.  You have heard of her, right? She is the one with the big mouth defending her BAD judgement in this case.  DUI expert, and 25 year old Juror expert.  I remember when I was 25 and knew everything..or wait that was when I was 18 years old.  At 25 I knew better.  Keep paying the DUI costs Ford… Judge Perry is also trying to urge legislature to change the Florida’s law to exempt jurors names from being released. Hope the Judge also gets a law about the jurors CASHING IN ON THEIR BAD JUDGEMENT!

In the Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez case, Chuckie Greene writes that he doesn’t want the location of the deposition to be made public, and also states that it should happen where the murderer will be residing.  Well guess what Chuckie, she needs to do this all in Florida, where she FALSELY accused ZFG as taking the child.  BUT if you want the location of your client to be out in the news, you go for it big bad attorney boy!  Document

Also this week, the ABC/CBS and NBC won’t be paying the murderer for an interview.  guess the million is to large for them.  I assume they will have to live with themselves for all the trash they have posted early on in this case.  I don’t watch anything on these stations.  They have been so liberal to get the infamous, losers and pictures of the murderer on the sites/stations, that they have lost me as a watcher of their shows.  Too late ABC/CBS/NBC you have LOST YOUR CREDIBILITY!

IF you haven’t laughed during the above, you will now!  Judge Stan Strickland, another favorite judge of ours, is wondering where the murderer is and why isn’t she doing her probation in Orange County Florida!  Good question Judge she is off looking for money, she thinks she is the celebrity of Orlando…of course I have other names for her!  Guess you needed to word your probation file differently. I thought she served that time with her jail time!  A FELON she still is! Will she be brought back to Orlando to spend her probation in the town her murdered her daughter?  Let’s wait and see!

No matter how you slice it, we are about Caylee!  The ones who should be about Caylee are all about the cha-ching!  Money, money, money!  Give us the dough!

BEST of all, I forgot to add this earlier, Larry FFFF-lint offered the MURDERER $500,000 to pose butt naked in his magazine.  He will also give her 10% of what is made off the mag.  Really? Not sure this is the murderers best bet.  Naked or not, she isn’t worth a dime!
