“Anthony’s attorneys based their claims on interviews with two of Kronk’s ex-wives and a longtime live-in girlfriend’s daughter.

The ex-wives, Jill Kerley & Crystal Sparks [check out the history of these 2 with the law], said Kronk physically attacked them. Kerley said he used duct tape to hold her against her will. (Duct tape was found on Caylee’s skull.)

Kerley was the most vicious in her accusations against her ex-husband.  Kerley replied: “That he had done it. He probably was the one that had murdered Caylee or had something to do with it.”

Roy Kronk is suing for $15 million, which is just a small amount of what he deserves.  I would really like to know what these axe-wives received from the National rag-mag for their lies. I also hope this has a ripple affect and these 2 get sued.  I hope Roy Kronk takes the lying defense clowns down also.  All the stories about Kronk that came out, were initiated by the mail order bride attorney.  Roy wants a trial with a jury!  Hoep he goes after the mail order bride attorney next, then the AXE-wives.  They all needed to be sued!  Read the Kronk vs National Rag-mag  GOOD LUCK ROY!

In the hearing today, it was suppose to start at 9, then 10 am and come to find out via twitter, there were cases in front of the murderer’s pay costs hearing, it wasn’t as big of deal as some thought.  There was an order to the courtroom, and the murderer didn’t get special attention and go on at 10. Linda Drane Burdick, Frank George, ‘Flipper’ Mason, Liz Fryer were at the court house in ample time, the mail order bride attorney Baez is in Dallas at some conference, and the murderer didn’t show up.  Guess this isn’t too big of a deal.  Of course the defense is saying that the murderer is broke.  Broke huh?  too bad, she still needs to pay back all the costs occurred in this case, since she is the LIAR!

The hearing started at about 10:45.  The Judge and Flipper were provided with a packet of invoices of cost in the case from the State:  OCSO: $293,000; FDLE: $71,000 MBI: $10,000 and the State of Florida: $141,000.

Ms. Drane-Burdick said that the FBI is not requesting any money from the murderer, but the FDLE, MBI [Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation] and Sheriff’s office are.  Most of the costs are for the salaries of Law enforcement officer, no patrol expenses.  Also the state’s attorney’s office will fight for their costs.  LDB called Randy Means [State's attorney's office] to the stand.

Also called to the stand was Agent Moore of the MBI.  The MBI assisted the OCSO with cell phone analysis early on in this case, plus over 203 hours of searching for Caylee.  Jack Massey with FDLE was up after Agent Moore.  Flipper objected to Massey testifying claiming this LE agency isn’t in the pleading.  LDB said she will make a correction and will amend the documents to include FDLE and that Flipper took Massey’s depo so this should continue.  Flipper is still objecting.  Guess when he knows they are WRONG, cry wolf.  Leona Kalene Tala with Orange County Sheriff’s office payroll also takes the stand; along with Lt. Paul Zamboris from OCSO who came with a spreadsheet of all people involved. The number of hours worked, salaries, everything from 15 July-11 December 2008.

Kary Roderick with missing persons unit with Sheriff’s office also took the stand.  SGT. John Allen took the stand.  He stated that more than 6,000 tips came into the OCSO.  LE was looking for a live Caylee, not a dead Caylee…remember the murderer stated that Caylee was taken from her at the park..oh wait, she dropped her off at SawGrass…oh wait…….  Sgt. Allen said they stopped following live leads at the end of September.

Of course the defense is questioning if ALL these expenses were related to the murderer lying.  Guess they think they can win!  What is sad is the murderer is a convicted felon and liar is her real name.  So if they feel that they need not to have searched for Caylee, then they too knew it was nothing but lies.

LDB wrapped it up for the state.  ‘Flipper’ Mason is wrapping it up for the murderer and says  “I think it’s time Lawson Lamar’s office concede they lost this case”  It’s not about winning or losing Flipper, it’s about wasted money and your client the ‘LIAR’!  Still ‘Flipper’ acting like a fool!  Mason thinks pointing out that some of the depos done have nothing to do with the lies…but excuse me ‘Flipper’ it’s all about lies.  This case and the trial were all lies on your side of the table.
Mason asks where is justice for defense who won? [Isn't your murdering client walking the streets and free to sleep around?] Says the murderer spent 3 years in jail and defense spent 1000′s hrs on case.  apparently he forgot Mail order bride attorney got his money, plus the JAC paid for all their defense.  LDB didn’t fall for the baiting the ‘Flipper’ tried.

As usual, the Judge will NOT decide today what the outcome of this hearing will be, we will have to wait.  But he will do some research before his next trial.  He will also take legal briefs until next Friday. And the Court has legal jurisdiction until the 22 September, but Flipper said they will support an extension.  Judge will try to get this done before the 22nd of September, if not he will ask for an extension!

Other law suits against the murderer:  Zaneida Fernandez-Gonzalez; Texas Equusearch; the IRS wants their money also.

TMZ.com is busy as bee’s over at their site.  They are posting pictures of the murderer, which are fakes.  They have one with her and some graduation garb on and this one:

The murderer has decided she wants to see Lee.  Not sure Lee wants to see her since she did name him by name as a child molester.  Yea, I bet that really wasn’t the right way for her to feed her lies in the trial and then still have a brother to talk to…

The defense team is getting quite their share of nasty letters, faxes and emails. Good they deserve it.   Wonder what they thought they would get if they got a murderer off for murdering her own flesh and blood, candy and flowers?

Roy Kronk is suing Leonard Padilla, if you haven’t heard.  He is seeking MORE than $15,000 from LP for the 2 years that he made false and defamatory statements about Roy. The document states that LP has said: Kronk conspired with law enforcement, that he conspired with Casey Anthony, was somehow involved in Caylee Anthony’s killing, “secreted the body or hid the body,” is connected with Casey Anthony and the Anthony family and “is involved in the killing or cover-up of the crime”, is a suspect, should be investigated, has something to hide and cannot be trusted, did not see any remains in August 2008, was not working and doing his job on the date the child’s remains were found. Of course I never believed what LP said, and I am happy for Roy Kronk!

The murderer is appealing her 4 counts of lying. Not sure why, it clearing is caught in her tapes with LE, but I guess she wants a clean slate, oh wait, she is still considered a “FELON”! Roy did very well on the stand, he listened to the question and answered accordingly. Mason was all over the place during this questioning.  He went through August then to December, back to August back to December and all over.  The defense is really unprepared  and all over the place.

Mason made it sound like in August Roy Kronk said he was standing over something. the 911 calls didn’t show Kronk as to be standing over anything.  Mason also tried to intimidate Kronk, but that never affected Roy and his answers.

Roy Kronk insists that he never told his son he would be rich.  He also said the phone call never happened in November 2008 like his son keeps saying. Roy does not know the number that he called for his son.
Roy wanted to keep a low profile.

Roy Kronk was off the 10th December 2008 getting his clutch fixed on his vehicle.  Mason made a point to point out the next day he went and made the ‘find’.

STATE: Kronk does NOT know Casey, George, Cindy or Lee Anthony, nor does he know Dominic Casey or James Hoover.  On 11 August 2008 he read the meter at the A’s house. On 11 December 2008, he read the meter at the A’s house also. He was doing that area until they could get someone in there permanent.  He stated Suburban Dr. was a swamp.
Roy Kronk had NO access to:  Sunfire, garage, computer, pool, Caylee’s clothing, diapers/pullups/underwear, laundry bags, blanket or duct tape.  LDB was GREAT!  She was short and sweet and to the point.

David Dean another meter reader was on the stand. He siad that he told Kronk on 11 August 2008m that the area on suburban Dr would be a good place to hid a body.

The State responded to the defense motion to get the hair with decomposition removed from the trial. The state released a response: Document.  It is a really good read if you read the information attached to the motion.

The cost of Juror will run about  $361,000.   Break down:  20 jurors for eight weeks at $112 per day, that $125,440.  $48,800 for meals and more than $170,000 for transportation, clerks, deputies, security guards, juror wages and miscellaneous expenses.  Budgets for laundry services and calls for two “common areas” — at a cost of $12,544.  And $3,962.32 for jury selection, which covers lodging, meals and overtime pay for two clerks at the jury-selection locale.

Also we found out that KathiBelich.com goes to the Baezlawfirm website. No information has been released from WFTV except they are looking into the matter! I would be really interested to find out who is behind it! [Thanks Cecilia]

Check out the Spitz ‘opinion’ letter, you can see that these are his own opinion, and works for the defense.  He states there is no proof that Caylee died at the hands of another, ie.  Casey, but just because it is his ‘own’ opinion doesn’t mean that Casey didn’t kill Caylee.

Casey had her last birthday in jail on Saturday. Her next one will be in prison with her new good friends!

The Frye hearings are planned for the 23-25 March 2011.  The hearing starts at 0900. A chit chat will be happening here!

Roy Kronk was interviewed and to great lengths! On 11 August 2008 Kronk was walking up from his truck and saw a skull floating in the water. He told the guys he was with to come and see what he found, they started screaming and jumping around and Kronk was standing on a dead rattlesnake, they never saw what he saw!

He never told co-workers about what he thought he saw, he didn’t want to be the butt of the jokes for the next few months. He said the skull he saw was protruding from a bag and surrounded by debris. When he went home his roommate talked him into calling 911, but they blew him off, he had to call the Crimeline!

On 13 August 2008 he finally got a deputy to meet him at the scene, but when one walked into the woods the deputy fell and became angry. Started arguing with Kronk that there was no way the remains could have been skeletonized by that time. [FYI from the Body Farm: bodies in water decompose twice as fast as those left unburied on land.] Kronk tried 3 times to do the right thing and all he got was a deputy calling him an idiot and wasting the counties time!

On 11 December he did go there to use the restroom and he saw the skull, he stuck his stick in the eye socket and pulled it up and when he saw the duct tape he said something explicit and called 911.

Of course the defense asked about his past life, which we know now can’t be asked about at the trial. Kronk said that he was held at gun point by an old girlfriends boyfriend. He threatened to kill Kronk and throw him to the alligators. Kronk was kicked in the ribs and the face. After Kronk pulled the gun in his face, he said pull the trigger, and the guy let him leave. He drove back to Key West.

When asked about his marriage to Crystal and if there was domestic Violence, he said yes that she attacked him. He also said that after finding Caylee, she called him. She also called Random house to write a tell all book about Kronk. He guesses she had some design to make money. Crystal had been working with Leonard Padilla…that says it all!

Detective Allen stated that he had many “out there” conversations with Cindy Anthony. [I must say, that is putting it nicely] He stated Cindy misled investigators, wasn’t cooperative and that she hasn’t been forthright. Allen does not believe Cindy has been truthful with him. Allen said that he interviewed Casey and did not interrogate her. Allen did let Baez know that he, Baez, would put him off or tell him non-sense. Baez still cranky about the arrest of Casey, Allen told him he would never tell Baez the details about when they were going to arrest Casey. Allen stated that he didn’t think that they had to work their schedule around Baez schedule.

Allen also said:

•  LP said that if he was going to do a polygraph, it would be a pay-per view event.

•  Todd Macaluso had a video on ‘youtube’ naked walking on a beach and holding hands with a man who was also naked . Of course Mason asked if it was Jeff, referring to Jeff Ashton, Linda Drane-Burdick said: “I’m sorry, you said Jeff Ashton?” Allen said it was NOT Jeff Ashton and LDB asked if it was Jose? Baez said not it was not.

Seems the Baez and Mason have some real issues with being professional. You can tell just from the last hearing, and see what is in some of the transcripts that it is going to be a long trial.

This week we found out the A’s have modified their mortgage and can keep their house.  Conway said this week:  “Saving the home that Caylee grew up in is the single best piece of news they’ve had in well over two years.” She didn’t grow up there.  The murderer grew up there, and I guess they need to keep that house.  He claims, there is no way they wanted to get rid of that house.  Well good for them.  They deserve the house they raised a murderer in.  Who would buy it.

We learned that Baez house is on the foreclosure block, and he has lied in the motion that stated he DID NOT know the phone call between Lunceford and him was being recorded.  States response.

This all came about when Baez put a motion out to not released the phone call he had with Robin ‘snitch’ Lunceford.

July 15 motion and 23 July motion I am not sure why he would make claims that are false especially when the prosecution is involved, BUT I do think that he had been found out about the call with the inmate, probably snitch flapping her lips, but he thought he could have kept it top secret.  Now that it was found out, he seems to just sit and lie about it. It seems so odd that he would be so stupid as to lie about it!

Baez is losing his $670,000 house he bought in 2007.  It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.  It’s a little over 3,000 square foot, has a pool and it’s screened in.  I am not sure where he got all his cash in 2007, this was before he because famous from the Casey Anthony case.  OH wait, the Casey case is still going on!  Guess those little TV appearances didn’t pay much.

Casey has an exciting psych doctor visit her in jail.  Dr Gold specializes in research, treatment of and training in psychological trauma and trauma-related disorders, disassociation, hypnosis and sexual addiction-compulsivity. He is the author of Not Trauma Alone: Therapy for Child Abuse Survivors in Family and Social Context I assume this is because of her claims that she says George sexually abused her.

According to Baez, they must explore potential mental health issues in any death penalty case.  But to me it sounds like they are going to try and claim some sort of excuse for the reason Casey killed Caylee.  I would have thought they would have brought this guy in at the beginning of this case.  I am very curious to who paid for this Dr of Psych to visit Casey!

And Roy Kronk was deposed on Friday by the defense team.  According to Mason he says, “Anything that we’re trying to do here would be focusing on establishing reasonable doubt on various aspects of the case.” Well, I reasonable doubt Roy Kronk had any reason to kill Caylee. Now Casey on the other hand had the jealously streak against Casey, not to mention to mention anger issues, no money, no job, etc…. Caylee was a burden to Casey. BUT what happened to the Zany Nanny story? Wasn’t she the one who took Caylee from Casey? Wasn’t she the kidnapper? Isn’t she the one who no one can find anywhere? Isn’t she the one who watched Caylee while Casey went to work? Yea a circle of lies and a poor deceased child!  The d-team is also trying to connect Kronk to the duct tape.  The duct tape the Anthony’s used to hang posters of Find Caylee up with. Not to mention the duct tape that was on the gas can.  I wonder what they will say?  Roy Kronk  used the duct tape, then brought it over to the Anthony’s house, placed a piece on the gas can and left it for the A’s to use.  Yea, I am not going to buy that for a wooden nickle, and don’t believe a jury would either.

According to David Evans, another awesome attorney stated:  “Of anybody involved in this mess, he’s going to be one guy who’s going to come out with his reputation intact and his dignity intact.” So he had some past issues and old issues with the AX-wives, who by the way are looking for fame, have a mighty worst record than Kronk. Here are some of the issues the Ax-wives have had Kronk Klan [Thanks Blessedknox for posting these]  I guess we can say the ax-wives of Roy Kronk are NOT squeaky clean.

Kronk pretty mush used his bounty hunter experience for finding Caylee.  He does not know the Anthony’s, this could be why the Anthony’s are suspicious…not to mention I say I am very suspicious of the Anthony’s and their CIRCLE of friends..

He said that he returned to the area in December because he had to relieve himself and that is when he found the bag that had Caylee’s remains inside. By then, much of the water had dried up, he said.

“No good deed goes unpunished,” he said. “There’s all the speculation that there were tips. Nobody tipped me off. I figured this out by myself. I’ve never even met those people, the Anthony’s.”

“They’ve been really hard on me,” he said. “You try to do the right thing, you try to be the nice guy and you just get vilified. I mean, the sad thing is people believe some of the things that are being said. And I have nothing to do with this at all. … I tried to help put a little closure to that poor child.”

Kronk said he saw a suspicious bag in a wooded, watery area just off the road. He made a total of three calls to authorities but when a detective met him to investigate further, He said the effort was frustratingly cursory.  “He went to the water’s edge. I pointed to where it was at. He just swept his head back and forth and said, ‘I don’t see anything.’ And pretty much, that was it. I guess the deputy didn’t want to go in the water to look at the bag,” Kronk said. “The cop was, I would say, he was kind of rude to me.”

And lets not forget that the D-team is saying and claiming Roy Kronk “NOW” to be a suspect!  Yea, the make me want to smack them all!  As far as I am concerned…anyone on the d-team could be a suspect!  They are more a suspect than Kronk!  What a bunch of losers!

The meter reader order of calls and actions 2008:

11 August: deputy came out.
12 August: CID division at OCSO Deputy looks at it and see that cadaver dog were there and there is no investigation
13 August: crimeline deputy responds meets with him, goes back and looks but looks and leaves. Says to the other deputy I have this scene covered and leaves.
11 December: well we all know what has happened from here on out~!

NG says this can help the states case. AT least to pin point the body was there in August.

The findings are plastic bag, clothes, bones, teeth, and duct tape.

LP is wondering and has questions about the meter reader. He thinks that someone told this guy to go there. Not in a conspiracy way.

If this guy is anyway contented to this case he could have called someone else to find this skull, and not put himself in the middle of all this.

From the skeleton remains found, they probably will not be able to tell when the person died.

I still say that Baez is just as responsible for the tips received in August as OCSO. Why? Because he left them at the OCSO for how long? Are they still there? I’ll bet they are! He could have looked into the tips himself. Gosh, for all we know, he could have had his people on the scene before the investigators. Guess he didn’t feel the tips were needed. I’ll bet now he does!

Deputy Sheriff Danjou was working with Deputy Sheriff Cain on 15 December 2008, and were providing security for the Anthony residence as well as the location where the remains of Ms. Caylee Anthony were in the process of being recovered. Deputy Sheriff Cain mentioned a call he had handled on Suburban Drive in August. Deputy Sheriff Danjou advised, “He (Deputy Sheriff Cain) responded out to the scene, met with the complainant, um, the complainant told
him where the area was and then he went into the woods, saw a black bag. Um. I guess the complainant had mentioned something about a snake, so Rich grabbed his, uh, got his asp, expanded it and then cut the trash bag and lifted it and found decomposed leaves inside the bag and then I guess he cleared the call a short time later.”

Deputy Sheriff Danjou stated this conversation was initiated by Deputy Sheriff Cain and he had
no other information.

The following is a synopsis of the interview.

Deputy Sheriff Turso arrived and made contact with Mr. Kronk. Deputy Sheriff Turso asked Mr. Kronk to escort him into the wooded area to show him what he had seen. In the wooded area, Deputy Sheriff Turso observed what he believed to be human remains. Deputy Sheriff Turso advised he escorted Mr. Kronk out of the wooded area, secured the scene, and started a crime scene contamination sheet. Deputy Sheriff Turso advised Mr. Kronk did not advise him he had called the sheriffs office previously, nor did he overhear Mr. Kronk make a statement regarding a previous call for service to another deputy. Deputy Sheriff Turso provided Mr. Kronk with a statement form and directed him to write what had occurred. Deputy Sheriff Turso also advised Mr. Kronk was in the company of his co-workers and supervisors.
